Invoice Entry Sheets posting from outside

Hi,
We need to post Invoice Entry Sheets for Service PO from external system.
Therefore I would like to check with you:
- is there any standard inbound idoc process code that posts Invoice Entry Sheets?
- what is the standard RFC/FM that posts Invoice Entry Sheets?

Hi,
Different than the material purchasing, there is not any such ''service return'' feature in SAP.  The only solution is to revoke the SE and then post it again with the correct quantity.

    I am creating a service entry sheet from the PO but I am getting an error of u201CPlease maintain services or limits Message no. SE029- Diagnosis(You cannot enter data until the PO item has been maintained correctly) u201C
    The document type of the PO is standard NB, account assignment category is Q- (Proj make to order) and the item category is D(service). Then I am trying also create a PR using account assignment category is Q- (Proj make to order) and the item category is D(service) but still cannot proceed, a message asking me to enter a service entry number. What I know the process is create a PO(maybe based from PR) then post the GR then create a service entry sheet in ML81N but I cannot proceed. Just creating a PR or PO using those mentioned account assignment and item category and getting an error of need to enter a service entry sheet number.
    Please help.thanks!

    Process for Creating Service Entry Sheet
    Transaction Code :    ML81N
    1)To open the respective Purchase Order, Click on the u2018Other Purchase Orderu2019, then enter the Purchase Order No.
    2)Click on the u2018Create Entry Sheetu2019 icon(3rd Icon on Top-Left)
    3)Give Short Text (e.g. R/A Bill No. 1) and top service entry sheet number also generated.
    4)Click u2018Service Selectionu2019 Icon on the Bottom of the Screen.
    5)For the 1st Time, when we are making Service Entry Sheet for a respective Purchase Order, we need to u201CAdopt Full Quantityu201D by clicking the Check box next to it, then Enter.  (*For the next time, no adoption is required, just continue)
    6)Select the respective Services by clicking on the Left Hand Side, then Click u2018Servicesu2019 (Adopt services) icon on the Top.
    7)Give the completed Quantity, then Click u2018Acceptu2019 icon(a green flag on the top)
    8)Save .
    9)Service Entry Sheet is SAVED and account posting made.

  • Unable to reverse Service entry sheet posted in earlier prds

    Hi All,
    We are unable to reverse the service Entry sheet created via Shipment cost document. As the Shipment cost document was created in the month ofJanuary 2011. And now that period is closed. But I am looking the way wherein by changing the posting date to current month date. So that system should allow me to reverse the cancellation of service Entry sheet
    by ticking the cancellation tick mark under the Settlement Tab.
    I need inputs for reversing it in current month. in the similar lines. as we reverse the service entry sheet in ML81N and have an option to change the Posting date. But in VI02, Date Cancellation field is greyed out and we are unable to tried it out.
    So basicaly how to change the posting date in shipment cost document, sothat cancellation should happen in date which is being entered by user.

    Hello there,
    I had the same problem yesterday and we were able to do the reverse of the ship cost provision and the repost using posting dates from this month. Here is what we did:
    For reversing using a different date.
    Go to VI02, double click on the position, go to "settlement" tab and select "Cancellation" box, then use the menu bar in the "Item" -"Redet. settlement date option" , you will have an information pop up message "Redet. settlement date not possible - account
    already assigned to item" ,  just hit enter and the "date cancellation" field will be now available to modify. Put the date you desire and save.  If you go to the document flow, you will notice the cancellation is done and the posting document is in the FI period you desire.
    To repost the same shipment cost with the new date (current period).
    Go to VI02, double click on the position, go to "settlement" tab , Hit the button "delete account assigment" and the settlement date field will be available for change. Modify the date, save and leave the transaction.
    Enter again and from the menu go to "Item - account assigment", and you will notice the system already redetermine the account assigment, go back (F3) and the "Transfer" field is not available to select and save.
    Then you have the new service acceptance posted with the current period.
    I spend some time and couldn´t find the answer in other websites, now that i have the answer, I hope this help somebody else,

    choose:

    2)Save w/o acceptance

    “We have created service-order and reception have been made for service order .Now G/L Account was wrong and we want to cancel reception. We try to cancel reception in MIGO- and MBST –transaction, but we got error “Transaction code MBST (=> use transaction ML81/ML85) not defined”
    For transaction ML81 I don’t have authorization, ML85 I do. How should we cancel reception, when we are dealing with service orders (so that we can change right account)?”

    You cannot use MIGO or MBST for cancelling service entry sheet acceptance.
    You have to do so only in ML81N or ML85.
    In ML85, there is an option in the selection screen - whether you want to post acceptance or cancel acceptance. Select the correct option and you can cancel acceptance.

    While creating service entry sheet for one frame work order (PO) i do not want to select line item of PO. I want all the service of PO line item should come automatically in single service entry sheet number.
    At present whenm i enter the PO number its taking line item 10 as default because of this service of that line item is coming and for every line item i have to create different service entry sheet.

    in ML81N please enter the entry sheet header data, then go to full screen services, push the button for
    "service selection" and after that  a popup appeares for the service selection (SAPLMLSP
    0500). On the bottom of this popup you have the button "complete" = adopt all = F9. If you hit this
    button all of your services within the service specification will be copied into the entry sheet
    at the same time.

  • SRM Service Entry Sheet update failed in backend

    Hi All,
    I am facing with a problem regarding service entry sheet posting to backend system (i am using SRM 5.0).
    In our development system it works fine, but i Q system we have issue: when i create the service entry sheet in SRM, it does not replicated back to ECC (if i do the same in development system, it works poperly -> the entry sheet created in backend without any problem)...error is regarding to some update problem.
    i debuged and i've realized the "MS_READ_SERVICES" FM does not get any input paramterer for the PACKNO (however in ekpo and in esll table it is available)...after the run of the FM, of course no value is found therefore the program raise an error and the service entry creation is not possible in ECC.
    Please help...i suppose some configuration is missing, but from SRM point of view i think everything is correct...maybe some FI part is missing??

    Hi. SUS and the supplier workplace are 2 different things.
    SUS is supplier self service, and is where the supplier creates sales orders, ASN's, sales invoices and so on on your system. They basically use it as their own sales system.
    The supplier portal is the supplier logging on to your SRM system as a user effectively and doing confirmations or entering invoices or whatever.
    You could even just give the supplier a log on to your SRM system as a normal user and give them the central receipt role and use the BADI BBP_WF_LIST to restrict the list to only those POs relevant to that supplier if you did not want to set up the supplier portal.
    However, if you want to upload them have a look at function BBP_PD_CONF_CREATE.

  • Service entry sheet deleted at header need to be undeleted

    Dear Friends,
    Pls note my client hv budget allocations & thru this only the procurement activities are happening.
    Now in one scenario they had deleted one service entry sheet from header instead deleting thru line items & trying to create new service entry sheet. But the system is now not accepting & giving error as "Budget Exceeded" . By deleting the service entry sheet from header doesn't get deleted totally from system.It still considers those figures at the time of making new service entry sheet & gives error message. Kindly advise how to delete this service entry sheet totally from system. Is their any program to run for this in system??

    If u r creating SES, system will post one material document along with SES. If u revoked or cancel the SES, the system might hv issued a another material document in the amount u reversed.
    Check it out both are existed in the PO history tab.
    If yes, then clisk on the SES, it should be in no acceptance mode.
    Then u can create new SES.
    Check it out.

    Getting an error message at the collective release of entry sheets (ML85).
    <b>Error: Total value of entry sheet differs from Total value of account assignment.</b>
    However in the same transaction code individual release is possible.

    Go to the PO check the values used in the account assignment tab.
    It sounds like the multiple account assignments do not add up to the value of the serveice entry sheets being posted and the system needs to know how to manage the extra.
    This does not normally happen if you have used percentages instead of values in the multiple account assignment screen, because it can spread the extra automatically.
    The reason that the indicidual release is working is because this has not pusshed it over that value and postinmg several SESs has pushed it over.

    Even though I activatetd the debugger from se71 it is not executing in debugmode.

  • Service Entry Sheet creation!!!!

    I am working on service procurement with ECS scenario.The Service Entry Sheet in the backend R/3 system is subject to release strategy(for a material group).
    Whenever I create a Service Entry Sheet(SES) based on a EBP PO, then the SES is subjected to a release strategy.
    Whenever I create a confirmation in the EBP system(which doesn't have a workflow for confirmation), the follow-on document i.e. Service Entry Sheet is getting created in the backend with absolutely no release strategy whatsoever.
    Why is the SES getting created automatically,even though there is a release strategy attached to it at the backend?? This release strategy is functioning fine when I create a SES manually in the backend.
    I found a thread { Service Entry sheet auto released when created through EBP } wherein someone had faced the same issue that I faced, but no one gave him a clear picture as well.

    Hi,
    This is standard SRM design.
    The Service Entry Sheet created from SRM in ECC is directly released to create a material document (good receipt).
    This is because, there is no release functionnality available from SRM.
    Thus, if there were a release strategy, there is no way in standard to pilot it from SRM.
    If you need a release straegy, you need to use the confirmation WF in SRM that will occur before the Service Entry sheet is created in ECC.

    ML81N--> Choose other PO--> Enter PO number and item ->press enter-> go to service entry sheet tab----> choose Planned service other wise press Shift+F6 from key board
    system should default 100% automatically..proceed with that as ur wish

  • Deleted service entry sheet from SRM not posted in ECC

    SRM 5.0 (Ext classic)
    We have a limit PO for 1000GBP. User created a service entry sheet for 880GBP and this was posted in ECC. Then user deleted this entry sheet after which I see 'Error in process' status. RZ20 status shows "Error whilst creating an entry sheet in the backend system. Entry sheet XXX already deleted". Also Service entry sheet in ECC has status 'deleted'.
    How come SES in ECC has status deleted but in SRM it shows error in process?

    But this is what has happened. No the SES was not deleted in ECC before the confirmation was deleted in SRM. Our users don't have access to ECC T-codes.
    Also I have checked the time at which the cancellation was created and everything is in sync.
    How can i change the status of SES from 'Error in process' to 'posted in backend'?

    Table: ESSR = Service Entry sheet header (contains Package number & SES no)
    Table: ESLL = Service entry line item, but not settled value (contains Package no, not SES no).
    What is the indicator (green, yellow or red light) next to the Settled value in the ME2S report?

  • Changing Qty in Service Entry sheet after Invoice is posted

    Dear Experts,
    I have a problem where I hope you may help me.
    In my current company we have a process that invoices for Services are scanned and posted automatically. And as SAP Standard pushes to have the GR Based IV and the GR flag set (see SAP Note 175510 and 441371) the Invoice is posted against the Service entry sheet.
    In the case of Quantity or Price differences we would need to change the SES as the Invoice is related directly to it. Hence this is not possible. To be able to automatically unblock the PO using the standard MRBR we would need to do that. In all other cases, like adding a second entry sheet and so on the Invoice is not released automatically and this would need to be done manually.
    I tried to open the fieldselection on the SES but it did not work out, went in the ML90 and changed it. Any ideas or hints wellcome!!

    thanks a lot for the answer. This option is clear, but my question is, if there is any other way to do the change in the SES without cancelling the Invoice. I opened the field selection and allowed with the ombz tx to post the 101 also when an invoice exists with GR-Based IV. As of this I can rewoke the acceptance of the SES but cannot change the qty in it without cancelling the invoice.
