Invoice outputs are not printing after saving the document. Eventhough we maintain all condition records not only that Processing log also it showed that it has been processed on some date. but customer not received the printout

GO TO IMG, SD, BF, OUTPUT CONTROL, OUTPUT TYPES, SELECT UR OUTPUT TYPE, GO TO DETAILS ICON AND ASSIGN THE VALUE "ISSUE OUTPUT IMMEDIATELY SAVING THE APPLICATION" FROM DROP DOWN DOWN LIST IN THE DEFAULT VALUES
AND ASSIGN THE RELEVENT PRINTER TO USER ID IN SU01 AND IN CONDITION RECORDS

We have implemented PCW SRM7.0 SC workflow, where we have implemented to ES - /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS & /SAPSRM/BD_WF_AGENTS ....
When we are saving any SC and re opening it further then it is not determining any approvers. when I debugged then found that Agents badi implementations are not getting triggered n Due to it no agents are showing up..
Can any one suggest any inputs on this.

Thank you for the comments. The problem was a erratic logic in a Z level of approval.
Here is what I done:
My requirement was to validate the total value of each line item of the SC and trigger a second step of approval if it exceeded a predefined amount. As you mentioned, the standard BRF's only consider total value of the SC and not the value per line item. I copied the Badi implementation of RR_MANAGER_OF_MANAGER as well since we needed the approver to be the manager of the previous approver level and in the method GET_AREA_TO ITEM_MAP I worked up the logic we needed. For the first level of approver additionally of the mentioned method i had to re-write the method get_responsible_approvers of a Z class ZCL_WF_AREA_MANAGER (Copy of /SAPSRM/CL_WF_AREA_MANAGER) to get the approver information of the ECC system and in the method GET_AREA_TO ITEM_MAP i split the area of responsibility according to the account assignment ( so it was 1 badi implementation for each level of approval).

Pricing errors are not cleared after fixing the master data

Hi All,
Kindly go through the issue explained below.
Pricing is determined properly in transaction level(Oppt) when the master data is correct. cool.
System shows pricing error (Mandatory condition 0PR0 is missing, Pricing could not be determined) when price(condition record) is not maintained in product. This is also fine. Now the issue is, Pricing errors are not going away from Opportunity even after the master data(product) fixed with maintaining pricing.
Scenario : Opportunity is saved with pricing errors.
Analysis : Price or/and Sales area are not maintained in Product that is maintained in Oppt. That is why this error occurs. So, we have maintained the Sales area/Price(condition record) in product. Now master data is corrected.
Expected result: After maintaining the price/sales area in product, the errors should go off from the created Opportunities and pricing should be determined properly.
Actual result: When we create a new opportunity with the same product, pricing is determined. But the errors are not going away from the already created opportunity transactions.
Please let me know if this scenario is not clear to understand.

Boxes are not printing after taking print out

Dear All,
i have developed a script ,which contains some rows and columns.To display rows and columns i have used BOX command.In print preview all boxes are coming properly,but if i take Print out(Even in PDF view also) some boxes are not printing.What would be the problem here?

There must be some problem in printer settings
or
Try reducing the size of the box and see because of the size also printer may avoid the boxes.
Just try these both i think either one of the both must be a problem.

I did not implement any user exit/ badi. Dump is saying that my smarform function module does not exist in the se37 library.
I have excuted my form through se38, that time is working fine. When i tried through output type it is going to dump.

transfer to my Z table(Containes fileds of BKPF and BSEG) after SAVE the document related to

PO not printed after saving changes in ME22N

Hi,
User changed quantity on one of the line items and saved the PO but it did not create output type and trigger printout for the changed item.
I checked settings in IMG for Purchasing .EVerything is fine, messages are created for other Vendors when PO is changed in ME22n and saved.
I am not sure what could be the issue here, can someone pls help.

Hi,
The print relavent field control does not depend upon vendors.
If for a perticular vendor it is not getting printed then check the "Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes" table for EKPO-MENGE
1. Field is maintained
2. Print relavent indicator is ticked
3. Any routine is assigned to it if so please che the routine.

Dimmed images are not dimmed after saved as PDF.. please help!

After dimming multiple images in AI, they are dimmed in the program but once i preview the pdf I saved of the .ai file, the images are not dimmed. What am i missing?

Dim is an Illustrator layer options attribute, that does not tranfer over to the .pdf. You will have to either group all in the layer and set transparency to you dim percentage, or draw a white rectangle and fill that with a percentage of white.

Adobe Form is not opening after saved the form locally

Hi Experts,
I have implemented the adobe form using webdynpro java using ACF. The scenario is initially the form is loading with input fieIds and dropdown boxes after that the form data has to be submitted into backend.
I have encountered the problem that if i save the submitted form into locally and trying to open the form its not opening.
The server and other details are:
NetWeaver - 7.00(2004s) SPS3
Adobe reader - 9.0
ADS vesion - 7.01

1). If i will convert the forms from ACF to ZCI capability. Suppose if I want to fall back from ZCI to ACF forms then what is the solution for that?
Well you won't need to go back to ACF as such but if you want to then may be you can keep take backup of all forms.
2).After conversion of the forms to ZCI capability then what are the necessary steps i need to follow like abode form ui elements can be changed to webdynpro native ui elements type like that.
The Report generally mentions all the items in yellow/red for things to work on but yes if you have used ACF Controls you just need to update it by Native controls. From Web Dynpro form properties change the displayType property to native as well.

SAP Webdispatcher :Images are not displayed after using the URL filtering

I have installed the SAP webdispatcher 7.3 on Linux redhat 5.4 in front of the Portal 7.3.
I wanted to restrict the access just for the IRJ prefix so for this i used the parameter wdisp/permission_table = PermFile
with Permfile as follows:

The filtering is working well except that for IRJ the images are not displayed so i was using so i added the following line to disply the images to the logon page
icm/HTTP/auth_

but i still have the same issue for the irj page where no icons are displayed and i can do nothing.
The same issue also happened when using the icm/HTTP/auth_xx
Do you have an idea how to deal with this issue?

After checking the HTTP code of the irj page on IE, i foud the needed URL to permit so i modified the permision table and it works fine for the moement

2 outputs getting created simultaneously when saving the document

Dear SDNers,
I have a shipment Document.
Upon saving it 2 Outputs- LAVA for (EDI) get generated at the same time.
Clarification needed:
1. Please guide as to where i need to look for the error as to why 2 outputs are getting triggered simultaneously( gap of 1 second).
2. i have checked in the processing routine associated with it. Is it the right place?

I have secured PDF documents to prevent printing and saving the document. Why PDF plugin built into Firefox allows you to skip the security?

I am using PDFfactory to secure the PDF documents in my company. Despite this, users can open the document in Firefox and print, and save it locally. This is unacceptable because of the ISO standards process in my company. Please help ASAP.

I think the first course of action would be to try securing with a different authoring program (if you have access to one) and seeing if you have the same problem.
As for the downloading and printing side of it, even with a protected PDF, anyone with the intent and a little knowledge will be able to download it. Or screenshot each page in their viewer.
One way to prevent them getting a usable print is to create a solid annotation field across each page of the document. It will be invisible whilst just being viewed but when printed the annotation field will cover everything, thereby producing a blank page.
Is it fair to ask whether a pdf is the best way of presenting information that you do not want them to download and subsequently print, seeing as that is exactly the reason PDF's exist?

PL/SQL log messages are not printing from Java concurrent program

I have a strange issue while submitting the Java concurrent program through PL/SQL.
I have a PL/SQL concurrent program which will invoke the Java concurrent program inside the package by use of "FND_GLOBAL.SUBMIT_REQUEST". It worked and submitted successfully. From that Java concurrent program we are calling some other PL/SQL packages and printing some log messages over there. But problem here is the request is only printing the Java log messages in view log but not the PL/SQL log messages. But if I submit the Java concurrent program directly from SRS form at that it is printing both Java and PL/SQL log messages.
I am just wondering how the log messages has not printed. Please provide your inputs to solve this problem.
