Real time bpm business scenarios
<b>could some one please clearly explain me real time business scenarios where BPM(XI) implemented, this would help me a lot for my interview preparation</b>.
i really appreciate any helpHi Vijay,
BPM is mainly used in senarios where extra functionalities are to be done with the source message which cannot be done using the normal mapping and user-defined functions, like
->Collecting of messages till a certain count or for a specific criteria.
->Merging messages
->Spliting messages
->Processing of error files and sending to specific location and sending alerts.
->Parallel processing of two criterias at the same time can also be done using BPM.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Jesse. -

Premier Field Engineer Job at Microsoft
Hi All,
Please let me know the interview expectation for PFE in Microsoft.
How many Rounds of interview will be there?
What all areas they will cover in interview for Sharepoint Developer.
Please let me know all relatated information.I suspect that asking this in a Microsoft managed and monitored forum probably isn't the best move. But then again I am a conspiracy theorist. I'd also ask if you've prepared anything at all. it's not really that different from any normal
job interview preparation.
When I was approached to interview for this role, it stated out with a telephone interview. For this phase, I'd suggest showing confident, clear soft skills and having a copy of your CV at hand. Remember that you'll be applying for a role representing
Microsoft, potentially with some very high paying and prestigious clients. You'll be expected to know how to communicate well not just being comfortable with SharePoint technology.
After this is when the face to face interviews begin. Talk about your previous roles that involves SharePoint, what you've learned. If you're a consultant, talk about difficult problems you've encountered. Make your experiences relevant

Well , you won't go for shopping when there are already guests in your home , will you? In case, that didn't make much sense, I meant that you won't start reading books, pdfs, looking at websites when you are going to have an interview already scheduled for you. I can bet my money( whatever little I have) that even doing this, won't bring you any good. If your question directly or indirectly is related to the questions that the interviewer may ask, once again, this would be a total wrong approach to go for an interview. In almost no time, it can be find out whether you are speaking some crammed line or from yourself. I had a chance to sit on the other side of the hot seat and the guy in front of me was giving all teh bookish answers. I twisted the questions and I was sure that he must have not read them anywhere, guess what happened. he started fumbling and finally gave up.
Interview is what you know, what you have done so far. Its not to start picking up LOTS of books, looking for the questions/answers and just think that the interview will happen from that only. I have some questions whose answers, at least the complete answers , you won't find anywhere. My suggestion is to just go for the interview, be honest about what you know and more about , what you don't know. You haven't committed a crime by not knowing some thing. I know nothing and I am never scared from the interviews ;-) .
Not sure that did help or not but still, best of luck.

How to Prepare for MM interview ( Guidance )
Hi MM Gurus,
I was Preparing for interviews on MM, and working as ABAP side. I need to go on technofunctional side. in mm side what are the areas that i should cover best to get through an interview and topics on which people work less and should i learn other concepts like WM and CIN. And for a technofunctional guys what i have to learn in MM to indentify Technical aspects.
I have good knowledge on PP too, can go forward with MM and PP. is this combination works in industry or not.
Please give me your suggestions to me on this thread or my personal mail id [email protected]
Thanks in advance.
Poorna.Hi Poorna,
If u wanna to make a carreir as techno-functional consultant in MM/ABAP combination then u should be more thoro in MM bcoz going forward ur role will tilt more at functional side rather than technical.
For getting in MM, u have to have a knowledge of entire purchasing process, it may not be in SAP terms but in general terms. As far as SAP is concern, u should be clear in valuation, pricing & automatic acct determination.
All d best.
Thanks,

How to prepare for a LabVIEW interview
Hi,
Im having an interview on LabVIEW with a company which masters in ATE (automate test equipments). Can anyone help me what are the important topics tht ill have to cover/ prepare for the interview? Further request to share your personal experience on LabVIEW interviews if any.. I've completed cLAD and the employer has shortlisted my profile knowing that.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
RamSince they are the "masters" in ATE (as told by you) probabbly they will be more interested in knowing the details about the ATE that you have designed (or worked on ).
If i am there in such a interview panel i will defenetly ask questions regarding connections to various devices in the ATE (about the instruments connected to the ATE for performing the functional tests), The amount time that you saved while perfoming these tests automatically compared to manual tests, your knowledge on the NI hardware and lots of question regarding LabVIEW (that also includes the basic like lets start from Nyquist)
So be prepared....and All the best....

How to prepare for DBA Interview
Dear All,
Sorry for posting this thread. But i need your suggestions to improve my skills.
So kindly give me your suggestions and tips. What are the mail things i have to prepare.
Thanks in advance.
Moorthy.GSThere may be several kind of interviews, when I conducted technical interviews I let the guy talk about a topic, and I start asking about particularities. For me it is very important how accurate and documented is. And over all if the person is just trying to answer just to have a sound comming from his mouth, or if the person really knows what he or she is talking about. It is very very important to be honest at all time.

Hello! I am new to PP!
I am working with longer clips of interviews (10-20 min) and I would like to prepare them so I get an overview about the passages of each clip that I might use for a sequence later on. - In FCP I could not only set markers in the source! window but also edit/name/colorize them. So I would name many markers after text passages in a clip in the source window.
In PP this seems to be only possible in the sequence window which is too late for an overview.
Any suggestions? Subclips?
Thank you very much for your help! - MichaelYou can subclip for this, but I'm personally not a huge fan of subclips in Premiere, so I usually don't use them. They just act... weird. I guess they are functional, but I usually find that when I attempt to use them, I'm limited and end up having to find work arounds. It's hard to be more specific than that; I was accustomed to subclipping in Avid which works much better.
Despite that glowing review, if you want to subclip, probably the easiest way to do it is to load your source clip into the Source Monitor, mark in and out points, and then hold down Ctrl/Cmd and drag from the Source Monitor back to a bin. This will pop up a dialog letting you name the subclip, and then drop the subclip into the bin. You can continue this way until you've created all your subclips.
As far as markers go, I think you're correct: I don't believe there is a way to add named markers to a clip in the Source Monitor. I'm not positive about this, as I've never tried to do that. As far as I'm aware, the only markers that can be named are sequence markers. You might want to make a feature request here: Adobe - Feature Request/Bug Report Form
My usual method of dealing with long interviews is sort of a hybrid subclipping approach. Basically, I create a sequence for each interview subject, and then either drop the full-length interview clips into that sequence and chunk it up, renaming the segments as I go, or I load into the Source Monitor and do the in-out routine and drop those into the sequence. Maybe it's lazy, but I find myself doing the former more than the latter; it's easy to see where an interview response begins and ends (usually) by looking at the waveform peaks in the audio clip. After I chunk out all the pieces, I just listen to the bite and name the clip instance in a manner that lets me figure out what the content of the bite is quickly. I then have a workspace set up with two Timeline panels, where I can drag a bite I want to use into my working edit. I adopted this approach after I more-or-less got skunked by subclipping, and it's worked well for me. There are obviously a number of ways you can go about this, so just experiment until you find the one that works for you. -
Need objective sql and pl/sql question for preparing interview
Hey buddy please help me, now I am preparing interview of sql and pl/sql where asking objective question, so I need online site for preparing interview, your suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Have you tried searching using one of the many Internet search engines?
I expect that there are many kinds of sites out there that may cater to you.
