Internet Tab, says index

I have used flash for several sites. I am using CS5.
I am use to publishing Flash files to the server, naming the HTML file as index, I also name my SWF file as index. But When I go to the web and look at my site, the tab syas index. I tried changing the SWF file to the name of the site, but this does not work. I also tried and renamed both files and indexnameofsite.HTML, but this also does not work.
I tried looking at the script file (open it in notepad) but its mumbo jumbo to me. Has anyone else encounter this problema???

you can get the location of same file from : File ----> Publish Settings (within Flash Pro)
you can also view same by going to View - Page source within Internet Explorer.

I have connected a new Time Capsule to a DSL modem using an ethernet cable . The modem is working fine and connected fine. But the Time Capsule doesnt seem to be talking to the modem. If I click the internet Icon in Airport Utility it shows Disconnected.If I click the Time Capsule icon and go to the internet tab it shows Connect using PPPoE. Is that what it should be? In the box below there is place for an account name and password. DO I need to filll these out and if so what do I put there--information about the Time Capsule of informationabout the Modem? And where do I find the information.
Or am I completely on the wrong track.

Thanks. The modem is a Speedtouch ST585 v6. How do I know whether it is in adsl bridge? Also this is a modem-***-router. Does that make a difference?
If you did not put it in bridge then it is not in bridge..
Connect a computer directly to the modem.. open the browser to either 192.168.1.254 or 10.0.0.138 (if neither of those work you will have to check the IP address your ISP has set).
BTW who is your ISP and do they allow PPPoE.. for instance most ISP in UK do not use pppoe so you have no choice but to run the 585 as a router. In which case bridge the TC
Anyway.. open the setup configuration in the Thomson and select a template that says bridge.. run through the wizard and it will then bridge the modem.
And I am using Airport Utility 6.0. How do I get the earlier version?
By reading the site link I just gave you.. downloading the utility and running it on your computer. Or simply google to 5.6 lion airport utility... that is the way I find things when I don't have the link memorised.
Finally, AIrport Utility shows a number in a red dot next to the time capsule icon, currently 2. What is that for? What does it tell us?
Firstly download the useful utility.. but the dots tell you something is wrong and preventing the TC from working.. if you open the utility it should tell you what the errors mean.. I cannot tell you what they are, but it is likely to be no internet connection and pppoe has failed.

I have tried updating to mavericks through the mac app store but after it downloading for a day i got an error message saying there was a problem with the download. The same thing happens if i try to update itunes or the mac app store. After research, i have also tried repairing disk permissions, but every time they do get repaired the 'repair' button still appears, i'm not sure if it's because it was unable to repair the initial problems or if it just keeps detecting new ones.

2 GBs is a minimum in which you can do many things, but not concurrently. Be very careful to not install third-party add-ons, limit the number of applications you choose to enter in Login Items, run as few applications concurrently as you demand.
I would consider adding more RAM to your computer. Your model supports 8 GBs, so I would install that.

Here are the details:
I start Firefox (6.0.2.4262) (I'm running version 6 due to compatibility issues with my online college having problems uploading files with FF version 7 or 8)
I enter a web address (i.e. www.yahoo.com) and as soon as the page begins to load I have multiple tabs and windows opening.
When I attempt to close one of the windows it gives the warning I am try to close "22 tabs" - yep... 22 tabs.
If I allow FF to keep loading all the tabs, etc., about a minute later it will crash. The submit a crash window appears.
I have all extensions and add-ons disabled.
I even uninstalled Java, Flash, and several other programs in hopes that the problem would stop.
In addition, I ran a malwarebytes scan and an Avira virus scan which both came up clean. I also used CCleaner to wipe out history and clean the registry. I even made hidden files visible and deleted the Mozilla install folders under my user name.
So, then in hopes of searching for some answers on the Mozilla forums I started up the horrible Internet Explorer and also get a million different pages loading of the preset homepage of "msn.com", which also crashes
(I apologize for starting and using IE, but I was limited on resources to check the internet for info)
If anyone can offer some assistance, or advice on this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Using Dogpile, I search and a list of URLs comes up. I select and click on one and Firefox opens a new tab. It responds promptly with a blank screen. The Tab says "New Tab" and the URL says "about:blank". The last one came up slowly in IE and turned out to be nothing more than a large pdf. Can you help me figure out what is happening and how to fix it, please? It is happening far too often. Running the virus, etc. software has not stopped this problem. HELP!! Can's type in Firefox UNLESS I open another internet tab, then go back to the first tab! All of the sudden, out of the blue, I hear the little "beep" noise that Mac's make when, for example, you try to close a program without saving an item first. It will "beep" to make you aware that you have an unsaved document. Now, without changing anything on my computer or Firefox, I get thet "beep" when I go to Firefox and try to type in a search box, etc. The only way I can type is if I open a new tab in firefox, then go back to the first tab. Only then will I be able to type. If I use my mouse and click on another box to type on, or try to go back and edit text I have already trped using the mouse to jump to a different portion of my text, I will hear the same "beep" until I (once again) click on another tab, then return to the first tab. It is very annoying as I have to constatnly click on another tab then return so that I can type or edit any thing. I had to do this several times while editing this very paragraph!! I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled. Nothing changed...

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?

you may be connected to the wireless network but the question is the internet working properly on the wireless network...
what i mean is that i can make a wireless network without the internet so i can save and share files and have other devices connected to the same network access them... but you have to make sure that your internet it running properly... may have to reconfigure the router is your using PPPOE or if it was working prior to your post then try to restart your modem... that usually resolves most issues.

HELP! How do I get my *.ai files editable again in Illustrator CS5? The tab says "(RGB/Preview)"

I've used Illustrator on and off since about 1988 [I'm a casual user, not a power user], and this is the first time I've ever seen this. I worked on the file all night, saved it repeatedly, closed it and opened it several times. Now, about 10 minutes later, when I open it, it's as if the file is a single image - totally uneditable. I've obviously tried clicking everything I can find... nothing helps.
I've opened some other files I worked on last week, and they still edit fine [how long will it be before they succomb to this sleeping sickness, too?] Their tabs say "CMYK/Preview", while the paralyzed file says "RGB/Preview" [You'd think it would be trivial to change back and forth, wouldn't you? BONG - it's not. After maybe 150 tries of every button around, no luck]. The STROKE and FILL menus contain no color choices, only one object [the entire picture] exists and can be selected, etc.
Basically, for the first time in 25 years, I am totally dead in the water in Illustrator, with a screaming deadline, no clue how to fix this, tried everything for hours, looked at dozens of utterly useless forums, and have no real desire to spend another 16 hours recreating these pictures from scratch. [Plus, how would I know these files would not become zombies, too?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Settings → scroll down to Safari → in Safari settings, I selected both Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data.
IF that does not work -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Finally - if problem still present -
Go to Settings>General>Reset
Reset the network settings - you will need to add the password of your home WiFi in your phone once more

On my ATV home screen the menu tabs for Movies does not show nor does Netflix under the Internet tab, I have tried reset etc but nothing works

I think I have a 1st gen ATV. The other evening I got the ubiquitous "Error-HDCP content etc, try again" message. When I logged back in later, the Movies tab was gone from the menu screen as was Netflix under the Internet tab. I have tried reset, restore, unplugging etc and nothing works, any thoughts?

If you had/have Netflix, you have the Apple TV 2.
Check your iTunes Store location is set to the correct location.

MAC CONNECTED TO INTERNET, PARALLELS SAYING LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY!

When i start up parallels everything is fine, but it wont let me connect to the internet, it says 'limited or no connectivity' yet I am connected fine on the mac side.
Has anyone had the same problem or can they talk me through how to get xp to connect to the internet?
