Invoice correction how prices are corrected.

Dear All,
Could anyone tell me,in invoice correction if we over charged a customer and as a term accepted he was to be given discount only on this order. so does that mean,we need to change pricing procedure or is it some other way.

Hi
There are two ways:-
1. Since you have overcharged the customer, you may create a Credit Memo request for the amount which you wish to credit in customer account and create Credit note.
2. You may use Invoice Correction Document (RK) . It will be created with refernce to Billing Document. You may correct your price in this document and as a result the system will credit the customer with the amount which was billed earlier and debit the new value which is the correct one.

Do you have Google 2 stage authentication turned on?
If so, you wont't be able to use your normal google password, but will have to instead generate an "application specific" password for the iPad YouTube app in the google security settings section.

Invoice correction request price problem

User would like to create Invoice Correction Order from Invoice.
Problem is, the original order is from Schedule Agreement in which customer buy in big quantity in order to get cheaper price (scale price is applied).
If you can see the original invoice is having cheaper price (due to scale price), however when they do the invoice correction, the price copied is from list price with the lesser quantity.
please check whether this can be solved using copycontrol of the price or any otheralternative for this

Hi there Doug,
It sounds like you've enabled the High-Contrast Color option under Edit > Preferences > Accessibility (Win) or Acrobat > Preferences > Accessibility (Mac). Uncheck the 'Replace Document Colors' checkbox, then hit 'OK' to turn this off.

Are you saying that my address book has not been hacked into? That others are getting these email addresses from another source?
This confuses me. Are you saying that you are receiving bogus e-mails from some of your contacts, or are you saying that they are receiving bogus e-mails from you?
If the latter, there are a number of reasons that people might be getting e-mail from you. Malware, though technically possible, is extremely unlikely. See Someone is sending messages from my e-mail address!
If the former, that's rather unusual. The only decent explanation I can think of is that a bunch of your Windows-using contacts got infected with something and their machines are being used to spam everyone in their contact lists, which would include you.

I think this is the problem. .hackers is no valid cookie domain. You have to use something like:
.xy.ab
(two points)
I fear it is not possible to correct this easiely. First change the hostname to something allowed e.g. hackers.com
Then open an ldap browser and edit ou=iplanetamplatformservice,ou=services,dc=hackers
There is an entry with an xml. Copy the xml to an editor, search for .hackers, change it to a valid domainname.
Im not sure if a restart of the webserver is necessary here.
Another idea: You could also try to set the cookie domain to solnce.hackers, maybe this is accepted, even if it is not a cookie domain. But I dont know if this works...

You've got to give us something to go on here. At least post a screen shot so we can see how your data is arranged. I suspect that you may have named the months with text strings rather than as actual Date values, so when you sort they are in alphabetical order rather than date order.

Sorry, I've read your post a number of times and I can't understand either question.
Can you rephrase or clarify?
Just guessing, but you might start by looking at v$sql and v$session.
You should also post your Oracle version number. Not 10g or 11g but the exact number (do a select * from v$version).

In the Messages > Preferences > General Section is a Line about When I quit, set my Status to Off line.
If you tick this it should stop all Off line Messages from any source from starting up Messages.
Basically it comes from iChat and AIM and Jabber Logins which in AIM's case and some Jabber server can do Off Line IMs.
This means if some Messages whilst you are Off line the server will store the Messages until you are on Line.
However IMAgent in Lion and Mountain Lion and iChatAgent in earlier versions run in the background all the time from Mac Start up.
It is the support app that "Listens" when you have not started the App.
It will launch the app when an Off Line IM comes in.
I have found that iMessages will also launch the Messages app if this setting is not set.
(realistically you are never Off Line with iMessages)
It can help if another device is receiving the iMessages. This way Sync versions of the iMessages don't also wake up the app.

How to ensure data from ods to cube are correct or not

i am just trying to get data from ods to cube. how to make ensure that the records that i fetched from ods to the respective cube are correct and number of records are the same.

Dear Hari,
There are two ways of confirming correct loads:
1. Level by Level Analysis
2. Comparision with Virtual InfoProvider
First method is by analysing data at each level. First at Database Table (if loading from R/3) or Excel (if loading from flatfile), then at extraction level (See data at RSA 3, not possible with flatfile). After this load data to BW through PSA and check the content of PSA. After that load it to Infoprovider and varify there.
Second method is to create a Virtual Infocube on the datasource (extract exact data through FM). And create a multiprovider by combining this Virtual cube and original Cube. Then create a Query with calculated key figures as difference of each key figures from two cubes. This way you can say that which value is not matching.
I suggest you the first method, but the standard way would be second one at highly critical loads where you cannot match huge ammount of data.
