Intrastat incompletion check

Hello everybody,
I am running the Intrastsat report for Italy.
The incompletion check gives me several error messages:
1. "The system did not find the purchase order currency for vendor YYYYY".
    However the LFM1-WAERS (Purchase order currency) in the vendor master data has a value (EUR).
    Is the Purchase order currency maintained somwhere else as well?
2. "The statistical value of the document item is zero"
    The "Condition" tab is missing for these items in the purchase order. Does this depend on the material group or the article?
Can you help me to correct these errors please

1. Yes, purchase order currency will get updated from vendor master. Check order currency for the vendor master for the purchase organization, which has maintained in the PO.
2. Have you maintained schema group in the vendor master? Please check, system will show the condition details based on schema group.

    I have following problem.
    We have to change the values of the fields VBAK_LANDTX and VBAK-STCEG_L depending on other data of VBAK,VBAP,VBKD automatically.
    We do this in the USER-EXIT USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK.
    That works fine.
    The User is not allowed to change this values by hand => Thefore we set this fields to output.
    That woks fine.
    At special situations we clear this fields and want the order to go incompleteness log.
    Therfore we did the according customizing.
    That woks fine.
    But out problem is that the incompleteness check does not run always.
    It runs only if the fields are changed at the dynpro by hand.
    We have found out 2 possible other solutions but none of them makes me happy.
    We use the USer Exit USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAK.
    1. Correct table xvbuv by hand
    2. Copy the incompletness routines from SAPFV45f and do the RV_check_document_input.
    What I'm lokking for is a flag where I can trigger the incompletness check.
    It would be great if someone has an idea

    I think it's not possible to run multiple fill aggregate jobs. The database will be busy with first jonb then obviuosly you will recieve an error message.

    While creating Customer master for a newly defined sales organisation, when i try to save the entry, the screen goes to Partner Function and it displays the error :-
    Data is incomplete; check
    Message no. F2125

  • Incompletion Check in Customs Declaration

    We are upgrading our GTS system from 7.0 to 8.0. When we process outputs in communications tab, we are getting and error as "Executor/Sender not maintained for CD#xxxxxxxxxxx". We Debuged and found that the system is looking for partner function CUSVER (Consigner). At teh same time the document status is also incomplete.
    However this error was not generated in 7.0 even though CUSVER was not maintained.
    My question is,
    1. Has anybody who has upgraded from 7.0 to 8.0 faced this problem of missing partner function or any similar problem?
    2. How is the Incompletion check procedure determined for Customs Declarations and does it effect the partner function check?

    Hi,
    the check depends on the country (legal regulation) for what you are doing the customs declarations because the partner function is mandatory for customs.
    To fix your issue check:

  • In F-90  error message :Asset BMPL 1500001-0 is incomplete, check the asset

    i hv created an asset 1500001,
    entered the required fields
    in Tab general:       description , text, account determination, serial number, quantity, capitalised on
    in the depriciation area tab:   dep area 1, dkey, useful life =10 , periods, dep start date 01.04.2009.
                                                 for the  dep area 2,  the group field is checked.
    Later when i use F-90 for vendor acquisition, i receive th error  Asset BMPL 1500001-0 is incomplete, check the asset.
    please gv me th ereason for the same.

    in assets master don't put the  capitalised date .
    it will automatic come when you do the capitalisation by transction code f-90

  • CRM Incompleteness Check dependent on status

    Dear Experts,
    I am working on a status scheme that requires to perform incompleteness checks depending on user status.
    So far the check simply runs on document type levels (Quotation & Order).
    We thought about triggering this problem using the "Action Wizard", however we cannot find the merge between Incompleteness Check & Action.
    Does anyone have an idea how to combine incompleteness checks with user status?

    Hi Daniel,
    Here is some information regarding your old question
    - if you still need it
    As standard function, Incompletness can trigger Business
    Transaction which is link to System status (tcode BS33).
    But this only relevant if you use CRM Activity.
    In order to check user status to run specific incompletness check, you have to write BAdi Implementation
    after you complete the Incompletness Configuration.
    Or another way, create modification in BAdi-Order Save
    for the validation and Set Action to be run in When
    Saving time.

    Hi Satish,
    Incompleteness procedures are applicable to both, Transactions as well as Business Partners, as both are business objects.
    Now, the point is what procedure is triggered when. Now, say, you have assigned an incompleteness procedure to a transaction (ZTRANS_PROC1) as well as to a business partner (ZBP_PROC1).
    The answer is, when you are in the process of creating or modifying an instance of an object, the respective incompleteness procedure is triggered, which means, if you are modifying or creating a business partner, then the incompleteness procedure that is assigned to the business partner (ZBP_PROC1) will be called and the respective field/s will be checked for incompleteness.
    Similarly, if you are modifying or creating a transaction, then the respective incompleteness procedure that is assigned to the transaction/item category (ZTRANS_PROC1) will be triggered. Here ZBP_PROC1 is not called as the business object in question, is the transaction and not the business partner.

    I am using FM to create the sales order. I need to check the completion of the created sales order. Is there any function module to do this. I cant find any export parameter in the above FM which gives the same.

    Hi ,
    By the completion do you try to mean that if it creates the sales document or not ?  If not u can use BAPI_SALESORDER_GETSTATUS to check the status for the sales document , but if it is about the document generally in the importing parameters you will have the document number , or if it is created you can look for the message ( ie. in Bapi you' ll have return parameters ) .
    Check this BAPI please BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.

    Customization Path:
    SAP Implementation Guide -> CRM -> Basic Functions -> Incompleteness.
    In BP Master Data, we assign Incompleteness Group to BP in Sales Area Data  on the Sales Tab Page. 
    I just want to know regarding this and how it differs from  spro - Cross-Application Components - SAP Business Partner - Business Partner - Basic Settings - Field Groupings customization.

  • Asset incomplete

    Dear Experts,
    I have created as asset through PO and I have set goods receipt check for it. not that I want to do MIGO for that asset, I receive following error:
    Asset 1100 111000000000-0 is incomplete, check the asset
    Message no. AAPO184
    Diagnosis
    The 'Incomplete' indicator was set for asset 1100 111000000000-0 because required entries were not made.
    System Response
    In the standard system, the system rejects the posting of the asset and issues an error message.
    However, this message can be configured and therefore can be changed to a warning. However, you should take note that in this case postings are also made, although an additional account assignment is missing.
    Procedure
    Proceed as follows:
    The following applies for existing assets: Start the report Incomplete Assets - Detail List (RAUNVA00) for the asset and complete the missing entries for the asset as needed. Then post the transaction again.
    The following applies for new assets: Choose the Master Data push button and complete the asset master data.
    I did the RAUNVA00 and I saw that in asset master data useful life is missing. But the asset I have created is using dep key of declining balance and does not need useful life. Could you please help me how to solve this problem. Do I have to make field of useful life optional for this dep key? if so, how?

    I am not sure how to understand your statement "But the asset I have created is using dep key of declining balance and does not need useful life", because the useful life is also necessary for declining balance depreciation.
    For declining balance depreciation keys you don´t specify an explicit percentage rate, the algorithm is to multiply the straight-line depreciation percentage with a declining balance factor limiting it to a max. % rate.
    declining % rate = straight-line % rate x declining balance factor
    Example: if you have an asset with 5 years of useful life, a declining balance factor of 3 and max. decl. % rate of 30%, you would get the following calculation:
    decl. % = 20% (= 1/5) x 3 = 60% --> limited to max. % rate of 30%
    Switch the example to 10 years of useful life and you get:
    decl. % = 10% (= 1/10) x 3 = 30% --> no reduction necessary
    Both variables of useful life lead to the same % rate, but this only due to the max. % rate.
    Switch the example to 20 years of useful life and you get:
    decl. % = 5% (= 1/20) x 3 = 15%
    And here you see why the useful life is required also for declining balance depreciation calculation.

  • Foreign Trade data Incomplete

    Hi Folks,
    when i do a billing I am getting a message saying foreign trade data incomplete. Then i went to VF02 transaction and made following changes..
    1. Goto->Header->Foreign trade data/Customs. There i gave values for  modeoftransport Border and Domestic ModeofTrans fields then document is complete.
    My doubt here is why do i get such an message.............
    Can anyone help me in solving this issue.....

    1. IMG> Sales and distribution>Foreign Trade/Customs-->Incompleteness Schemas for Foreign Trade Data.
    Create 2 Incompletion procedure  Z1-Incompletion procedure- header  and Z2-Incompletion procedure - Item
    2. Z1-Incompletion procedure- header : Assign the following fields
    EXPVZ     Mode of Transport for Foreign Trade
    STABE     Country of Origin of the Means of Transport at Departure
    STGBE     Origin of Means of Transport when Crossing the Border
    ZOLLA     Customs Office: Office of Exit/Entry for Foreign Trade
    3.Z2-Incompletion procedure - Item
    Origin field    EXPRF
    1   Field ready for input - Incompletion check not active
    4. Then go to  Foreign Trade Data in MM and SD Documents  and assign the above  incompletion procedure
    DE     004 Germany     2     Z1          Z2 activate tick mark
    ES     011 Spain     2     Z1          Z2activate tick mark
    FR     001 France     2     Z1          Z2activate tick mark 
    This will solve your issue .

  • Foreign Trade incompletion.

    Hi,
    When releasing the billing document to accounting, we are facing custom/office exit(ZOLLA) missing.
    This incompletion is not allowing us to post the document. We would like to remove it from incompletion log. We dont have any incompletion procedure assigned to foreign trade header for the depature country. Can any one has any idea why its throwing this error, from where excactly i can remove it.
    And the when i change the mode of transport border from 1 to 3 its not showing any incompletion.

    Few days ago i have faced same problem regarding the FTD , my issue was resolved as there was an user defiend enhancement was in place.
    With help of ABAPer i was able to fix the issue .
    Now possible ways to correct would be ,
    1.Check VI29 & VI49 for settings
    2 Go to SMOD & check active enhancements. Please take help of abaper for this.
    3.On your part you can search for  SAP notes

  • Incompleteness Procedure - Navigation to required fields.....

    Hello,
    I noticed that on the portal side as well as the GUI, if you don't fill standard required fields the error message will have a link that will navigate you directly to the field in question to enter values in the given field.  I want to implement this functionality with other "non-standard" fields.
    I have implemented an incompletion procedure to specify other fields that need to be filled as well.  The process works correctly except that there is no navigation functionality on the GUI side or the portal side.  I can't find any documentation regarding this.
    Does anyone know how, or even if, you can do this?

      I am defining a text ID for incompleteness check and there is no documentation on how to define field defintion for text id. I defined and added it to an incompleteness procedure. But when it does the check, it always says Text ID is not maintained. When you click on that, it takes you to the text tab, but it looks like it is not checking.
      Do you happen to know how to define fields for text ids?

    I'm struggling with a problem concerning the incompletion log after deleting a value in the named user exit.
    I check if the profit center has a certain value in the form  USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP USING US_DIALOG. if this is the case, the system deletes the value. But my problem is that at this moment, the incompletion log is not updated. Do I have to update the table xvbuv manually with the new entry ? Or is there another way to update this ?

    That's not entirely true - it depends on the user, what changes on the line item, and what the criteria are for blanking out the value.  Removing the value would be the normal trigger if the field is in the item incompletion procedure but not necessarily if done via code.
    The incompletion check occurs in routine VBAP_PRUEFEN_ENDE and requires that something has changed in VBAP in order to be triggered.  If the routine has already been called and then you change a VBKD-based value on the item, such as the incoterms, then the incompletion check is skipped but the userexit_check_vbap call is still made afterwards.  In this scenario, if you click 'Save' after making the incoterms change, the profit center value gets wiped out and no incompletion is triggered unless you append the value back to the table (or make a subsequent check with RV_CHECK_DOCUMENT_INPUT).  I'm assuming this is why the poster asked the question.  Might be a bug, but SAP would probably tell you it's 'working as designed'...
