Heeelp! I try to call a number from Romania, to a person who is now in France. I have called to the number,and appears me a message" invalid number" why? i have a subscription with 400 min on France with 10e. Whhhhyyyy?

It can be because of The attempted conversion of a character string to a number failed because the character string was not a valid numeric literal.
Only numeric fields or character fields containing numeric data may be used in arithmetic functions or expressions.
Only numeric fields may be added to or subtracted from dates.
Check the character strings in the function or expression.
Check that they contain only numbers, a sign, a decimal point, and the character "E" or "e" and retry the operation .
Check API design.

THE FIX: your credit card address AND spelling of your name must match iTunes.
Please don't google or read other blog entries on the Internet telling you to use a restaurant address or those that are telling you apple is doing address validation. They are all written by 17 year olds who pick up the first thing and re-post. Why do people try to "help" by authoritatively posting an answer? The mass of them are ruining my google searches. :-)
Apple is now validating whatever ASCII that you told your credit card company. It's not just address validation.
Name AND address must match.
Then it worked for me.

I am still getting invalid signature when trying to update Itunes. I have tried updating manually, but I get the
same thing, an invalid signature error. I tried updating on another computer in the house and it updated fine!

A brief and probably non-helpful answer: I know of no way to eliminate your large amount of duplicates other than by repetitive, tedious manual effort.
*There has got to be a simpler way.*

Thanks for the update! Let's continue to take a closer look. What model phone do you have? Do you have any bars of signal on the device? Has this effected data or text? Are you able to receive incoming calls?

ORA-7445 when trying to call a function over JDBC

We are trying to call a PL/SQL stored function which is in a package. When we call the procedure with SQLPlus or something different, it works fine, no error occurs. But when we try to call it over jdbc, we gat the following error plus an ORA-07445 error in the alert log. (running 8.1.7.4.0 on SunOS 5.8)

The "oerr" utility for your error code gives the following output:

Security exception when trying to call a DLL from an applet

I really hope someone out there can help me. I'm trying to call a windows DLL from an applet but always get some error when the call to the DLL comes. If I run it on the command line (calling a dummy main function that only calls the dll) I don't get any error. However, with the -Djava.security.manager, I get an ExceptionInitialiserError. When running it in a browser, I seem to get any of three errors, the above, securityAccessControlException (as I was expecting) and even NoClassDefFoundError.
I realise of course that this has to do with the permissions in effect but nothing seems to happen when I change the policy file, so I have to feeling that I'm chaning the wrong file. The one I'm using is the one the JRE entry in the registry is pointing to, Java Runtime Environment->CurrentVersion...
I even tried giving everything in the applet's directory AllPermission.
So what I'm wondering is this. Is there any way to check if your policies are actually working and when you update the files, what do you need to do to make the changes take effect?

OIM: Invalid LookupQuery when trying to save

OIM: 11g (11.1.1.5.2)
When trying to create a form field, of type LookupField, I am entering the following Lookup Query property value:
select UD_ADGRP.UD_ADGRP_OBJECTGUID,UD_ADGRP.UD_ADGRP_DISPLAYNAME,UD_ADGRP.UD_ADGRP_DESC from UD_ADGRP,OIU,OBJ,OST where UD_ADGRP.ORC_KEY=OIU.ORC_KEY and oiu.ost_key=ost.ost_key and ost.obj_key=obj.obj_key and ost.ost_status in ('Provisioned', 'Enabled') and upper(obj.obj_name) = upper('AD Group');
When trying to save, I get
"Invalid Property Value was specified. Insert Failed"
My console log show:
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00911: invalid character
However, running the above query directly via JDeveloper brings back the proper information.
Any idea what the invalid character might be?

However, now when trying to add the 'Lookup Column Name' and 'Column Names' properties, the same error is being thrown.
I am setting:
Lookup Column Name to be: UD_ADGRP_OBJECTGUID
and it is throwing the errors:

I would like to be able to key on the OBJECTGUID attribute because I want to use it in a process task. I don't want to have to lookup it later. ie: I have a child table trigger that is executing, and the task adapter that I have assigned is needing the GUID as input.

Yes- stop invoking an object that is disconnected from its clients. This will get rid of your "error"
Of course, that means nothing to anything that is not a 'Windows OS'.....

I was finally able to log in through my system preferences after about three or four hours. I ran a disk utility to repair permissions and restarted and it seemed to work ok.

my application, but when I run the command to package it I get the

Then it leaves a .tmp file in the directory where I ran the

What should be done from here?

Check which version of adt you are using. Sounds like you are
using a beta release, which wouldn't recognize the final 1.0
namespace.
