INTRASTAT/ EXTRASTAT- OUTPUT FIELDS

Hello Experts,
For intrastat and extrastat reporting , for italy, when i run MEIS for intrastat i get the following fields in the output.
Our Italian client requires the intrastat to be sorted as per vendor VAT number and commercial code
is this the legal requirement.
If yes, how do i change the display of the fields for the intrastat reporting.
how can i add new fields?
Thanks in advance for your help.pints would be rewarded immediately.
Regards,
Rajeshwari

If it is a legal requirement, that the VAT number must be in the file that you send to the government, then SAP has to take care about that in its programs if that is not already done.
Such changes can be found in OSS.
I just briefly checked the requirements and had not seen the VAT number for Intrastat puposes, maybe I just overlooked it.
You can find yourself the legal requirements in the offcial manuals:

What did I do wrong? Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Jonathan.

Hi Jon - You can sort the source values. If you use "sort select="Transaction/Data/f2" i don't think it has got some effect.
You can use <xsl:sort select="POSITION " /> Any issues with that?
Just to add - when you map Position with F2... how does the sorting will be different when you execute it on F2 or Position?
If you are doing some calculation for F2 then should handle the Sort function accordingly..

  • Intrastat/Extrastat  Implementation

How do we configure Intrastat/Extrastat reporting in S.D, what are the steps to implement them?
    - Sai

    hi sai,
just to add some valuable information on intrastat
    SAP Electronic Compliance Reporting
    Purpose
The single market of the European Union reduces the transactions that are officially recorded to imports and exports with countries outside of the EU. Nonetheless, the recording of country-specific intra-European transactions is just as relevant for individual member states of the European Union, to derive information about a country’s economic strength, foreign trade activities, and trade. Countries can use this data, for example, to implement measures to optimize its trade conditions.
As a result, every company is obliged to record the necessary statistical data. SAP Electronic Compliance Reporting (SAP ECR) supports you with the statistics declarations that you have to submit to the authorities for transactions involving trade between two member states of the EU. Moreover, you have to provide the statistical data in the proper format for your country’s statistics authorities (these formats vary within the EU). The relevant data for the Intrastat declarations is based on the logistics processes. You can collect the Intrastat-relevant data from these logistics processes and submit them to the national statistics authorities in periodic Intrastat declarations.
    Implementation Considerations
SAP ECR helps you create Intrastat declarations, where you can enter the relevant items for dispatches and receipts of traded goods, together with the necessary details. To create the Intrastat declaration for your statistics authorities in your country-specific format, you can use SAP ECR to generate the necessary file and send it to the authorities.
    Integration
You can use the nomenclature of goods from SAP Customs Management to determine the commodity codes you use to report the products involved in your logistics processes to the authorities. To do so, you have to configure the settings for commodity codes and their integration with SAP ECR in the Implementation Guide (IMG) of SAP Global Trade Services. For more information about the settings, see the Configuration Guide for SAP ECR at the SAP Service Marketplace, under service.sap.com/swdc ® Download ® Installation and Upgrades ® Entry by Application Group ® SAP Application Components ® SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) ® SAP GTS  ® Installation and Upgrade.
    Features
    &#9679;      Master data
    &#9675;       Provider of information
Companies have to notify the statistics authorities of their intra-European transactions that cross their own countries’ borders. You can define the appropriate information to identify the company providing the information to the authorities in the master data.
&#9675;       Default values for import from worklist
The statistics data for a provider of information's trading activities is based on business transactions in the logistics system. If you use integration with this system, SAP ECR collects the relevant information in a worklist. You can define default values to reduce the effort required to import the worklist into a statistics declaration. The system uses these default values for the imported values in the declaration.
    &#9675;       Commodity codes
If you want to use the nomenclature of goods for commodity codes and have configured integration with SAP ECR, you have to make these numbers available in your system. To do so, you can create the commodity codes and their descriptions manually or upload XML files from your data provider into your system.
    &#9675;       Classification
The system lets you classify your products with the correct commodity codes once, to optimize the generation of Intrastat declarations. If you use logistics system integration to create Intrastat declarations, the system can find the valid commodity code automatically for each document item in the feeder system and use it instead to create the Intrastat declaration, instead of the product numbers.
    &#9679;      Worklist
You can create Intrastat declarations based on your logistics processes in the feeder system. Once you configure integration with the logistics system, the relevant business transactions are transferred automatically to a worklist in SAP ECR, from which you can create the Intrastat declarations. You can also display and delete entries in the worklist, as necessary.
    &#9679;      Intrastat declaration
You use Intrastat declarations to submit binding information about shipments and goods receipts between two countries in the European Union. You can either aggregate the goods movements for a period and direction by statistical goods movement or record the items for each transaction. You can use SAP ECR to create the declaration file to ensure that your trade information meets the data format requirements of your statistics authorities.

  • Adhoc query-Problem with Personnel no output field

    Hi Gurus,
We are trying to run an adhoc query using a customized Info set(PNPCE logical database).
While running the query,we had selected Personnel no(from Payroll status P0003 table) as output field and Company code(from Org assignment P0001) as input field in the selection.
Problem is in the output field we are seeing the Personnel name details in place of Personnel no.Could anyone please suggest what could be the reason behind this and how to fix it.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
    Warm Rgds
    Sushil

    Hi Sushil,
The default output for fields with a text and a value (Name = text, PERNR = value) is the text.  You can change this by right clicking on the output box in Ad Hoc and selecting "Value".  If you want both name and number, select "Value and Text".
You can also change this default to Value from Text if in Ad Hoc, you go to Edit --> Settings.  On the last tab, change the radio buttion for output default to Value from Text.  This will change it for all fields so you would see the eight digit number rather than the name of the position or org unit.  Thus, you may want to keep it at Text and use the right click to change specific fields as needed.
By the way, it is usually best to utilize the personnel number field from IT0000-Actions, although it can be obtained from any infotype if you include that field in the field group when creating your infoset.

  • How to control the output fields in ALV

    Hi Pals,
I have a Z program which outputs around 400 characters length. It is working fine when we run in foreground(online).. But i have the problem with the length of the output of the report when i run in BACKGROUND mode. That is, only 255 characters are being displayed.
So, i have decided to supress some of the unwanted output fields being diplayed, so that the total output length becomes 255 characters.
How can i handle this situation in the ALV's?

  • '#' unexpectedly inserted into output fields in script print preview

    Hello Experts,
I came across a problem that confused me so much that when i try to see the print preview of a script form, the output fields in Main window were all printed with '#' inserted, as below:
the output is like 7#8#0#0#0#....but it should be 7800017167
and also, for other fields like date and amount, the same problem occurs.
But the most weird thing is that, the issue only occurs in the Main Window of the second page of the form, but not in the first page although they share the same  Main Window. And what's more, it only happened in the Testing System, I can not replicate them in develop system...
I know it may be a very isolate problem, but i just want to try my luck to see if any of you could shed me some light~
    Thanks!

    Hi Siva,
Can you tell me please, wheather its a "Z" driver program or Standard driver program.
After execution of the program/transaction code go for <b>systems</b>> then for <b>Status></b> then you can find the <b>program name.</b> You can go into that and search for  the <b>Open_form</b>. Before Open form set the <b>BreakPoint</b> there you can find the form name which will pass during run time through variable.
other option is that go for <b>NACE</b> transaction and see for <b>routine,</b> <b>for example</b> If it is invoice then it will be Billing. select your that<b> area</b> and click on <b>Output type button.</b> there you can see the output types You can go in that and see for program and form name, then you can confirm the output type.
reward point if it is helpful.

I don't think that you are get the F4 functionality by pressing F4, but maybe if you use a hotspot you could achieve it.  Check this sample.  When you click on a company code in the list, it fires the F4 help defined by the program.
    report zrich_0001 .
    tables: t001.
data: begin of it001 occurs 0,
          bukrs type t001-bukrs,
          butxt type t001-butxt,
          ort01 type t001-ort01,
          land1 type t001-land1,
          end of it001.
    start-of-selection.
select bukrs butxt ort01 land1 into table it001 from t001.
      loop at it001.
        format hotspot on.
        write:/ it001-bukrs.
        hide it001-bukrs.
        format hotspot off.
        write: it001-butxt.
      endloop.

    Hi everybody
    A quick question
I wanted to know if theres a way to put a value in an output field when doing a batch input?
I think its not possible but Im not sure
    PLease do confirm

    Hi sia,
    1. Ofcourse not
    2. BCOS
    3. Batch input
       indirectly is nothing
but SIMULATION / EXACT COPY OF MANUAL ENTRY
       of that particular transaction.
    4. If the transaction does not allow
       entry in manual mode,
then it won't allow even in batch input/sessoin/bdc mode.
    regards,
