After updating to ios 8 on my iphone 4s, all my music from iphone disappered. I tried all the suggestions, but I cant see music folder in the settings-general at all. I signed out of icloud as well, but still cannot sync with itune on my macbookpro. Can any one help?

Change how it syncs by enabling Manually manage music and videos, then you can drag and drop the music that you want on your iPhone. Revert it back to test to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi, I am just after downloading ios 5 to my iphone but now the apps on my phone won't work, even the free ones. Have tried deleting and reinstalling but it asks for credit card details even for the free apps. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks
If it is asking for account details then it might just need you to confirm your account before it lets you proceed. Maybe the terms and conditions changed since last time or something like that. Try signing into your Apple account in iTunes on a computer first to check that. Then restart the phone and try again.

You can't. The iPhone 3G can only go as high as iOS 4.2.1. It hardware does not suport a higher iOS.

Apple music app starts automatically in car since ios 8 update on iPhone 5
Since updating to iOS 8 on an iPhone 5 (thru iTunes on laptop), apple music app starts on its' own in the car using bluetooth.
It would start playing music after I started the igniton-though I never use that app or leave music of any sort running in my car when I turn car off.
Other times, it starts music if I use Google Maps or apples' iMessage . Quite annoying.II'm sorry, I thought I'd updated to 8.02 but I checked and I only have 8.0. I'm afraid to update to 8.02 as I've been reading both good and bad about it, like it may fix my app problem but screw up my Wi-fi. I don't know what to do. I'm between a rock and a hard place.

Hi everyone! I tried to install the new iOs 7 on my iphone 4, but it wasn't completed (showing error 4005). Now, my iphone is stuck on the itunes' logo with the usb cord, and I can't use my phone. And itunes doesn't detect my iphone when I connect it on my computer, so I can't put it in recovery mode or someting like that... What can I do?? I tried everything they tell me to do in the apple support but nothing seems to work. Thank you!

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine. -
I downloaded ios 7 on my iphone 4s and cant play itunes from my iphone to my speakers through airport utility. it shows im connected thro wifii. i can play the speakers wirelessly from itunes on my computer so i know its my phone since ios 7 downloaded. even the icons on the song that turn on the speakers are missing. what do i have to do to get it back? Ive deleted airport utility and reinstalled it. i shutdown my phone and the airport base and wifii and restarted everything. nothing seems to b helping.
I just encountered this problem for the first time and stumbled upon this forum to find a solution. I played around with it a bit and it seems that if you slide your finger from the bottom up, you will come upon that new screen that will allow you to do various functions with your phone (put it in airport mode, lock, etc.), you can select your Airport from this screen and play your music wirelessly from your phone; at least this was my experience. I have a Sony radio in my car. With IOS 4 on my IPhone I could use the docking plug to the usb input on the radio and stream ESPN radio or pandora to the radio. After upgrading to IOS 5 on the phone the Sony radio will not recognize the phone . Any thoughts.
I am reading on this site about the error I am getting and it wants me to change some files that I am not comfortable messing with. Mainly because it is like a foreign language. Will the store do this for me or tell me if it is neccessary?

I am not very good at navigating the Iphone so please be patient. I have an Iphone 4S with the latest 6.0.1 and I would like to be able to download some of the apps that require iOS 5 on my iphone. Well, no. It's because that the iPod 4th Gen has iOS 6 and the apps need iOS 7. I suggest that you get the new iPod 5 because it has iOS 7. Also the iPod 4 does not have enough CPU or RAM. The new iPod 5 has enough CPU and RAM to store iOS 7 apps.

I downloaded the new iOS 6 for my iphone 4. I have 2 iphones on my account and after the "upgrade" text messages go to both phones. When I send a text to my wife I recieve the same text and vise versa. How can I fix this?
"Sounds like you guys are using the same apple id for imessage. You will need to create a separate id for you wife. OR go to settings - message - receive&send and make sure your phone number is the default for both you and yoru wife.

You got the new iphone????? I have same problem. I transferred audiobooks to device to find no audiobooks on device (despite it being in iTunes as if it was). Have you found a solution????? I even tried to change import settings on format transfer but hasn't worked.

I just downloaded IOS 8 on my Iphone 5 and to do so i had to delete all my photos to clear space, but before so I selected all of them and copied them. The only place I can seem to be able to paste and see them is while making a new message in gmail and then when i tried to send them the message comes back blank and looks like below. what can i do to retrieve them?
<Edited by Host>As razmee209 said, you can use iTunes to install photos on your phone from wherever you have them stored. Where did you copy them to? Are you saying you selected them on you phone and just hit "copy"? That would only copy one at a time to the "clipboard" so that you can paste it somewhere else. As you copy each one, the previous one is deleted from the clipboard. This is not a storage area. Did you back them up on your computer or in iCloud?
