Invalid Gift Unable to gift an item using iPhone 5s and iPad air, Error Message Invalid Gift. You must enter a valid recipient email address.

This has been going on for quite a while. I am able to send/purchase gifts from my iMac however; when I attempt to purchase a gift on my iPhone 5s (iOS 7.0.4) or my iPad Air (iOS 7.0.4 ) i get the following error message:
Invalid Gift
You must enter a valid recipient email address.
This happens no matter what email address I type in. Once this message comes up you can only select "OK". It never let's me finish my purchase.
Any ideas?

I am unable to open pdf links using firefox 4 beta 11. Error message is "....ashx file cannot be opened, because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to disk first and then opening file"

I can open some pdf file in FF beta 11 using Adobe reader, however some links to pdf files cannot be opened. When clicked, the error message above appears. There is no option to open the file, so I have had to switch to Safari to read these pdf file.

Ok, I have used Mail for years. All of a sudden I am unable to send mail. The mail goes to the outbox and then I receive the following error message.
This message could not be delivered and will remain in your Outbox until it can be delivered.
The server "smtp.mac.com" refused to allow a connection on port 25.
I can connect to webmail of course and send mail that way.
I receive mail perfectly.
Not sure what to do...??

You are obviously talking about a password that you need in order to delete the iCloud account since you do not delete an Apple ID on a device, you sign out of it and sign in with the new one.

Using iPhone 3G and iPad on one iTunes account?

I have an iPhone 3G that I have been using on an older iMAC that can only support up to OS 10.4.11. I can't update the iPhone to OS4.2 because the iMAC can't support 10.1 iTunes, because it can't support OS 10.5 or higher. I also have a Gateway laptop with XPpro SP3 and have my iPAD connected to that. Is there a way I can connect my iPhone to the iTunes account on my Gateway without losing everything I have on my iPhone or messing up my iTunes library on the Gateway or what I have on my iPAD?

I have a similar problem. I have an iPhone 3G on an old iMAC that can't upgrade beyond 10.4.11, so I can't install iTunes 10.1, and therefore can not upgrade my phone to 4.2. I have a Gateway laptop with XP Prop SP3 and have my iPAD synced to that computer. I have an iPhone 5 and get an error that tells me I am entering the wrong password if I attempt to download any new apps directly to my phone. I am using the correct password and if I download the apps to my mac computer it's works fine. I'm at a loss.

Settings>iTunes/App Store...tap the ID shown, sign out, now sign back in. See if doing that fixes things.
