Invalid signature - Extension Manager
I downloaded (purchased) fonts from Fonts.com and installed them on my computer. I see them and can use them in my InDesign and Illustrator but when I package the project to send to printer, it fails on the fonts and does not included the newly added fonts. I have uninstalled and re-installed the fonts. Now I discovered (on Fonts.com) the Adobe Extension and have downloaded the Extension Manager and the Fonts.com Extension, which fails with and "invalid signature" message. The Extension Manager is successful and recognizes my Adobe products, but will not load the extension for Fonts.com.
I am running CS6 InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (not cloud versions) and have run the latest updates.

Please go to Creating and validating XML signatures | Adobe Developer Connection and install the validation tool to validate the signature of your extension. Unzip this extension to a empty folder with 7-zip, winzip or Mac built-in unzip, then click "Load signature" button in the tool, browse to META-INF/signatures.xml to load it, then click "Verify signature" button.
Extension Manager CS6 uses the same method as this tool to validate extension signature. If this tool says the signature is invalid, then EM CS6 will also treat the signature as invalid.

I am a newbie
I have DW MX installed and want to install some extensions
I have the latest 1.6 Extension Manager downloaded from Adobe
for MX
No matter how I try it crashes with "The installer file is
invalid The extension manager will not be installed." - On 1 rare
occasion it got a message about unable to build menus and crashed.

I have a Creative Cloud subscription for Photoshop CC. All Creative Clouds products are updated to the latest versions. When I tried to install Tony Kuyper's TKActionv3 Photoshop extension using the Adobe Extension Manager CC on my PC desktop, I received an error message that the extension contained an invalid signature and wouldn't be installed. I had previously installed the extension on my laptop without any problems. At the same time, I also noticed the default installed Photoshop CC extensions (e.g., Adobe Exchange, Kuler, Mini Bridge, Behance) could not be loaded using the Windows/Extension command. I receive an error message that the command could not be completed because the extension could not be loaded. You say everything is up to date? And you have tried reinstalling all the CC apps? Is Windows also fully up to date? Hmmm... That could be tricky.
What version of Windows are you using? Have a look in Task Manager > Processes and see if 'CEPServiceManager.exe *32' is listed as running?
If not, I don't know where it would be installed from, and we'd need someone like Chris Cox to join the thread to tell us, but my guess is that it would install along with the CC Desktop Application Manager. Windows 8.1 can be problematic, and a bit fussy about the order of things, and it is definitely worth adopting best practice when installing your CC apps. That means restarting your computer, and right clicking the Desktop Application manager and running as Administrator.
How many CC apps are you running? If just Photoshop, Bridge, Expansion manager etc. then - and I hate to say this - perhaps have another go at reinstalling, but run the Cleaning tool after uninstalling.

Try some other Extensions before the Tony Kuyper's TKActionv3. GuideGuide is a favourite of mine, as well as Dmonzon tools, and maybe Russell Brown's Flypaper Textures.
I have to say that I have had problems with the CC Extension Manager a while back, but simply reinstalling just the Extension Manager fixed it. Perhaps CEPServiceManager.exe *32 installs with Extension Manager? Heck, maybe start with just trying that before reinstalling all your CC apps.
If you are still stuck, I'd risk sending Chris Cox a PM, but not until you triple check that your video card driver is up to date from the card maker's website.

Here is a workaround to make the extension display again:
You can bypass the check for extension signature by editing the CSXS preference properties file, located at:
• Win: regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Adobe/CSXS.5
• Mac: /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.CSXS.5.plist
Add a new entry “PlayerDebugMode” of type "string" with the value of "1". And then restart Photoshop and try again. Please let us know if this work around can work.
And could you please help to offer following information for us to find the root cause? Thanks:
1. Which PS version are you using? On what platform, Windows or Mac OS? Photoshop CC (64-Bit) 14.2.1 x64, Windows 7 Ultimate (64-Bit)
2. The extension cannot be loaded since when? 5/25/2014
3. What is the version of imslib.dll/.framework and PlugPlugOwl.dll/.framework? It locates at path like “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)”. 7.0.0.145, 4.2.0.36
4. Can you get the CSXS log and send it to us? Please add a “LogLevel” key with value “6” in registry (PS should be restarted for the log level change to take effect):
• Win: regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Adobe/CSXS.5
• Mac: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.CSXS.5.plist
Then restart PS and the log file will be generated at:
• Win: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\csxs5-PHSP.log

Old/Bad Extension Manager 5.5 on Adobe Exchange- Extension does not contain a valid signature
The Adobe Exchange Download page has an old version of Adobe Extension Manager that fails on Mac OS Mountain Lion and later. Anyone who attempts to download Extension Manager gets this old version, 5.5.0.163.

Extension Manager CS4 invalid token in xmanconfig.xml
Hi,
When I try to start Extension Manager CS4 2.1 I get an error saying that there is an invalid tokenvalue in XManConfig.xml (see attached screenshot, it's in Dutch ).
The version of Extension Manager is 2.1.112.
Extension Manager is used in a network environment where Application Data is redirected to a share Appdata$ on a file server in the network. Folder redirection also is used for the Desktop and My Documents folders. They are redirected to a share called Homedir$ on a file server in the network.
The cause of this problem is the $-sign in the share name. When I rename the share to something without a $-sign all works fine. So a solution for this problem would be to rename all the shares to something without a $-sign, but that is quite a big network change for just one small application. All other applications (including CS4 applications) don't have any problems with the $-sign and redirected folders. Thereby de shares will not be hidden anymore if we rename the shares, and we want to keep the shares hidden.
Will there be a solution for this problem in an new version of Extension Manager? Is there a patch available which resolves this problem?
I also have tried to modify the xmanconfig.xml file so extensions are stored on the local hard disk of the PC and got Extension Manager working and even could install extensions. But extensions did not become available in the CS4 applications, because the CS4 applications still look in the redirected Application Data for the configuration files and extensions of the CS4 application. But the application does not find anything there because the extensions are stored elsewhere. Is there a way to tell the CS4 applications to store and look for application data on the local hard disk of the PC?I'm seeing exactly the same problem, along with Soundbooth crashing on startup. It's a problem with the two applications not being able to handle folder redirection properly. If you're able to, use a local AppData folder or a properly mapped drive with no variables. These seemed to cure the problem for us. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do this in live.

CS5 Extension Manager - invalid token
Wondering if anyone has any ideas. It's the Plugin from Fotolia. It was working fine. Then they released an update. And I tried to install it and now I get this.
I have installed Illustrator CS5 and that came with Extension Manager CS5.5 and this has no issues at all in installing the plugin.
However, InDesign does not show up in Extension Manager CS5.5.
So I open up Extension Manager CS5 and try to Install the plugin and I get that error.
I have been contact with Fotolia and Silicon Publishing and they are looking into but they are a bit stumped too.
Wondering if anyone has any ideas.
I've already Reset Preferences. And that didn't help.

Adobe Extension Manager CS5That's very puzzling, but you seem to have an older version of the Adobe Extension Manager for CS5.x. You are on 5.0.x, R_Kelly mentions 5.2.x, and I'm on 5.5.x
Maybe you need to make sure you are updated to Photoshop 12.1 update first, then make sure you are updated to Adobe Extenson Manager 5.5.0.163.

Invalid Signiture problem with Extension Manager
When I try to load an extension to Dreamweaver CC I get an error saying the extension does not have a valid signiture. I have tried a number of extensions with the same result.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please.

BrianPlease click "Tools"->"Preferences" menu item in Extension Manager CC, check "Enable detailed logging" option. Restart Extension Manager. Try to install the extension. After the error message pops up, quit Extension Manager. Send the log files under "C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Extension Manager CC\Log" folder to [email protected]
Note that the "C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData" folder is hidden by default. You have to check "Organize"->"Folder and search options"->"View"->"Show hidden files, folders, and drives". -
Invalid signature so update to 11.01 wont load
When I try to update to Itunes 11.01 Iget a reply "Files shared by these updates " has an invalid signature. It will not be installed. I am trying to update from 10.6.3.25 to 11.0 but the files refuses to go past initial download. Any one know what I can do.

JSP_Support.zxp invalid signature
Hi, I need to install the JSP_Support.zxp extension, but Adobe Extension Manager CC says that the signature is invalid and stops middway.

I am trying to submit an iOS app to iTunes connect for review. The app uses Apple's map functionality, so I am trying to include the following simple geojson file. iTunes Connect is not giving me any syntax errors, so I assume that the geojson file is valid.

However, every time I try to submit my app for review, I get an error saying that my file must use the .geojson extension. iTunes Connect displays this error in spite of the fact that my file does have a geojson extension. I cannot update iTunes because when I run the Apple Software Updater, it says "'iTunes + QuickTime' has an invalid signature. It will not be installed." If I try downloading only it says "'iTunes cannot update. Invalid signature. Can someone help?

My J4680 will not copy on my mac 10.5.8
