Am trying to send an Outbound Invoice message via AS2 and found the following error.
Unable to forward message to JCA adapter. Reason: Fatal exception: com.sap.aii.af.ra.cci.XIRecoverableException: SEEBURGER AS2: 302 Found # , SEEBURGER AS2: 302 Found #

Hi, check if their any changes made in AS2 adapter in receiver side like security. also check if you have made any changes in PI Seeburger Communication channel for this. check if AS2 adapter is down.

We have many EDI interfaces running via AS2 communication channel provided by Seeburger.
I was wondering whether AS2 should only be used for EDI message or any other normal XML formats also.
If AS2 can be used for other formats also, what is the difference then sending the request via AS2 rather than HTTP.
Since AS2 is using HTTP transport protocol, I could rather use HTTP communication channel itself.

As far as I know, it is not restricted, I used AS2 protocol to transfer flat files in my last project

AS2 has more features than plain HTTP, like support MDN message, which allow sender to know the status of receipt immediatly.
AS2 can be used as Aync or Sync.
It can keep file name which is useful in some integration with financial institutes.

Yes, you could, but you might loss the feature that AS2 protocol provides, and some trading partner only ask for AS2 protocol for the transmission of the files.

Is direct GL account entry possible via EDI invoic message type? Is there a field in Invoic Idoc that matches the direct GL entry field. Some vendors may have surcharge other than tax and unplanned delivery.

This functionality is not available as standard. However, from release 470, you can use customer exit EXIT_SAPLMRMH_015 for direct posting to the G/L account or material account.

Error when trying to Cancel an invoice document via MR8M Transaction

Greetings Everyone,
l am having an issue when trying to cancel an invoice document via MR8M transaction. It gives me the following error message;
SYSTEM ERROR: error in routine MRM_DRSEG_CR_CREATE
Message no.M8008
Procedure:
Contact your system administrator.
This invoice was related to a check payment. The check has been voided already and there is no clearing document for the accounting document. So, the item remains open. However when l try to reverse, it display the error message above.

Not able to generate AS2 MDN when receiving custom XML via AS2

Hi friends,
I have setup the trading partner and the corresponding TP certificate import for receiving the custom XML via AS2 channel.
I am receiving the custom xml properly to oracle b2b and able to receive the same to bpel as well. however in the oracle b2b console under reports tab i am seeing only one record for inbound document receive and i am not seeing the other record for the AS2 MDN going back to vendor. I have setup the AS2 channel under the external trading partner --> Channel using the vendor AS2 URL and selected all the security parameters while creating the Outbound AS2 channel.
1. Not able to generate AS2 MDN when receiving custom XML via AS2.
2. eventhough i am able to decrypt the inbound custom XML and ablr to recieve it in bpel also for processing, in the reports tab the inbound message state is changing to MSG_ERROR and it has the folloing error message:

Vendor has enabled the ACK mode as SYNC.
Below are the headers for the inbound message to B2B. and we are able to receive the input message to bpel also.

MR90 Invoice Message Generation

Dear all,
We have customized logistics invoice messages, with message schema MR0002 in order the the messages are generate when posting the invoice. Once the invoice is posted, it gets the stochastical block for payment.
Until now the messages work perfectly but now the have change requirements and instead of when posting the invoice , they want that the messages are determinated when releasing the payment block at mrbr. We have no idea how to set this condition because we are not sure that at mrbr the messages for invoices can be determinated or how to do it.

Speak to one of your developers and get the document payment block field added to the Comm. Str. Create new Condition tables so that when the Payment Block field is null, the message is sent.
Note this will not pick up if a related FI invoice has the payment block removed directly, you must clear invoices via MRBR.
A less aesthetic way to do it would be include all the payment block types and send message when all cleared but potentially the document payment block can be deleted directly, leaving behind individual item blocks so I wouldn't recommend.

Incoming invoice post via INVOIC01 (IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM)

Dear all,
We are trying to post an incoming supplier invoice against a PO via IDOC INVOIC01 (IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM).
We were able to identify all technically required fields to post the invoice.
However, we have some difficulties:
1). How can we enrich the text field which is in the header of the MM invoice ? (transaction MIR4, tab Basic data, field "text")
2). In the FI document (BSEG/BKPF table; FI document that can be viewed through transaction FB03), there are fields like XREF1, XREF2 and XREF3, is there any possibility to have these fields filled through the IDOC?

Option #1 is to use INVOIC01. The configuration for INVOIC01 is present in the standard system for MM invoices through ECC 6.0.
Option #2 is to add the ALE config to allow use of INVOIC02 with IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM. We have just done this ourselves because we want to use the same IDoc for both our FI and MM invoices, and it seems to be working OK thus far. The configuration to use INVOIC02 for MM invoices is not in the default system up through ECC 6.0.
To do option #2, call transaction WE57 - "IDoc: Assigment of Function Module to Logical Message and IDoc Type"
You will need authorizations to assign a package to this -- it is transportable config.

Basic type: INVOIC02
Message Type: INVOIC
Message Variant: MM
Object Type: BUS2081
Direction: Inbound
Description: Invoice/Billing Document

Save, assign to the appropriate package for transport. This configuration is cross-client, so do it once in your development client and it's active in all clients on that instance.
And that's it! Do everything else the same as you would with INVOIC01. (Just keep in mind that not all of the segments you use for FI invoices work exactly the same way in MM invoices -- some of the segment qualifiers are different despite trying to define the same business fields...)

Getting error while creating Customer Invoice Request via Web Service

Hello,
I am trying to create customer invoice request via web service.
But I am getting the error message "No scheme configuration found for scheme '&CIRHP&' " continuously.
It is working fine in reference tenant. But using the same payload its giving error in another tenant.
Can you please tell me what is the root cause for this error?
I have included the payload used in the prototype tenant(Payload.txt) and screen shot of the error.

Check the WSDL file is wellformed or not..You can test it using tools like XML Spy.
Might be the attribute tag is missing something..If WSDL file is correct then, create proxy by selecting the WSDL file from local machine..

Lumia .sms (text messages) via pc?

hi all,
its probably not the first one about this, but is there a way to send type sms messages via PC? i love my lumia 920 but if i had known in advance that pc suite would not work anymore this would affected my choice... its a feature i used allllot.... to understate it.
are there no options to make this work or any alternatives?
microsoft used to have a tool for this but it doesnt work with a lumia either,
i thought you could run it via outlook2010 but then udd need to build a exchange server on the lumia... seems all a bit over the top. i wish you would kept the pc suite support...

The operating system on the Lumia 920 is under Microsofts control, that is why it does not work with PC Suite. Microsoft hasn't added the option in the OS to do what you are wanting so at the moment it is not possible.

The communication with our TP is going well, we are able to send, receive messages over AS2 and send back MDN, but we are not able
to receive their MDN.
Edit:
It seems that after the latest MLR patch, the error changed to [IPT_HttpSendError] HTTP encounters send error :. Premature EOF encounter but the roots seem to lead to the problem with MDN as B2B is sending the message a couple of times now and gives the mentioned EOF error.

Yes, agreement uses AS2 IDentifiers. Incoming messages are recognized correctly, and we send back sync MDN that is correctly received by our TP. They also recieve our messages correctly although Oracle B2B does not recognize the MDN from them. I think that this causes that, now after applying the latest MLR patch, B2B tries to send it around 6 times and gives the Unexpected EOF error.

I am getting an error "No Part I exists for availing credit in excise invoice Message no. 4F112" when I am trying to post J1IEX.
I tried to update the part I through "J1I5 (Classification ROP)" and error is List contains no data.
I tried to capture the material document in J1IEX and system gives me error "The material document has already been referred for a different Exc. Inv."
Table J_1IPART1 entries are available for the same and I am getting the internal no in MIGO excise tab.
Following prerequisites are maintained,
J1ID details for material (Raw Material), Vendor and Plant are maintained.
Movement type 101 is active for RG, 23A and 23C.
A/C detrmination for transation type GRPO is maintained.

Creating service desk message via web interface

I have setup the servie desk and use the incident management workcenter to view the messages. In that workcenter there is a link that allows one to create a message via a web interface. When that webpage opens there are 3 tabs. The first tab is your Problem discription tab the second one is Additional Information tab. In that tab there are 3 choices Solution, Project and Process. When i select a project and then go to the process tab i dont see any process there (i assume these are business process for the project that was choosen). Does any one have additional information regards this functionality.

Sending xml files via AS2 adapter

Hi Experts,
I have an interface which requires an IDOC to XML scenario.
This is a simple pick and drop scenario with no mapping required.
We just have to send the IDOC to the 3rd party via AS2 receiver in XML format.
Currently, the 3rd party receiver receives the file in binary format with no extensions (i.e. 9876543210123)
Although when opened via notepad, the content is in xml format
Is it possible to have the file sent as a .xml file (i.e. PO IDOC.xml)?
Please see current configuration below:
Currently, 3rd party is still receiving the file with no filename extensions.

However, I am a bit confused because the thread mentions that the module configuration is for the file and JMS adapters. Also, the scenario is an AS2 to FTP interface
I want to do the filename change in the AS2 receiver channel of a IDOC to AS2 scenario.
Where exactly do I define the filename that I want to output such as "test.xml" instead of the default filename with 13 numerals?
