I received an email saying:
Your Creative Cloud membership has been transitioned from paid to free because we were unable to bill the credit card on file. Please update your payment information to resume your paid membership.
Membership Details
Current Product: Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year)
Most Recent Transaction ID: <snipped>
Next Payment Date: January 16, 2015
It is the same card I used to pay for my first month of Creative Cloud subscription. Whenever I try to renew my subscription, it says "Invalid Card"

  • Invalid card Cryptogram in G&D

    Hi,
    I bought G&D Mobile security card Premium, the package did not contain any tool for loading the applet into the card.
    I used GPJ java cross platform tool for communicating with the card.
    when i tried to list the existing applets with the following command, i get card cryptogram invalid exception.
    java -jar gpj.jar -list
    I want to install a applet into the card, if there is any tool which will work with G&D security card, please reply...

    What card do you have there? Does the card support SCP 01? That is what you are indicating in the INITIALIZE UPDATE command. It seems that the card calculates the card cryptogram in conjunction with the Sequence Counter as specified in SCP02 but not in SCP01. This would explain the error on the second attempt (Sequence Counter incremented --> off-card calculates with different session keys).
    Try to set cardManager.initializeUpdate(0x01,0x01,0x2) --> id=1, ver=1, scp=2.

    Appstore constantly asks for billing information whenever i want to download smth. And when i enter the card details, it declines my payment method. I have used this card for 1,5 years, i have used the same card for appstore as well, but now it won't accept. It says it's not a valid card number, but it is, and use it everyday to make other purchases!

  • TS1292 my serial number won't work either.  I keep getting the same message. Invalid card

    I bought an itunes voucher from safeway yesterday. When I enter the number (after scratching off with a coin) I get the  message "not a valid number" it then asks me for a serial number which I then enter and get the same mesage. between vodafone and apple I reckon you both score an even for the worst customer service ever. You should be ashamed after the amount of money people use to purchase your products. I work in a very  elite University but I certainly won't be advertising your product.

  • Trying to setup Apple Pay and keep getting "invalid card" message.

    I looked up my bank and debit card on the list and it's on there, so I don't know why it's not accepting it. Also, this is the card I have set up in iTunes. I have an iphone 6 with iOS 8.2.

    When you looked up your card, I assume you looked here:
    Apple Pay participating issuers - Apple Support
    Please pay very careful attention to the footnotes.  I have a Citi card that is co-branded.  There is a footnote (1) at the top of the list in the co-branded header.
    My particular Citi co-brand has not yet signed up for Apple Pay, even though there is a big check mark in the Citi - Co-branded cards box.

    I bought a $15 iTunes giftcard at Maverik and tried activating about 20 minutes later, I thought that would be enough time, and it says its an invalid card code. Ive used $50 gift cards and they have worked prior to this. Help anyone tonight? I will go complain tommorrow if it doesn't work.

    Most of the people on these public forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove the card number from your post - hopefully nobody else will have read it and redeemed it onto their account.
    Was the iTunes card issued in the same country as your account is based (they are only valid in their country of issue) ? If it was and the page that you posted from doesn't help then you can try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly of its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes

  • How to format a text field for credit card numbers?

    OK, I found this conversation, http://forums.adobe.com/message/3598185, that gave some useful insight, and I adapted the code presented in it to make sure the user types in a 16-digit number, and it tells them to do it right if they don't.
    Here's my problem:
    With the code as given, I can either get a single string of 16 digits (i.e.: 1234567890123456), or, I have to make the user manually type in the spaces to get the usual CC format (1234 5678 9012 3456).
    What I'm hoping for is some code that will let me allow the user to simply type in 16 uniterrupted digits, but that will then display that entry in the expected format. (So, user types 1234567890123456, but the field once they tab or click out of it will show 1234 5678 9012 3456)
    Here's the code I have thus far (like I said, copied alomst verbatim from the link above):

    Acrobat uses JavaScript and not the Java programing language.
    Many script samples are for different variations of JavaScript and Adobe has its own variation.
    Also if you make spaces or other white space characters part of the value, you need to remove them from the validation.
    A custom validation script could be:

    On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account  - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.
    Changing payment info : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID).

    }No, no, no. It's really very simple. Imagine this:
    Card c = getCard(42);
    c.someMethod();What is the value of 'c' after calling getCard()? And what happens when c.someMethod() is called?
    You see, the getCard() method does not have a return statement in all cases. A method that returns a value either must be absolutely guaranteed to execute a return statement in all cases, unless an exception in thrown.
    So the simplest thing you can do (or an array of cards might be in order here) is just add a default: case that throws an exception.

  • Change credit card option

    Your bank reissues your credit card. Azure account gets suspended for a now invalid card. Not intuitive on how to change your credit card info for an Azure subscription that has been disabled other than filing a billing support ticket.
    Comments from client:
    This is their “emergency level” service……2 hours at least down…..
    They have the worst customer service in the entire universe, Mars included.  You can’t change your CC number, you can’t contact them, it is absurd.
    Not hard to read between the lines to see he is not happy.

    An update:
    Client got through to Microsoft support. New credit card applied.
    As a result, the production web roles were not un-suspended. THEY WERE DELETED!
    There's more. SQL Azure was scaled back to S0 - (With this new DTU stuff, I like to refer to standard 0 (S0) as basic crop duster mode.)
    We are not yet in production.  It appears that a bank reissuing a credit card results in a business shutdown.
    Will advise client they must go to pay by invoice mode before we go into production.
    Someone at Microsoft please take note.

  • Why is my bank account being charged if i never entered my card info?

    I was putting in my card informaton.. not to buy something at that time, just for the future. Everytime i would enter the card number it would say invalid card number. I got frustrated and gave up.  Now there are three charges to my bank account from apple itunes store, each is $1.00

    Don't worry man. They're just authorization holds. Checking if your card has balance. It goes back to your card in less than 24 hours.
