Invoice Final Indicator on purchase Order

Hi All,
  I have one question with respect to invoice final indicator .
I have PO for 10 quantity for 100 $ and made GR for 10 quantity for 100 $ and invoice for 10 quantity for 100 $.
should system automatically set the final invoice flag in PO  as for all quantity and all amount invoice has ben done ?
In my case , system is not setting the final invoice indicator flag automatically ?
Can you please tell , when system set this Final invoice indicator flag automatically.
or this flag has to be manually set at each item level of the PO by creating change version.
Regards,
Kalandi

Hello,
If you ask this in relation to the SC status, after confirmation, then set the serv. based inv. ver. flag in adition to the GR ver. flag in your vendor master.
When both flags are set, the SC gets the status confirmed (and not partialie confirmed) when you confirm the fully requested service.
The final delivery flag wil not be set visual, because it should be possible to confirm a service before the requested ammount is confirmed.
Rgds.

  • Uncheck Invoice receipt indicator in Purchase Order Local

    We want to uncheck invoice receipt indicator in Purchase Order Local ( field BBP_PDSET-IR_IND) when a Shopping Cart is complete and PO Local is created automatically by system.
    We are using BADI BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI with Method BBP_PO_CHANGE but no changes are made. BADI is not accessed when PO Local is created automatically but only when we modify PO Local with transaction BBP_POC.
    What we can do?
    Regards.

    Hi David,
    the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI is actually accessed during automatic creation. You can see this by putting an external breakpoint in the badi for user WF-BATCH.
    The IR_IND is based on the vendor data, if you clear the invoice receipt indicator there it will not be set in the po. The vendor data is checked later on, so that's why you don't see any change. As it will clear the ir indicator in the badi, but then sets it again later on.

    Dear  Experts,
    Do you know if it is possible for particular PO type to have the settings, that for all its items the indicator EKPO-REPOS will be always not marked (no invoice receipt expected).

    Hi,
    Does somebody has a clue on the field "Material  Invoice Cycle- field" in the Invoice tab of the Purchase Order?
    What are the functions, dependencies and the scenarion one can use this field.
    Regards

    Hi
    Here in Is-oil we have invoice cyles. Provisional invoice, Final invoice, interested invoice, settlement invoice etc..
    So in sales at first provisional invoice has been created than the final invoice based on the Provisional invoice.. and further invoices like  interest invoice & settlement invoice ..
    So here we are using 4 invoice cycle.. hence you have to define in the Spro-->industry solution -->oil & gas  > cross component application>maintain the invoice cycle numbers... 4
    And this data has to be used in Condition type
    Spro--> industry solution -->oil & gas  > cross component application> MM split invoice -->Enter the data in additional invoice .
    These is the function of Material invoice cycle field...

  • Create an AP Invoice based on a Purchase Order using SDK

    Hi,
    What are the steps to create an AP Invoice based on a Purchase Order using DI API?
    Which methods of which objects to use and what parameters to pass?
    Thanks.

    Hi Rajesh,
    Here is a sample to create an Invoice based on a Sales Order. The same way you can change as per your requirement:
    SAPbobsCOM.Documents oInvoice = default(SAPbobsCOM.Documents);
                oInvoice = (SAPbobsCOM.Documents)SBO_Company.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oInvoices);
                oInvoice.CardCode = "C000003";
                oInvoice.DocDueDate = DateAndTime.Now;
                oInvoice.Lines.BaseType = Convert.ToInt32(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders);
               oInvoice.Lines.BaseEntry = Convert.ToInt32(3616);
               oInvoice.Lines.BaseLine = 1;
                oInvoice.Lines.Quantity = 3;
                oInvoice.Lines.Add();
                oInvoice.Lines.BaseType = Convert.ToInt32(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders);
                oInvoice.Lines.BaseEntry = Convert.ToInt32(3616);
                oInvoice.Lines.BaseLine = 2;
                int kth = 0;
                kth = oInvoice.Add();
                if (kth != 0)
                    int irrcode;
                    string errmsg;
                    SBO_Company.GetLastError(out irrcode, out errmsg);
                    Program.oMainSAPDI.ShowMessage(errmsg, BoStatusBarMessageType.smt_Error);
    The main thing to remember is Base Type, Based Entry and Base Line.
    Hope it helps.

  • "Delivery Completed" Indicator in Purchase Order

    Hi,
    While doing GR, we want to check the "Delivery Completed" on the Goods Receipt Screen if we are expecting no future receipt against the Purchase Order.
    On SDN & SAP Note, I got to know that we canu2019t tick the "Delivery Completed" Check Box while doing Goods Receipt.
    We have implemented the Release Strategy on the Purchase Order. To tick the "Delivery Completed" Check Box, we need to cancel the Release Strategy.
    Is there any other way (T Codes) to achieve the same?
    Regards,

    Even you flag Delivery Completed" Indicator in Purchase Order, system still allows GRN for open Qty.
    Use MEMASSPO trxn & Put Deletion indicator for the PO Line Item. So that you can not do GRN for the open Qty of PO line item.
    Check
    mass setting of delivery completed indicator

  • Invoice Recipt document for Purchase order

    Dear Gurus,
    I have a requirement to extract Invoice Recipt Document number & Invoice date for every purchase order into BW.
    I know that For purchase order details we used 2 datasources 1. ) 2LIS_02_SCL & 2.) 2LIS_02_ITM. Both the datasource do not have Material document number (BELNR) field. But these datasource read data from EKKO, EKPO & EKBE table and material document number field is availble in EKBE.
    I also know that this field along with PO purchase order category (BEWTP)= 'Q' we can get the invoice document no. But I am not sure if we can enhance this 'Material document number' field to datsources 2LIS_02_SCL & 2LIS_02_ITM.
    If we can, should the field be apended to both the datasource or can this requirement be facilitated by appending to any one of the datasource. Not sure about this. Can somebody help me or guide with how to proceed with this requirement.
    Thanks in advance,
    Sandeep.

    Hi Sandeep,
    I have not worked on this datasource but yes technically you can do it.
    As I understand, 2LIS_02_SCL is for header details of PO and PO has one to one relationship with Material Doc number.
    Therefore, if you requirement is to only bring in the header details for this Material doc, only enhance this datasource.
    Append this field to the datasource, then write the customer exit for this datasource.
    In this customer exit, you can write your code for deriving the Material doc number from EKBE based on the details available in e_t_data (for this datasource).
    But, if your requirement is to fetch line item details as well, you need to append the other datasource as well. And by writing the exit you can again derive the details from the table.
    Please note that the appended fields cannot be used to trigger any deltas, so if your requirement includes to trigger the delta if your material document changes, it cannot be done.
    Hope this helps.

  • NEED VL02N VL09 USER-EXIT FOR DELIVERY COMPLETE INDICATOR IN PURCHASE ORDER

    I NEED VL02N VL09 USER-EXITS FOR DELIVERY COMPLETE INDICATOR IN PURCHASE ORDER POSITIONS.
    F.X: IF POST QUANTITY 10, BUT PURCHASE ORDER POSITION QUANTITY 30, I NEED AT ANY CASE TO SET DELIVERY COMPLETE INDICATOR FOR RELEVANT OUTBOUND DELIVERY AN P. ORDER POSITIONS.
    THANKS/

    Hi Malka,
    It's possible set the system to mark automatically the delivery completed indicator.
    First you need to set the under delivery and over delivery tolerances.You do this in customizing:
    Materials Management under Purchasing -> Material Master -> Define Purchasing Value Keys.
    Once you set this, you can insert this value keys on Material Master Record for the materials.
    When you create the PO with a material with this value keys set the system will check the under delivery and over delivery set on customizing.
    In customizing you also have the option to let the system mark automatically the delivery indicator based on delivery tolerances set.
    In Customizing for Inventory Management and Physical Inventory under Goods Receipt -> Set Delivery Completed Indicator, you can determine for each plant whether the system automatically sets the delivery completed indicator for delivery quantities within the underdelivery and overdelivery tolerances.
    You can test setting the under delivery for 0 (with a warning message) and see if the system will only mark delivery complete only for over delivery.
    You can also work with the following Badi: MB_GOODSMOVEMENT_DCI. This Badi also allows custom logic for setting the delivery completed indicator in a PO item.
    Message: M7 433 (The "delivery completed" indicator is set for the purchase order item)

  • Free of Charge indicator in Purchase Order / Line item

    Dear All,
    Is there a table where i could locate if a particular purchase order / line item has the FOC tick maintained. I went through quite a few tables and am unable to locate the same.
    Or is there any other logic from which i could derive if a particular Purchase Order / Line item is FOC or not.
    Shall await a reply
    thanks
    shabeen buhary

    Dear,
    The 'Free Items' indicator in the overview is only used to facilitate the switching off of the Inv.Receipt flag and the GR-based IV flag.
    Note that the 'Free Items' indicator is not stored on the PO item table EKPO.
    The Inv.Receipt flag (and the GR-based IV flag) are the fields that really controls if an item is 'free' or not.
    So, the field is initiated based on the values in those fields rather than from input from the user.
    When an invoice is expected it's not a free-item. This indicator invoice receipt is chosen from the main-item and also from the
    customization maintained for item category 0 in table T163.
    Regards,
    Syed Hussain.

  • Transfer of tax indicator to purchase order for service items in shopping cart

    Hi all.
    I have a problem with the tax indicator in the shopping carts and in the backend purchase orders for service items. If I create a shopping cart with service items with different tax indicators, the backend purchase order have a unique item including all the services. So, all the PO items are under one tax indicator while in the shopping cart there is more than one indicator. I mean, the PO is not correctly replicated with the information of the SC.
    Example: shopping cart in SRM with 3 items, tax codes: V1, V2, V1. The standard code transfers the information to the backend, and creates a purchase order with an unique item with the 3 services under tax code V1. So, the second service is not under the correct tax code, and will be wrongly invoiced.
    We have debugged all the code of the process, and we think it is a standard bug. When you replicate a PO in the backend from a SC in SRM, have you experienced this behaviour, or the service items are grouped in different PO items each one with the correct tax indicator?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi again...
    I forgot to mention that we have found and applied the note 1822107 (Purchase order: wrong tax code for PO with 2 service items), that fits exactly to our problem. But after testing, it doesn't work.
    Regards.

  • Configure partial invoice distribution for SRM Purchase Order

    Hello Experts,
    We are on SRM 5.0 SP12 and ERP 6.0 SP13.  When a split accounting purchase order is created in SRM and transfers over into SAP, partial invoices are automatically posting with the distribution of "Distribute to following row".  In ME23N under account assignment, there are three options for partial invoice postings:
    1) Derive from account assignment category
    2) Distribute to following row
    3) Distribute proportionally
    We would like to default the third selection, "Distribute proportionally".  Does anyone know where this setting can be changed or how to do this?
    Thanks,
    Brett

    SAP was able to provide assistance on the issue. Here are the details:
    The SRM always sends to ECC the "Distribute to Following Row" selected,
    and sometimes configuration changes in tcode OME9 have not effect,
    possibly due to the Support Package.
    To specify the correct option "Distribute Proportionally", it is necessary to use the Badi BBP_PO_INBOUND_BADI...
    The partial invoice indicator is set to '1' by default in SRM, it is
    standard behaviour, you can check it in the LBBP_BD_DRIVER_46AF15
    program. The functionality that allow has the value ´2´ to partial
    invoice indicator is exclusive to MM - R3 system.
    You have two possible solution to create from EBP to backend some PO
    documents with multiple account assignment and partial invoice
    indicator = 2 (Distribute Proportionally):
    a) To use the Badi BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI to create the PO this way.
    ls_ct_bapi_poitem-PART_INV = '2'
    Effectively, this solution change the setting in the backend
    to 'Distribute Proportionally'.
    b) Partial invoice indicator can either be set in OME9 in the Backend
    for the posted account assignment category (e.g. K - cost center)
    or default using Backend Badi:
    BBP_PO_INBOUND_BADI
    BBP_POITEM-PART_INV
    -> Part_INV is a field of BBP_POITEM. In the backend BADI, if you
    look at the field of BBP_POITEM, you will find PART_INV. You
    have to use the BADI to set this field.
    OME9 was the tcode in MM to specify the partial invoice settings for each account assignment. According to SAP, sometimes this works with SRM (since the default setting sent to ECC from SRM is "Distribute to following row") and sometimes it doesn't. We ended up changing the partial invoice flag upon creation of the purchase order through the BADI mentioned above since the configuration changes did not remedy the issue. Now the partial invoices are posting proportionally which has resolved all of our split accounting posting issues.
    Thanks,
    Brett
