Internet telephone tells number busy

When i call any number using internet telephone it tells number busy.. I have tried calling 100's of number butt every time it tells number busy.. Can i get any solution to it?

as you have tried so many numbers it sounds the VoIP provider you use is telling your phone that number is busy. have you contacted them for help ?

This is unfortunately not possible with standards but you may try using Badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST => PROCESS_ACCOUNT.

Why is my landline tel number is in use by someone...

My mother has been with BT for 35yrs with same number. 6 months we moved to talk talk to avail of their broadband deal and we kept the same number. It's been working fine until Wednesday 22nd Aug when I suddenly lost all phone and internet connection. Now when I ring my land line number someone else answers. They live approx 2 miles away from me and tell me BT and sky gave them my number on Wednesday. Their connection started on the day I lost my services. My mother is elderly and needs her landline so we can get in touch with her and so that she can ring us when she needs us. I'm getting nowhere with BT or TALK TALK. Customer services are a disgrace and of no help whatsoever. BT says problem is with Talk Talk and Talk Talk sat problem lies with BT. Please please help. What's happened with my landline tel number?

BT do not provide or maintain the external network. This is done by Openreach who work for all service providers, including TalkTalk.
There is nothing BT Retail can do about your problem, as you are no longer their customer.
Its up to TalkTalk to report the problem to Openreach, as Openreach only deal with service providers.

Get plant information (tel number and fax number) from SPRO

I ahve a quotation form which I am pulling the footer with the plant adress and phone number and fax number . Right now my form is coded to pull the address and numbers from T001w and Kna1 table for tel and fax numbers . Now they want the telephone numbers to be pulled from the SPRO Plant indo, i.e in SPRO Enterprise strucrturew--definition logistic generaldefine copy delete plant ---address(tel number and fax number).
I would like to get the numbers from here , how do I get the plant information from there instead of getting it from the plant and customer tables.

I have a contact SIP number from gizmo and I am wondering where to save it in my address book. should I save it as a SIP number, or should I save it as an INTERNET TELEPHONE #?

I found Nokia has released "SIP VoIP Settings" Tools, but those tools are only support Nokia S60 VoIP Release 2.2, 2.3, 3.0, or 3.1.
The VoIP version of N96 is S60 VoIP Release 2.1. So, those tools are not compatible with N96.
Now, I found PJSIP is also related to SIP, below figure is from one of the PJSIP document.
So, what is the difference between PJSIP's SIP Stack and Nokia's SIP Stack? Which is the Standard SIP Implementation?

USE N95 for internet telephone

Dear All,
I can access my home wireless LAN or office wireless LAN. I want to configure my handphone nokia N95, using "skype" to communicate across internet. I had asked the nokia support when they told me that I need to do:
1. SIP settings
2. Internet telephone settings.
Can anyone tell me what is the exact procedure I should follow?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Due to changes in telecommunications regulations, the communications carrier that provided free phone conferencing for ConnectNow can no longer provide this service. As a result, Adobe no longer offers free phone conferencing for ConnectNow.
Other communications carriers provide free phone conferencing. You can search for a new carrier by entering "free phone conferencing" in your Internet search tool. You can also use your computer microphone as an alternative to phone conferencing.

N97's missing Internet telephone calls / setting /...

Hi all,
I need some help on Internet Telephone.
Just upgraded to N97 from N95.
While i was setting up my N97, i notice that internet calls are missing. (n95 shows it on the calls menu)
There are just video and voice calls available.
When i get to setup my VOIP settings( i have a VOIP account), after keying the settings for the sip profile, the next thing to set id the internet telephone settings, which cannot be found anywhere. Emailed nokia and the reply was "...its under the setting>connection menu>internet telephone settings...". Yes for my old N95, it is there. But for the new N97, connection have been changed to connectivity, and internet telephone is not there. "...And Yes N97 supports Internet Calls...."
I need help on this matter.

I actually read throught all the problems encountered on N97, but i am a little surprise that so many problems have pop up.
I did encounter a few resets myself, that was mostly on the first 3 days, while i was busy fiddling with the functions, including the internet call functions. i think on the fourth day, the phone wanted to do an update, and afterthat, its working without problems since.
I assume, after 4th day, i fiddle less, less load and changes, therefore the phone didnt give problem.But still, some of the problems listed in the fourm do exit, like after u have connected to the PC, the settings for the messages change back to C:.
i cannot be bother, and left it that way, after reading so much problems, i decided not to change too many setting.lol.
Meanwhile, its a good phone,except the need to get use to it again. NOKIA has changed so many folder names or removed them altogether, like the gallery is missing. now i have to re-learn what i know abt nokia for the last 10 years. Sad.

Validate Tel Number in BP creation before save

Hello Team,
I have requirement of validating Tel Number as per customer's requirement, for that I am not able to capture value of tel no entered on Screen. Similar validation for street field is already created by creating Z fun module which is assigned to event DHCHK via BUS7 tcode. In that fm BUA_BUPA_MEMORY_ADDRESS_GET is used to get address values. In that street and other details are coming but tel no is coming as blank.
Can anyone tell me what to do so that i can capture Tel No details.
Or else can i use badi for that ?

Are you saying that the TABLES named in the FM are not populated for ADR2, 3, 4, etc.? Look at the content of tables T_ADR2, 3, 4, etc., after your FM call. The FM should grab all the requested BUPA details from memory. Are these tables named in your tables statement when the FM is called?
I would expect those to be populated after the FM call, and personally, I would either modify that existing DCHCK module to grab these tables and process content also, or add one more DCHCK module with the same FM call and add the logic and error messaging to validate as per the user requirements. Since you already have a custom FM in the existing DCHCK FM, makes the most sense to do there, IMHO.
This is, of course, difficult since there are different formats for different countries and even within a country like the USA, I've found that different clients have different expectations as to how the phone, telex, fax, etc., numbers will be stored.

N73 - error "internet : invalid phone number"

i try to make a program use J2ME. this program is only add "*11" before the phonenumber. the format is like this :
example : 081805135895 (phone number)
*11081805136895 (after add "*11")
if this number send to provider, it make user can use a fiture from this provider.
I have "textfield.phonenumber" to get the phone number from user. when i fill this textfield with searching from phonebook, my program can work well. But, when this combination number send to the provider, N73 show error "internet : invalid phone number". in fact this program can run at nokia 6600, and some phone from Sony Ericsson.
i hope somebody can help me ... plizz....

Its not something that SKYPE doesn't know about. This same problem has been going on intermittently since 2011. (There are posts that date back to January 2011)
This seems to be a problem that Skype is unwilling to solve or fix.
Perhaps if people called the Better Buisness Bureau and other authorities like the FCC, perhaps after a few million in fines they'll be willing to actually fix the problem.
IF their company is not in the US, then they can be banned from operating in the US. This would create a problem for them as all countries would follow suit...except china.
This problem might be considered a fraudulent service as you are paying for a service you can not use or promised services are not available as stated.
So all the "moderators" that try to regurgitate the "make sure..." manifesto don't really have a clue. Its also not possible to hold moderators responsible for "placating" people with BS solutions as their usually not part of the company nor are they being paid to "moderate" forums.
The only thing you can truly do is cancel your sub for Skype or just not renew it when it ends, this is what I plan to do. I can get vonage and pay a bit more and get problems solved. Perhaps when they lose a few million "PAYING" customers they'll acvtually get a proper support service and start acting like they have a service to render.
Thats my advice, like it or lump it you know I'm right. So go get vonage for VOIP and drop Skype until they get a clue as to what their doing.

UCCX IVR NUMBER BUSY

Hi All
I will summarize the problem here. We have only 150 IVR(CTI) ports and 8 PRI(210) in our call center. If all the IVR ports utilized, the customer calling next would get ‘ number busy’. Is there any option to avoid this ‘number busy’ without increasing the CTI ports .

You'll need to create a huntgroup in call manager. Then find your trigger in call manager under devices -> cti route point. Search by the Directory Number (trigger number). Click on the line associated with this route point and you'll find the forward options towards the bottom of that screen. Put the hunt pilot number in to the Forward Busy fields.
