Invoice verification using upload file

Hi SAP fans out there...
Right now I'm in process to development functional specification Auto IR program using text file. The process is like this; after PO item has been GR by the part personal team our vendor will give the text file to finance dept to precede with IR process.
Currently Finance user use the Vendor delivery order number to match with the GR data
Then process with the process
The question is which a the table involve in this problem ?

Hi Friends,
I have an issue with a specific PO failed to transfer from SRM to ECC. We are in ECS scenario, SRM 5.0 Service level 7.0. We are in process of SP upgrade but this issue occured in Production system which is still in old SP level(SP 7.0).
when I check the App Monitor, I am see the following errors: but the status shows Auto_Completed
1. PO: Indicator for GR-based invoice verification used not allowed
2. PO: Instance XXXXXXXXXX of object type PurchaseOrder could not be changed
3. PurchOrder XXXXXXXXXX: Purchase order still contains faulty items
4. PO XXXXXXXX: Indicator for GR-based invoice verification used not allowed
I can see the PO copied over to ECC. but status in SRM PO shows 'Error in Process'.
BBP_PD for object PO shows: Created, complete, ordered, In Transfer to Execute, Change was Transmitted as Inactive status. Transfer Failed shows Active, Document completed, created.
I checked BP Maintain for the vendor and PO and its no different than other POs and Vendors except Vendor had 'Goods Receipt based Invoice Verification' indicator checked in SRM.
I tried to simulate the same Material, Vendor with GR-IV indicator both on and off, it works fine. Ofcourse this is in Quality box with SP 15 level.
So, I am not sure if SP level upgrade might help it or not? If there are any other means to test, please advise.

I was wondering how I could liquidate the PO by either creating a new PO or ??.
What you could do to revive the PO in question is that after the upgrade, and after a round of background jobs run for CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2, ask the buyer to make a dummy change to the PO (for example, change the description of the PO) and order again. This would trigger the transfer to the backend again. And hopefully this time, no error would occur.

Hi,
There is no problem with download in above example. I have used Steve's example to upload, and solution delivered by Ric Smith on his blog to download files. I think there is something wrong with Steve's uploading solution. When I used Ric solution (he sent me by email complete JDeveloper project) to upload and download everyting works correct. I created last Friday SR on Metalink to review it and it's still in progress. My advice is:

PO 6500002415: Indicator for GR-based invoice verification used n ot allowe

A SRM PO item was delivered, but later we reverse the goods receipt.
Then I mark deletion for this item, the SRM status shows "Transfer Failed (E.Sys.) "
In the applicaiton monitor it shows
PO 6500002415: Purchase order still contains faulty items
PO 6500002415: Indicator for GR-based invoice verification used n ot allowed
PO 6500002415: Instance 6500002415 of object type PurchaseOrder c ould not be changed

Problem using "UPLOAD FILE" behavior, in localhost Works fine, in my production server doesnt

I have been working with a form that uses a "upload file", in my localhost computer works very well BUT in my production server doesnt, the thing is that there is no error messager .. so i cant guess the problem, i already check permissions in my folder that contains the files and all is with Write permissions.
Can you help me pleasE??

Most likely a permissions issue. Check your production server to see if both the IUSR_[Machine Name] and ASPNET users have read/write/delete permissions on 1. the folder you'll be uploading images to AND 2. the includes\common\lib\file_upload\temp folder (if this doesn't exist, create it manually).
These settings are necessary in order for the ADDT file upload server behavior to function properly.

Shopping Cart creation using Upload File

Hi
We want to create Shopping cart using the Upload Program in SRM 7.01. We can use the FM BBP_PD_SC_CREATE and BBP_PD_SC_SAVE for this.
However wanted to understand the check points that we need to keep in mind while creating the SC from any legacy system using Flat File. Are there any constraints, precautions that we should take or some prechecks/prerequisites that need to be fulfilled.
Any input in this regard would be welcome.

Set Up Material Block for Invoice Verification

Hi,
Please share your experience for customization setting under General settings for material management "Set Up Material Block for Invoice Verification".
When should we use " Material is bloked at first read" and "Material is blocked when invoice is posted".
Does it improve MIRO transaction performance if we chnage the setting from " Material is bloked at first read" to "Material is blocked when invoice is posted"?

Set Up Material Block for Invoice Verification
Use: -
   In this step, you specify at what point materials are blocked in Invoice Verification:
   o   During the allocation phase, all materials present in the invoice are blocked.
   o   During simulation or posting, materials whose stocks are to be changed are blocked and are read again.
   o   Materials whose stocks are to be changed, are blocked and are read again when you post.
   When you post directly to a material, the given material is blocked immediately in all settings.
Standard settings: -
In the standard system, materials are blocked during the allocation phase.
It is suggested to block materials during allocation phase itself, so that user has not to enter all the details and then get block error at the time of Simulation or Posting. Also it improves the performance since all these transactions need not to be carried out and system informs initially that materials are blocked.

Planned delivery Cost invoice verification via LIV EDI

I have to verify the planned delivery cost in purchase order ( freight condition types). The invoice sent by the vendors via EDI ,have both material & freight cost. Unfortunately SAP doesnt allow to verify the planned freight cost via EDI. Is there a way to post freight costs along with material cost in EDI
Has anybody used the BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE for delivery cost invoice verification using data from the invoice idoc.

A/C postings @ GR
Stock account: 140 Dr
GR/IR clearing: 130 Cr
Freight clearing: 10 Cr
Invoice 100 pc @ 1.3/pc=130.00
freight @ 0.10/pc= 10.00
Total =140.00
A/C posting @ IR
Vendor a/c's: 140 Cr (130 for Goods vendor and 10 for freight vendor)
GR/IR clearing: 130 Dr
Freight clearing: 10 Dr
Since both are different vendors you have to credit the goods value to vendor A and freight charges to vendor B, you have to do them separately.

Hi,
In MM Purchasing Scenario the vendor supplies a material along with a delivery note.
This no: you can refer while you do a GR in MIGO & you will also enter the Qtys in the Qty as in Del note in the MIGO item details part.
Now you can refer the delivery note no: which you captured using MIGO while you do a invoice verification using the transaction MIRO.
Now the delivery note no: is normally very useful incase of a PO having multiple GR's.

No it's not possible. It has to be flow from PO ( incase of purchase from manufacturer ) or from GR ( enter manually all the excise duties in case of trader purchase ).
If u want to pay this amt to vendor, do excise JV J1IH & FI JV.

For that I go with BDS Approach and create test program for this I got success while uploading file in my folder
which i have created with the help of class and content repository . but when i Using ABAP Webdynpro , i got error FM "BDS_BUSINESSDOCUMENT_CREATEF" message " error_kpro " .
                       Also I wanted to use KM for storage of Documents and wanted to retrive with help of ABAP Webdynpro .

It is as if the server has decided that the client has timed out during the file upload. The default setting is 30 seconds for AcceptTimeout in the magnus.conf file. This should be ample to get the file across, even increasing this to 2 minutes just produces the same error after 2 minutes. Any help appreciated. Apologies if this is not the correct forum for this, I couldn't see one for iPlanet and Web, many thanks, Kieran.

You didnt mention which version of IWS. follow these steps.
(1)Goto Web Server Administration Server, select the server you want to manage.
(2)Select Preference >> Perfomance Tuning.
(3)set HTTP Persistent Connection Timeout to your choice (eg 180 sec for three minutes)
(4) Apply changes and restart the server.
*Setting the timeout to a lower value, however, may prevent the transfer of large files as timeout does not refer to the time that the connection has been idle. For example, if you are using a 2400 baud modem, and the request timeout is set to 180 seconds, then the maximum file size that can be transferred before the connection is closed is 432000 bits (2400 multiplied by 180)

Hello i had exactly the same error, but not with file upload.
I'm sure you have in your application lib directory to jars which aren't compatible to each other.
And the problem occured between my myfaces and tomahawk jars .

Problem with uploading files to SharePoint 2013 in cloud using web services. Keep getting error message and don't know why.

Hello everyone. I am having trouble writing a utility that uses SharePoint web services to upload a file and metatag it. It keeps throwing the following error message:
"The request failed with the error message: -- <html><head><title>Object moved</title></head><body> <h2>Object moved to <a href="/_forms/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fsites%2fgk%2f_vti_bin%2fcopy.asmx">here</a>.</h2>
</body></html> --."
Not sure why. I pass the file that I am going to upload to the subroutine and it is suppose to upload it to the appropriate library. I have burned several days on this problem and I am not sure what is going on. I would appreciate anyone that can point me in
the right direction. Below is the subroutine that I have that is causing the problem. Obviously, I have stripped the name from the example.

If you want to upload a file to a library in SharePoint 2013 online, I suggest you use Client Object Model or REST API.

Here is a php file.

That's prefect, I changed only these two lines
