Invalid redemption code problem to get serial number

Bought adobe premiere elements 13. Got to retrieve serial number by entering redemption code. 24 letters and numbers. I did every way, case sensitive and not, and even the 0 with a line through it, an O or number 0? Tried both. Still all ways "invalid." What now?

The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

If you registered the product with Adobe (Version 12 and 13 required mandatory registration) then the correct serial number must be recorded in your Adobe account. You can login and check there and also copy and paste the number to avoid any mistakes in reading the numbers.

I used the number one and the small l and a zero and a capital O in my redeption number and still get the same message. Assuming you’re entering the correct code, and not confusing a zero for the letter O or 5 for S or 8 for B or similar, then if you mean you went to the store and bought a box, the cashier needed to have scanned a bar-code on the box and transmit that data to Adobe, otherwise the code won’t work. Maybe the code wasn’t scanned or maybe the data wasn’t transmitted in real time or maybe Adobe’s network didn’t get the data to the server right away. If this is something you just bought a few minutes before trying the code, maybe wait a little bit longer. Otherwise, there is likely a Contact Support button on the web pages that you can find on Adobe.com that will let you chat with an Adobe support person and they can perhaps tell you the status of the redemption code. Or maybe just go back to Best Buy with your receipt and the box and have them scan the code.

Problem in getting serial number after BDC of IQ04.

I am doing a BDC recording of IQ04 t-code and generating serial number internally passing material number,equipment category
and no. of serial number to be generated.
Serial number is getting generated and i am getting BDC message 'Serial numbers generated for material xyz'.
But my problem is i want to capture that serial number generated.
I tried get parameter id but it is not working.
Can anyone help me.

Its not getting capture in message table of BDC.
This is only the problem....Because while running std transaction IQ04 also we will get only one message 'Serial numbers generated for material xyz'. So not able to capture it.
Please suggest.

Invalid Redemption code after problems with serial number.

I have been somehow kicked off with two chats today in dealing with this problem. I have brand new Lightroom software that was given to me as a gift. I inserted the disc and downloaded it to my computer, went to retrieve my serial number and that is when the problem started. I entered my redemption code, got my serial number, clicked the "download" option, an error window popped up saying "the webpage couldn't be loaded at this time" and when I went back to get the serial number (hit back arrow), it was gone. This has now resulted in an invalid redemption code. Help!! How can I use my software, obtain my serial number or obtain a new serial number?

I bought Photoshop Elements 12 and I cannot install it..It says invalid serial number and says invalid Redemption Code when I try that way. I need the program and because I have opened the box it can't be returned to the store. I have over $100 tied up in this product that I can't use. Someone said install the free trial version...Ok, I did...but it is just a 30 day trial and I want the full version of the product I paid for!! So how do I get a valid serial number? The serial number on the box and the redemption code card both come up as invalid. Not a very happy customer right now!!

I activated my product in August of 2014. I had it a few months, October, when my computer crashed. Therefore I had to go back to Adobe tell them what happened, and then until December I had noticed that it said that I had a trial copy. I was not worried, as I had the serial number. it was working, but in January I got a message that my "trial" copy had expired.
At that time I had contacted Adobe and was told that because it was beyond the 3 months, they would no longer help me.
Therefore, at one point, when the computer crashed, I had not deactivated the program. But Adobe had gotten it working for me again.
I do not know what happened between October and December to have changed the software from a real copy to a trial copy.
Now to your patient questions.
As you wrote, that is what happens to the point of getting the trial copy, but when I follow the process through, I get a message that my "trial copy has expired". When I go the the editor, the whole process loops again, sign in, trial copy, licence page, add serial number, then the message that the trial has expired.
When I got that message the first few times months ago, I went back to the Adobe web site and downloaded another copy. (I have done this numerous times) It still said that I had a trial copy and that it had expired, there is a box to licence this software, when I click that, I have to sign in again, This time I also had gone to the Adobe web site signed in and left it open, while I put in the serial number, hoping that would help (have also tried that before). It waits and then the Editor/Organized box comes up again. When I go to the Editor, it tells me that this is a trial copy which has expired and it starts all over again.
I was so frustrated, that I waited a couple of months to try it again. The thinking was that there was some glitch that would work it self out and I could again down load a clean copy of the original, not a trial. (I do not know how I keep getting a trial copy of PSE 12, as it is not even offered on the site.)
The crazy thing is this morning when I turned on my computer, I had an update for the Adobe PSE 12 and Camera Raw. Probably because I had downloaded a copy again.
When I go the the web site to down load a copy of the PSE !2, I am doing it from the My accounts/ products page and downloads. I have left the web page open to copy the serial number from that page, although it always matches my notes.
