Invalid license data. Reinstall is required.

I am getting this error message when I attempt to open a ".sln" file.
The window title is "Visual Studio 2010 Shell".
I purchased sql Server Developer 2014 60 days ago. Have never installed Visual Studio on this computer.
I have followed all of the uninstall / reinstall instructions and the problem is persisting
It appears to be a very common error message by the google search. This is a show stopper for me and I am surprised that the solution is apparently so elusive. Please Help!

There's a visual studio run time which needs to be installed locally.
Launch the install for SQL 2012, when it extracts the install media, it drops them into a randomly generated folder under C:\ grab the vssetup. Ensure that's installed locally on your machine
That was enough to get it to work for me BUT I believe, since I sequenced, something changed with an update and now there's some other steps required. Peter S, shared this with me. Try these steps:
Under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT there's a Licenses registry key. If there's a value remove the value, do not delete the key, leave it there, if it doesn't exist create it. Set the virtualization level as Overwrite in the.
Create a PRE-LAUNCH Script which runs:
“VFS\ProgramFilesX86\Microsoft Visual Studio
10.0\Common7\IDE\DDConfigCA.exe” inside the package*. This creates the
machine related license key inside the App-V environment.

I just updated my windows 8 to windows 8.1. After that I downloaded the driver from the HP website. In its intallation, i cannot register my country to Singapore and the computer prompted me the message "Invalid license data. Reinstall is required." I re-do it many times but the same things happened again and again. Any solution i can take?

Invalid Alias Format : Table_name.Column_name required

Hi All,
I am new to the OBIEE 11g and I am trying to get used to the a lot it in one shot. I was hoping that someone could help me answer this question.
I am trying to replace a value from the database and replace it with another value if a condition is met. I am using the below SQL statement to get there however, when I select ok I get an error message:Invalid Alias Format : Table_name.Column_name required.
Can anyone tell me how I can accomplish my taskl? I am currently using OBIEE 11g and I am modifying the column measure by editing the formula with the below code. Let me know. Thanks.

Do anybody knows the wether any BAPI available for Change License Data[VX22].
I actually have to perform a BDC for change license data some times for Multiple items for single Sales Document number at a time.

I had run through it against VX22 in all 3 modes and it is working fine for single line item for a sale order.

Invalid license after moving software to a new computer; old version disengaged

I bought a new MacBook Pro. I copied PhotoShop Elements 10, along with other software, from my old Mac and added it to the new one. I got a request on the new Mac to enter the license. I did that and receive notice that the license was invalid. Some investigation revealed that I did not have permission to use the software on two computers. I disengaged the software on the old Mac. I'm still getting a request for the license, but every time I enter it, I get the same invalid license error message. I have emptied the cache and dumped cookies on my browser. What else can I do?

Your license does allow the use of the software on two computers. The problem is that you can never, never move an installed version of PSE. PSE is not a tidy package like most mac apps; its installer strews stuff all over your hard drive and you can never hope to get all the necessary bits and bobs. You must ALWAYS install PSE from scratch on a new machine.
By attempting to move it, you have made a lot more problems for yourself. Now you will need to download and run this:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
After which you can go around and manually remove all the PSE bits you've brought over. Look not only in Applications, but also in hard drive>library>Application Support>Adobe and also in your username>library>preferences. (You can't use spotlight to search. It's programmed to skip these kinds of files.)
After that you can reinstall from scratch.

I have a requirement to develop an e-mail notification for order lines maintained with an invalid license.
T-Code VA01, this mail will be triggered if order has been blocked due to invalid or no license at the time of saving.
we can add email notification by using some user exit. Can you please guide me on how to go about looking for the appropiate user exit. Or any other suggestions.

Quicklaunch invalid license

I purchased Quicklaunch on my 9810 several weeks ago and have been using it fine. Today, when I try to use Quicklaunch, it asks for the registration code which is pre-populated and is the same as I got when I installed it. When I click activate, after a very long pause, I get an invalid license error. I have reinstalled Quicklaunch and tried to re-activate it, but no joy. Am I forced to pay for the upgrade to v4.0 to continue to use it even though I don't want the upgrade and have paid for the version I use?

Just to follow up with this, I got an email response from Nikkisoft saying that their authentication server was down and I should try to authenticate the application again and it worked. Nothing sinister going on, just technical difficulties. I was impressed with the timely response I got.

I have downloaded the LV Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office for evaluation with LabVIEW 2010. The examples for the Help get many errors, including "The subVI is not executable. You must fix all errors in the subVI before this VI can run." and "This VI or item belongs to a library that is expired or invalidly licensed".
I selected that I wanted to evaluate the toolkit instead of putting an activation code during installation. Installation went OK.
How can I get the examples in this LV Toolkit to Run so that I can evaluate it?

The detailed message reads as follows, now my question is how to change the baseline date for the Cocd 1200 for GL account 122400

The value for field "Bline date" in the interface to Financial Accounting is an initial value but you are required to make an entry in the field selection for G/L account "122400" in company code "1200" linked to the field selection for posting key "81".

Heres what I did:
OB41> Double clicked on posting key 81> clicked on field status> Payment transactions> Both Due date and Value date have already been set to optional.
For OB14 it asks me to input a field status variant.
There are three of them. Now here is the tricky part, how do I find out which field variant has been assigned
0001     Field status for 0001
1000     Field status for CoA 1000
3000     Field status for CoC 3000
I went further and check for all the three variants one by one
and found out that in the field status> Payment transactions for the following entry in the field status group
G045     Goods/invoice received clearing accounts
The DUE DATE and VALUE DATE are suppressed. What do I need to do here?
Next I checked OBB8 to find the following three Options I dunno which one of them is applicable to the GL account 122400 for Cocd 1200. Where can I find the assignment? How can I find which payment term is being used.

I am trying to send my slide show to iDVD via iPhoto share and I keep getting:
INVALID MEDIA DATA FOUND IN SLIDESHOW
All the photos in the slideshow were taken by me. I have made and shared many slideshows
with no problems.
All the songs are from my iTunes library etc...

ISE 1.2 change account duration - invalid account date error

When I tried to extend the duration of some accounts to july 2014 on my ISE 1.2 I got the invalid account date error. When I tried to extend the user to the 5th of february it worked. I couldn't go further thant that date although I can select a date 365 days away from now.
Is there a limitation when you want to change the account duration?

This will be addressed in upcoming releases mostly in ISE 1.2.0. 899 Patch 7 which is tentatively scheduled to be released at the end of February .

SAP NW CE 73 trail version license key installation shows invalid license

Hi,
I have installed SAP NW CE 73 trail version in my system.
It installed successfully, after I try to install license key using NWA it shows no valid license found.
Every time after restart it works 10-15 min after that it shows same error message (no valid license found).
Let me know how to solve my issue.
