You can take a copy of MEDRUCK sapscript and customize it to your needs.
I´d recommend to create a new sapScript instead.

Smartforms or SAPScript for FI module

Hi Experts,
for the SD or MM modules, the Form and respectinve print programs can be found in TNAPR.
I know that these data for FI modules are under correspondence but I don't know in which table these data are stored.
can anyone tell me as where they store these data?

Try to use NACE and select FI application and check the output type and the print programs.
1) use this function module and specify the form name:-
SAPSCRIPT_SELECT_PROGRAM
2)Or goto se11 and display contents of table TTXFP specifying the form name field

SAP Note 1413253 - Eletronic Duplicate Invoice Functionality for Argentina

Hi All
The last step of the SAP Note 1413253 - Eletronic Duplicate Invoice Functionality for Argentina is to create V_1AOUM view, using transaction SE54, but I am getting the error message: "Incorrect Entry" - the object is not accepting the access key that basis team sent to me.
I would like to know if someone is facing the same problem and how could I solve this.

BSIP is the table which is used for the Vendor Duplicate invoice check.I can do the validation based on xblnr and lifnr for my requirement but i am not sure where i have to do the validations. Please suggest.

Idoc generation and reprint for smartforms and sapscripts

Dear Experts,
Currently our scenario is as below.
We are using XML for all outputs. once IDOC is generated it is passed to XML port and print is issued.
To reprint IDOC we have a customised program where in we can enter idoc number and print output.
Now we are converting all to smartforms and at some places sapscript. So how to setup reprint for idocs in smartforms and sapscript as it is done for sapscripts. Do we need to make some config in WE19 to issue smart forms and sapscripts.
If possible please give all steps right from preparing structures till reprint.
Can anyone help with detailed solutions.

Electronic Invoice for Argentina

Hi,
I'm working on the implementation of Argentina´s Electronic Invoice Process.
I have applied all the Notes suggested by SAP (detail below)
As per the legal resolution RG 1361 of the Government of Argentina, companies are supposed to use Electronic Duplicates, which implies adjustments in Daily VAT Report and a File with all the Electronic Invoices issued by the company.
The first requirement is solved by Note 1413253 but there is no resolution offered by SAP regarding the file with Electronic Invoices.
Does anyone knows if SAP is going to release a new note regarding that issue?

I am working on the implementation of Argentina Electronic Invoice and number ranges for different issuing branches.Could you please guide me how to go further .
As you know SAP is having the Issuing branch concept and I have done below basic configuration for this but not able to get the number range for different issuing branch.
Define Issuing branches
Define document class
Assign document class to document type (RV) >>later I have assigned this RV to billing type F2 (here my question is i have different document class for Invoice,credit memo ,debit memo etc. and for Invoice and debit memo the document type is same RV,how iI'll assign one or more document class to document type RV though SAP has provided it as one-one relationship)
Maintain Number groups
Assigned Sales area to issuing branch(here my question is if the i have more that one issuing branch for one sales area then how i'll go further)
After the above configuration also I am not getting the different number range for invoice from different issuing branch.
Please let me know if any one is having any suggestion for this or user exit or SAP note i need to follow.

I am not getting the standard scripts and output type so that i can modify it and according to my requirement.

SAP Smart Forms allow you to execute simple modifications to the form and in the form logic by using simple graphical tools; in 90% of all cases, this won't include any programming effort. Thus, a power user without any programming knowledge can configure forms with data from an SAP System for the relevant business processes.

You can insert static and dynamic tables. This includes line feeds in individual table cells, triggering events for table headings and subtotals, and sorting data before output.
You can check individual nodes as well as the entire form and find any existing errors in the tree structure. The data flow analysis checks whether all fields (variables) have a defined value at the moment they are displayed.
SAP Smart Forms allow you to include graphics, which you can display either as part of the form or as background graphics. You use background graphics to copy the layout of an existing (scanned) form or to lend forms a company-specific look. During printout, you can suppress the background graphic, if desired.
SAP Smart Forms also support postage optimizing.

in which scenario v prefer smartform over sapscripts and in which scenarios sapscript over smartforms?

Smartforms are better to use than scripts as they provide more facility like color, graphical user interface etc, but scripts are the oldest form of layout available in SAP. There is no advantage of using script over smartform. This entirely depends on the choice in case of new developments. However, if you have to change/customize existing script then you have to deal with scripts only.
Difference with SMARTFORMS vs SapScript(SE71).
a) Multiple page formats are possible in smartforms which is not the case in SAPScripts
b) It is possible to have a smartform without a main window .
c) Smartforms generates a function module when activated.
d) Unlike sapscripts (RSTXSCRP), you cannot upload/download Smartform to your local harddisk.
e) In smartforms there is only one main window.
In scripts we can create 99 main windows.
f) Smartforms are client independent. but scripts are client dependent.
g) we can execute smartforms directly without driver program. But it is not possible in script.
h) peform statement is possible in script but not in smartforms.
i) loop statement is possible in smartforms.
In script for every data record controls moves from
script to driver program and to script.
In smrtforms this is not rquired.
In 4.7 Enterprise, other have seen this utlity which is completey missing in 4.6c. There is functionality to downlaod a complete form or only a particular node. (Utilities -> Download form). It will create a XML file and save it in the hard disk.
For others, if you want to download/upload the Smartforms source, you will need the help from the Basis people. What you can do is to create a Transport and then FTP down to your local harddisk. When you need the Smartform source in another system, you have FTP up the Smartforms file back to the SAP server. Finally, the Basis team, will tp it into your system.
i) The protect and endprotect command in sapscript doesn't work with smartforms. For example on a invoice: First data of position no 80. is printed on page one, other data of position no 80 is printed on page 2. And there's nothing you can do about it. Actually, there is something you can do about it. By using a folder node and checking the 'protect' checkbox, everything in that folder will be page protected.

Conversion of SAPSCRIPT to SMARTFORMS
SAP provides a conversion for SAPscript documents to SMARTforms.
This is basically a function module, called FB_MIGRATE_FORM. You can start this function module by hand (via SE37), or create a small ABAP which migrates all SAPscript forms automatically.
You can also do this one-by-one in transaction SMARTFORMS, under
Utilities -> Migrate SAPscript form.

Excise Invoice Printout through Sapscript

I am facing a strange problem in Excise Invoice Printout using Sapscript, using Tcode J1IV (Program is J_1IEXCP_OUTPUT).
The print preview is coming correctly but print out is not happening.
Please guide me the solution.

Hi Mark,
you have two options here,
you can set printer name and print immediately option in the output type for your transaction code.
or you can set the flag dailog = 'x' in your SAP script print program.
It will popup one window when you execute it and you can chooose printer name and other options to print immediately.
If it is not printed still, just go to the transaction J1IV and open the output type window and then check the logfile for your output type. it will give you correct information why you are getting printout.

my requirement is that i have to download the transport request objects smartforms and sapscripts to do this i have to make a report, so that a person can run this report and enter the request number , then the objects smartform and sapscripts download automatically for him.
or is thr any standard report progrma available in sap system.

Printing double line / small box residing in main box - Invoice smartform

Hi,
I have 2 Invoice smartforms, meant for Country_A and Country_B. We r on ECC 6.00
Country_A is printing fine.
But, when comes to Country_B, in ITEM table, the header box, (where column labels are printed), one more box is printing!! it looks like (not exactly) instead of single line ________ its printing ======, so, pls. let me know, Wht culd be the reason?

VF01- invoice smartform in PDF format to be sent thro' mail

We have a requirement from our client that we need to trigger a mail of invoice smartform in PDF format on saving in VF01.
Can any body suggest the steps in NACE and also output..

As per your post, I understood that,
After saving Invoice , automatically Invoice has to send in PDF format to the respective email id maintained in CMR-Payer master
if yes, this involves ABAP & BASIS ,
ABAP- Program & FOrm routine has to created & assigned in respective output type & type-PDF (Check in NACE- Output type)
for this, you need to maintain the Condition record- VV31 - with medium as "Mail" -
or else,
you can do this manually also, in VF31- you can give a print & save in PDF format- you can send it - but its complete manual process.

Bill to party address printing in standard invoice smartform

    I am trying to modify the standard invoice smartform as per client requirement.In the payment window, i deleted the fields which are not necessary and I have to print bIll to party address in payment information window. I wrote the code like this in program lines.
CLEAR GS_HD_ADR.
get customer adress number
READ TABLE IS_BIL_INVOICE-HD_ADR INTO GS_HD_ADR
WITH KEY BIL_NUMBER = IS_BIL_INVOICE-HD_GEN-BIL_NUMBER
              partn_role = 'RE'.

Next I Created one text node and I inserted fields like

In SE16 , data is there for name1 and street fields of ADRC table. when I am trying to activate the form , iam getting warning message as field&wa_adrc-name1& has no defined value. In the output, data is not displayed for bill to party address. Please tell me the solution.
