Internet Keeps Hanging while playing Everquest 2 a...

Question

seems that some connection issue/routing is making our online games keep hanging tonight for some reason.Have done a speed test ect also we do not have a Test Socket and the Orange wire that most say remove due to possible noise is not connected.
PC's are Wired with no exstention 
We live in the Oxfordshire area (Wantage) have checked to see any reports of issues but there wasn't
 Download speedachieved during the test was - 3.17 Mbps
