  • How to create Invoice list??

    Hi guyz,
could you please tell me how to create invoice list, i have created sales order, done the delivery, created billing.
    appreciate immediate reply.
    Thanks.
    Mohammed.

    Hi Mohammed,
    To create an invoice list:
    Select the Billing screen.
Depending on the number of billing documents that you want to include, you can choose one of two ways to create the invoice list. You can either
    · Select Invoice list Create and enter each billing document separately
    · Create a list for all billing documents that are relevant for the invoice list. You can then process the work list for invoice lists.
This procedure shows you how to create the work list.
Select Invoice list Edit work list.
Enter your selection criteria and press ENTER.
The system displays a list of billing documents that meet your selection criteria.
Select the billing documents that you want to include in the invoice list and select Invoice list Save.
You can also simulate creation of invoice lists via the work list for invoice lists. This is useful as a test option. The simulation also allows you to carry out a split analysis, which shows you why billing documents are written to different invoice lists (e.g. due to different payers).
    Prerequisites
You can only process invoice lists if the following prerequisite data is defined by your system administrator in Customizing for Sales:
Condition type RL00 (factoring discount) must be maintained and, if required, also the condition type MW15.
An invoice list type must be assigned to each billing type that you want to process in invoice lists. The standard version of the SAP R/3 System includes two types of invoice lists: LR for invoices and debit memos, LG for credit memos.
Copying requirements must be defined (for example, the payer, terms of payment and other fields that must be identical in the documents to be included in the invoice list)
In addition, before you process an invoice list, you must maintain the following master data:
A customer calendar must be defined, specifying the time intervals or dates on which invoice lists are to be processed.
The customer calendar must be entered in the Billing Sales Area view of the customer master record.
Pricing condition records for the condition type RL00 and, if necessary, (e.g. in Germany) the condition type MW15 must be maintained.
Output condition records for condition types LR00 and RD01 must be created.
Hope with this info you can do it. Pl. reward if it helps.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Invoice list based on sold to party not

    Hi all,
As per my client requirement, Sold to party is one only but there will be different bill to party & Payer.
Only one main sold to party is paying all bills generated on behalf of different payer. The reason to make payer is, client wants accountability on payer wise. So sold to party is one & different payer.
Now Ii require to raise a invoice list based on sold to party wise not payer or bill to party wise.
Invoice list getting spillted because of different partner.
    How to do that.
Please suggest me as soon as possible.
    Thanks

    Hi Shobhit
To meet your requirement  you need to go with a enhancement then your requirement will be fulfilled. So you need to discuss with your Technical team also regarding this issue

  • Invoice List data(VF21/VF22) as IDoc

    Hi,
We have a typical scenario of converting Invoice List data in SAP into IDoc and to transmit it as an XML to the third party system. In the data to be transmitted, sub-totalling at the material (in the invoice items) and material+invoice date level is required and the sub-totals are to be populated in two kind of segments (for each of the sub-total type) in the IDoc.
That is, a new IDoc structure will be defined with the segments/fields that the customer wants viz., a header segment with only few fields from the invoice list header, an item segment with only few fields from the invoice list item, and a sub-total segment with two fields, each to hold sub-total at material and material+date level respectively.
We have output types which, when assigned in the invoice list should create the required Idocs.
Invoice lists will be created for several partners, but each list will have only one partner.
What are the steps to be carried out in order to achieve this objective? Please stress upon the FM parameters to be provided and NACE options to be selected.
    Vish.

    Hello ,
Your requirement is very simple ,However before posting into sdn please do  a proper search on idoc.
Now coming to your requirement as of now you have the invoice data coming up.
    1. In the NACE transaction create an output type related with the respective partner data.
2.Create segments with the required fields and set its status to release.
3.create  Idoc type and message type ..link the message and segents.
4.Now link the message type and idoc type .
    5.
    6. Now assign process code to the partner function by defining a logical system and in the process code
put your custom function module where you put your custom code which will filter and
cumulate the data coming from the invoice into different fields
    using normal abap code,
Now once you are done with the abap coding the
function module has few parameters which you can pass  them as it is .
control_in need to be passed to Control_out as it is.
Now fill the segments with the required data and append the segment data to the
EDI_DATA structure which is a exporting parameter for thefunction module .
Now once you execute the invoice using this partner function and message type
system would internally call the custom function module which you have assigned to
the process code and would create an idoc.
also go through saptechnical-com site for addition details on idoc creation.

  • Invoice List: Missing Pricing Condition

    Hi,
We are trying to implement invoice list because of the different sold-to party but same payer requirement. we have configured all the requirements listed
It successfully creates the invoice list now with net value, but, the pricing condition is missing.
What might have been the problem?
Thanks in advance for your help...

    Hi,
Have you maintained the pricing condition record for RL00? Also can you please explain what have you maintained in copy control? If possible, please share the screenshot.
    Thanks,

  • Factoring discount in invoice list

What is the meaning of factoring discount in invoice list and when it is applicable?
If client don't want to apply it then how should i remove it from the invoice list screen?
As the requirement of the client is to consolidate all the billing document of the customer?
What are the prerequisite of the invoice list as per my understanding the header data of all the billing document should be same?
Correct me if i am wrong.
    Regards,
    Satya

    hi,
factoring discount is used in invoice list to give a discount on the total value of all the billing docs.
    eg
suppose there are 10 invoices and the value of the item goes above 1lakh, maybe the customer can ask an additional dicount because of the huge value of business he is generating.  hence the company
decides to give an additional discount on that 1lakh, which is called factoring discount.
maintain 0 as its condition record RL00
    prerequisites:
Condition type RL00 (factoring discount) must be maintained and, if required, also the condition type MW15.
An invoice list type must be assigned to each billing type that you want to process in invoice lists. The standard version of the SAP R/3 System includes two types of invoice lists: LR for invoices and debit memos, LG for credit memos.

  • Condition type used for invoice list

    Hello Gurus,
following condition type used for invoice list, why do they exit in invoice list:
             RL00    MW15.  LR00    RD01

    Hi,
Please go through the below document
When you work with invoice lists, you need to be familiar with the following concepts:
    Prerequisites for invoice lists
    Relationship to Pricing
    Structure of an Invoice List
    Changing header and item data
    Integration with financial accounting (FI)
    Relationship to Pricing
The system processes factoring discounts in invoice lists in exactly the same way as other kinds of pricing elements. The data for the factoring discount is stored in condition records. Controlling during document processing is carried out via condition types, pricing procedures and access sequences. This control data is defined in Customizing for Sales by your system administrator.
For further information, see  Conditions and Pricing.
    Structure of an Invoice List
An invoice list represents an individual billing document. It consists of a document header and document items. Each item represents a billing document that you have included in the invoice list. The header contains an overview of summary information, such as the net value of all documents in the invoice list, the value of the factoring discount, details of taxes, and so on. It also contains information on partners and output.
    Changing Header and Item Data
You can change some of the header data - for example, the billing date - when you process the invoice list. You can change an item - either an individual or collective invoice - and display document details. However, you cannot change any data in individual billing documents once they are part of an invoice list.
It is possible, however, to make certain global changes to output in all items in an invoice list.
For further information on output, see  Communication in Sales and Distribution Processing.
    Integration With Financial Accounting (FI)
The documents that you want to combine within an invoice list must already have been billed and forwarded to Financial Accounting. Here the billing documents intended for an invoice list are blocked for normal dunning transactions.
The dunning block on FI documents is lifted as soon as you create an invoice list and transfer it to FI . The system then calculates the new dunning date for the invoice on the basis of the invoice list date.
In addition, the system enters invoice list numbers in the FI documents as reference numbers. Invoice list numbers can then be entered for incoming payments.
When you save the invoice list, the system automatically creates an accounting document for the factoring discount and possible taxes and posts it to the corresponding G/L account in FI.

    Murthy

  • Invoice List print out multiple output devices

    Gurus
I have a requirement where in I need the Invoice list to generate output to 2 different devices.....
Here is my dillema, Invoice list program looks at the output device that is set up in the user defaults in the user area, SU3 transaction, Since only one output device can be used in that field I can generate Invoice list output to only one printer unless done manually that is not possible as the number of invoice list is huge.
I am using ECC 5.0 , Does anybody have a solution for this???
    Thanks
    In advance

The printer name can be defaulted from the output condition record, which I believe trumps the printer in the user's default.
You could have two output condition types Z001 and Z002, both automatically proposed and each pointing to a different printer.

  • Unable to create the Invoice list

    Hi
We are recently went to go live. We have an issue related to the Invoice list.  The issue is like this..........
    1. User wasnot maintained the information in Payer master data(Invoice list date & invoice dates).
    2. He created the sales order, delivery & Billing for around 100 billing docs for the same payer.
    3. Now he is asking for the Invoice list for the 100 billing documents.
Anybody can guide how we can able to create the Invoice list.
    Thanks in advance.
    With Regards
    Ravi Kumar.T.N.

    Hi Ravi,
    1. Assign the billing document types to the Invoice list type in customizing.
IMG --> SD --> Billing --> Invoice Lists --> Assign Invoice List type to Each billing type
Note that there are basically 2 standard types of Invoice lists,  LG and LR. Select the billing document and assign to relevant Invioce List type [LG/ LR]
    2. Maintain Invoice List dates in Customer master [Payer] billing tab.
    3. Maintain the pricing condition types RL00 and MW15 in the relevant pricing procedure.
    4. Maintain out put condition records for LR00 and RD01 [for Printing Invoice list]
    5. After creating more than one billing docs, use  T-code VF21, select the billing docs and execute. This will result in creation of Invoice list.

  • Smart Form: Invoice list

    Hello everybody!
Does a smart form exist which is designed for invoice lists?
Or exists only the Smart Form and the print program and function module which selects the required data for normal invoices???
    Greetings
    Mark

    Hi!
Yes I know all what you write. But RLB_INVOICE cannot be used for invoice lists and now I have only the question if there exists also a standard print program and smart form for invoice lists as it exists for SapScript Forms.
Preconfigured SmartForms don´t contain invoice lists they contain only normal invoices..
    Greetings

  • VF21 Invoice List

    Hi
I followed the following procedure for configuration of Invoice list after reading the link
    below ,http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/4a/ac853478616434e10000009b38f83b/frameset.htm.
    1. Condition type RL00 (factoring discount) must be maintained and, if required, also the condition type MW15.
    2. An invoice list type must be assigned to each billing type that you want to process in invoice lists. The standard version of the SAP R/3 System includes two types of invoice lists: LR for invoices and debit memos, LG for credit memos.
    3. Copying requirements must be defined (for example, the payer, terms of payment and other fields that must be identical in the documents to be included in the invoice list)
I have omitted point 1 configuration, our invoice type is ZF2.
I went here This configuration is provided for this purpose. Instructions Follow Menu Path: IMG u2192 Sales and Distribution u2192 Billing u2192 Invoice Lists u2192 Assign Invoice List Type To Each Billing Type
    and assigned LG to ZF2,
Iam getting an error that billing type ZF2 cannot be processed with this transaction.
Is this condition mandatory config for invoice list to work, 1. Condition type RL00 (factoring discount) must be maintained and, if required, also the condition type MW15.
    Thanks,
    Vaishnavi

VF21. the invoice list will actually require MW15 as mandatory as this required tick.
this is basically used for tax on the discounted amount. Now we can make it zero by assingning zero tax code.
    Rl00 is not mandatory.
This does not creates accounting enteries.
Also check your copy control between f2 to LR.
    Kindly reward this

  • Bill to party should be pulled from ship to party.

    Hi
I have scenario in which I want to pull bill to party from ship to party and not from sold to party in sales order. Business requirement have one sold to party say A . This sold to party has 4 ship to party say B,C,D,E.  Every ship to party has one Bill to party respectively say L,M,N,O.  This scenario is only for one customer and not for all. When ship to is entered in the sales order it should give options to select the bill to party .
I want to know the config steps alongwith the name of the user exit (if it is required for)
    Thanks in advance.
    James.

Before answering this question, I would like to thank Lakshmipathi for his compliment and James for this interesting scenario.
Lets say your new ship to parties are 90 & 91.
Lets say your new bill to parties are 110 & 111.
So your new requirement is when you enter ship to party 90 or 91, bill to party 110 or 111 has to be determined from sold to party.
Am I correct? That's how I understood your question(If this is not you are not looking for, please advise).
In case yes, you  could do the following.
In your sold to party record, partners Tab, enter the details of your new ship to parties and bill to parties.
In sales order, enter ship to party and system would pop a box listing bill to parties. You can select one of the bill to parties.
Once selected, system would populate sold to party record field.
This is happening because when you enter ship to party record in sales order, system accesses sold to party from ship to party. Once it accesses sold to party, it lists bill to parties available in this sold to party record.

  • Bill-to-Party and Payer Partner Determination in CRM Sales Order

    Hi,
In ECC, the sold-to-party has different bill-to-party and payer for each sales areas .For example:
    Sold-to-party:2001826
For 8000 sales org/72 distribution channel:
    Payer: 2004818
    Bill-to-party: 2004818
    For 2000 sales org/ 02 distribution channel:
    Payer:2001826
    Bill-to-party: 2001826
These business partners are in CRM system and the relationship data based on sales organization exists in CRMM_BUT_FRG0081 database table.
I customize access sequence for bill-to-party and payer in CRM system which uses CRM_PARTNER_A by using Sold-to-Party as source. However it does not determine via this access sequence. Do you have any idea why the system does not use this relationship info?
    Best,
    Damlanur

    Hi there,
Please use note 493947 to ensure all the manual configuration is in place. Also the item category for the plant item must be ATP relevant, the following code check this:
    FILL_BTM_PARTNER_PLANT SAPLCRM_DOWNLOAD_MAP
check if item type is relevant for ATP
        check not ls_item_type-atp_profile is initial.
      map plant to business partner
        lv_loc_number = <ls_bapisdit>-plant.
        lv_loc_type   = gc_atploctype-plant.
        call function 'CRM_CONFIRM_MAP_LOC_TO_BP'
          exporting
            iv_loc_number    = lv_loc_number
            iv_loc_type      = lv_loc_type
          importing
            ev_partner       = lv_partner_no
          exceptions
            no_mapping_found = 1
            others           = 2.
        check sy-subrc = 0.
If this still doesnt resolve the issue then you will have to debug the transfer queue stopping at function CRM_SALESDOC_MAP_BAPI2MBDOC to see why the data is not mapped.
    I hope this helps,
    Kind regards,
    Vanessa.

  • Invoice split based only on payer, material, invoice date

    Dear Friends,
I have an issue which I don't know how to move further..
Task:  avoid Invoice split during collective invoice creation in VF04. Invoice should be grouped by: payer, material, invoicing date.
What I'm doing: clearing all fields which could cause invoice split in copy routine rv60c903 ( this one is used for this type of invoices ) in VBRK. Then changing partners - sold-to, ship-to, bill-to in enhancement., so that they are equal for all invoices with the same payer party. And also VBRK-ZUKRI is filled accordingly with the grouping parameters: VBKD-PERFK and VBRP-MATNR.
What I can't understand: when I run SIMULATE in VF04, the invoices are grouped correctly, BUT when I run the actual Collective Billing button, for each delivery a new billing document is created.. I can't understand this!
    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi
As Madhu tells you, check your settings in customizing (tcodes VTFA and VTFL). Second, take in account always the SAP Note 11162 - Invoice split criteria in billing document and related notes. Finally, set your own algorithm to rule the splitting defining ZUK structure to determine the value of VBRK-ZUKRI (remember that this field is a char 40) in your own VOFM subroutine.
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo
