Invalid redemption code

I cannot get the serial number to install photoshop elements II.. I keep getting a invalid code message after I input the redemption code number. What solution is there? I feel like you just ripped me off of a hundred bucks.+

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

I bought Photoshop Elements 12 and I cannot install it..It says invalid serial number and says invalid Redemption Code when I try that way. I need the program and because I have opened the box it can't be returned to the store. I have over $100 tied up in this product that I can't use. Someone said install the free trial version...Ok, I did...but it is just a 30 day trial and I want the full version of the product I paid for!! So how do I get a valid serial number? The serial number on the box and the redemption code card both come up as invalid. Not a very happy customer right now!!

Invalid Redemption code after problems with serial number.

I have been somehow kicked off with two chats today in dealing with this problem. I have brand new Lightroom software that was given to me as a gift. I inserted the disc and downloaded it to my computer, went to retrieve my serial number and that is when the problem started. I entered my redemption code, got my serial number, clicked the "download" option, an error window popped up saying "the webpage couldn't be loaded at this time" and when I went back to get the serial number (hit back arrow), it was gone. This has now resulted in an invalid redemption code. Help!! How can I use my software, obtain my serial number or obtain a new serial number?

Bought adobe premiere elements 13. Got to retrieve serial number by entering redemption code. 24 letters and numbers. I did every way, case sensitive and not, and even the 0 with a line through it, an O or number 0? Tried both. Still all ways "invalid." What now?

Another way, If you purchased your product from these firms like Amazon, you get this code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

Invalided redemption code

I purchased the student edition of photoshop cs6 from a retailer. I uploaded all my details and enrollment form so I could access the serial number. Adobe then sent me an email with the redemption code so I can get my serial number. The code they sent me says it's invalid?? I've contact support over and over with my luck in resolving the issue and I'm about to go nuts, I even copied and pasted the code in the field so I know I'm writing it in correctly. Can someone please help

I brought it from Dick Smiths electronics and yes they are genuine.
It isn't actually a cd it came with a download card, so I had to remove the silver security seal on the back to reveal a code which I included in my proof of education thing. I then got an email from adobe with the redemption code so I could get my serial number then download the software but the redemption code is invalid tho it came directly from adobe.
Support told me to contact the reseller which I did and they told me it's an adobe error.
I have spoken to other ppl who have brought the same edition from dick smith and theirs have all worked fine, it's just my redemption code that adobe emailed me that's invalid and I don't know why

The serial number is what you enter to license the software, not the redemption code.

Mountain Lion Redemption Code Downloaded OS X Server?

So anyone else have this problem this morning? Yesterday I signed up to the up to day program and was given an invalid redemption code. This morning I was sent another code and when I redeemed it, it downloaded OS X Server, NOT Mountain Lion... hmmm.... annoyed....
sent email to apple... lets see what happens.

Wow, I'll take one of those server codes!
I Received my "free" upgrade for my mac mini server only to realize (after completing the upgrade) that my Lion Server had been DOWNGRADED to a Mountain Lion workstation.
Apple support informed me that the server app was not included in the free upgrade. I feel that they should have at least informed me that I would have to purchase additional software after the "free" upgrade in order to mantain the funcutionality of my server. I had no need to upgrade, the existing software on my server provided everything I needed and worked flawlessly. Now I have the choice of reverting the server back to the old OS and hopefully getting everything working as it was, or pay the $20 ransome and get the server app for Mountain Lion.

Redemption code is not working

I am working with the student teacher edition CS6 design standard. After sumbitting the serial number off of the back of the card I bought at my University Computer store, I have received my redemption code through email from adobe. I went to go plug in the exact redemption code that they sent me at the link they provided, to get my serial number in exchange, and it says that the redemption code 'doesn't seem to be active'. I have tried to contact customer service but after spending about 6 hours on the phone yesterday no one was able to fix my problem. Most everyone I talked to had no idea what a redepmtion code was. Adobe has by far the worst customer service out of all the large companies that I have delt with.

You don't say which film you're struggling to download, I had problems with a-team and I ended up emailing the address on the leaflet, turns out they had a lot of problems with people's codes, they then gave me a new code to use! I have now managed to get the film downloaded?

I bought a sealed copy of Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11 less than a year ago. I just got around to installing it. However, when I come to the screen where I need to put in the Serial number, I see that I need to first use a redemption code to get the serial number from Adobe. When I put in that redemption code, I get a response that the redemption code is invalid. Considering I paid around US $80 for this and am now wanting to use it, I'm a bit disappointed to say the least. How can I get Adobe to recognize my redemption code and give me a serial number? I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.
