Interval onMouseMove AS 3.0

I need to make this function in AS3, as I do in AS2.

Is there anyone who can help me do it in AS3?
I need an interval of the mouse. If the mouse does not move at 30 sec. then intro movie clip will play. In this script I wrote earlier, I told the flash to hide the mouse, if the mouse does not move 5 sec.
So, click at the button to play some animation in movieclip.
If you don't move mouse 30 sec. then intro movie will play and other will stop.

Here's one approach using a Timer... you could have your button click set up the timer and start it off.
