Internet Sales R/3 editions shipping conditions

Hi,
Is there a way to read the default shipping condition for a customer by a BAPI / remote FM?
Internet Sales R/3 edition brings up all the shipping conditions on the UI and the end user has to select one. I want to default this to the shipping conditon maintained in customer master for a ship to party.
Thx,
Bharat.

Hi Bharat,
i know this is an old post but how did u solve this????

  • Changing Sales Order in Internet Sales R/3 Edition

    Hi All,
I am looking for information about Internet Sales R/3 Edition and I am trying to understand a little bit about it process flow and I have an imediate question:
Is it possible to change a internet sales order after submiting it (for e.g changing item quantities, including new ones ore even deleting the sales order)?
Every documentation I have searched (like the SAP CRM Best Pratices) only explains the creating and displaying process of sales order an nothing is mentioned about changing or even deleting those sales orders.
Does anyone can help me on this?

    Hi Eduardo Trigo,
Yes. You should be able to change the submitted internet sales order as long as the order status remains 'Open' i.e. the ordered quantities are not delivered.
You should be able to see the 'Edit' button on an opened order as long as the order status is 'Open'
If you delete all existing line items then the order will get deleted automatically.
<b>Do not forget to reward if it helps</b>

  • Log In Error in Internet Sales R/3 Edition

    Hi,
I´m working with Internet Sales R/3 edition, not CRM.
    I´ve created a contact (Ej.'1') assign to a customer.
I´ve created an internet user (tx SU05) with the same contact code ('1').
When I try to access to the web, I enter '1' in the user name and the SU05 password but I get this error message:
    "Runtime error. Contact the administrator".
    Is there some customizing missing??
Can somebody give me a hint?
    Thanks in advance,
                      Valle.

    Hi Valle:
First, have you configure your ISA R/3 via XCM? Third, is your user is set as SU05 user which you can verify fom IMG? Third, did you try to create an user via using internet user administration, a web version?  If you tried them all and you still have the same problem, enable your ABAP debuger then you should be able to find out the root problem.
    good luck,

  • Beginning Internet Sales R/3 Edition

    Hi everybody!
I'm about to start a project with Internet Sales R/3 Edition,  and I can't find  documents to know more about this product. Any help?
    Thanks in advance,
    Juan

    Hi Fernando,
The number of users that log on to your system can be viewed anytime by checking the transaction AL08 at the basis layer.
Roughly, each logged in user will appear with his Business partner ID as the login ID in the above transaction.
If I have logged into the web shop with the user id XYZ, then in AL08, XYZ will appear at least once. It may be more if you are performing several operations on the webshop simultaneously- searching in one window, payment in another window etc.,
Hence, at any point in time if 100 users are logged in, you will see at least 100 connections to your ABAP layer. For anonymous users, i.e. users who are not logged in, you will see entries with the JCO user, (user id specified by you in the XCM for jco component).
Further, you can control the number of users who log in to your webshop using the paramter "maxcon" in the jco component in the XCM configuration for your application.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Nelson Raj.

    Dear all
We want to install SAP Internet Sales R/3 Edition. But we can't find the software to download on swdc.
Our WAS will be 6.40 and the R/3 version is 4.6.
Has anybody a hint for us where we can find the related installation files?

Yes, you need to follow the path:
swdc > Download > Installations and Upgrades > Entry by Application Group > SAP Application Components > SAP E-COMMERCE FOR SAP R/3 > SAP INTERNET SALES R/3 4.0 > Installation
Here you should find two files.

  • White screen/page shown after logon to Internet Sales

    Hi!
We have installed Internet Sales R/3 Edition for B2B and have configured it with XCM according to the documents "CRM Web Application Installation Guide 4.0, SP0" and "Internet Sales R/3 Edition", the latter found on SAP Best Practices. Both Shopadmin and B2B are configured and the "jcoping" ping test works in both cases. The user in R/3 is of "standard type" and not of "service type" or alike. This user can logon to the NW04 portal using R/3 as method of authentication. That's why he's chosen for ISA as well.
But when I try to logon to Internet Sales with this user I just get a totally blank page and a URL that looks like this:
    ...:50000/b2b/b2b/login.do;jsessionid=(J2EE4082300)ID4082350DB181644782240539570End;saplb_*=(J2EE4082300)4082350
I don't know if this is good or bad. Before I corrected some settings another person had done in the XCM, I got two different messages when trying to log on:
"Name or password is incorrect (Please repeat logon)"
    first and then
"Error in user administration, call our hotline "
(Depending on what settings I had done).
First I thought I was making progress since the URL indicates some kind of session id etc, but then I saw that I got the same URL with "session id" even if I just wrote rubbish at the logon.
Does anyone have any ideas about what to do?
    Best regards
    Benny Lange

  • Help in Internet Sales

    Hi,
I am using Internet Sales R/3 Edition, I would like to know:
    1. How do I integrate Internet Sales with Portal 6.0?
    2. Can my Internet Sales application take the Portal look&feel?
    3. Can I use single sign-on?
    Please any information is usefull.
             Thanks in advance.

As far as I can remember SAP provides a large number of ISA IViews that you can use directly in the Portal.
Regardless of this. You can always integrate any Java webapp with a portal, even if you do it yourself it is not very difficult, as long as you understand the technologies that you are using.
But primarly try to find ISA IViews, why re-invent the wheel?

  • Enable shipping condition in delivery header to be editable

Hallo experts, need your advise on below:
Currently the delivery header shipping condition is not allowed to be changed in VL01n or VL02n, it's somehow "grey out". How can I make this field editable? Is it by user exit or transaction variant? Honestly speaking, I don't prefer transaction variant. Is there any SAP standard way to do so except transaction variant?
    Thanks in advance.

Shipping Condition in Delivery header usually copied, if shipping condition is assigned to  sales document type in customization, otherwise system copies from corresponding customer master data.  As far as standard SAP, you can not change this value during delivery processing. You may check for user exit only.
please update us if you find anyo therway
    thanks

  • Sales Order-Shipping Conditions from Sold-to-Party

    Hi Guys
When sales order created, shipping conditions copied from Sold-to-Party.  At that time, in SP, shipping conditions maintained wrongly.
After creating Sales Order, shipping conditions modified in SP, but system not allowing to modify shipping conditions in sales order.  Because of this, shipping point has not been determined.  Could not change manually also.
    Please suggest on this.
    Regards
    Uma

    Dear Uma
    On your comments
"Because of this, shipping point has not been determined",
I dont think, it could be bcoz of shipping condition.
If Shipping Point is not flowing in sale order, then you need to check in OVL2 where you have to maintain the shipping point for the combination of Shipping Condition from Customer Master, Loading Group from Material Master and Plant.  So check whether you maintained this.
Meanwhile, with regard to the field Shipping Condition which you could not make change, please note that even if subsequent documents are generated, this field will be in editable mode only and if you try to change, system will give you a message
    -  Shipping Conditions were changed, Redetermine Routes and shipping of all items
and if you click "Redetermine", the new shipping condition will take place.
So, can you please let me know whether your sale document type is copied from standard OR where the screen controls are there.
    thanks

  • Restrict Shipping conditions on the Sales Orde Header Document

    Hi,
    I have a unique requirement
We have a large pool of shipping conditions for our products namely
    Overnight
    One day
    Ground
    International
    Saturday Delivery etc
    Hazard Overnight
    Hazard Ground
We have a few hazardous materials for which we want to restrict the shipping conditions to only 2
    i.e
    Hazardous Overnight
    Hazardous 3 Day
    in sales order creation.
What i mean is tht any time a sales order is created for these hazardous material, the customer service representative should not be able to select any other shipping conditions expect
    Hazardous Overnight
    Hazardous 3 Day
In Standard SAP we can have the shipping condition defaulted from the customer master in the sales document. However if required we can manually go and change the shipping conditions to any thing different.
How can i restrict this for specific materials though?
    Thanks

If the question is "can we limit the list that appears in the drop-down box to these 2 selections" then the answer is "No".
But in a user exit you can trigger an error message if the users select an invalid shipping condition. As correctly suggested above, this can be done in MV45AFZZ include.
There are various routines that are triggered at different times. You may be able to use USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP or USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD (if "shipping conditions" are stored in VBKD-VSART).
