Ios 5 problem with Calender

After upgrading to Ios 5, my calendar events are all gone and the plus button in the calender is gone. I don't use Outlook btw.
Please help!

Few things you can do: Connect your iphone, and on the summary page, go to music tab, uncheck all songs. Sync, reboot, recheck songs that you want in. It should work.
If not, then Restore and set up as a new phone. I had this issue to, and the uncheck all songs did not fix it for me. So I restored my phone and set up as new and music works perfect.

Ipad 2 with IOS 6 problems with apps and battery

Ok, I had updated my iPad the day of or day after the IOS 6 came out and at first I had no problems with it. Except now, for some reason I am starting to have problems with different apps and with the battery life. First off within 15 minutes, it went down to almost 90% charge with it being a full charge and me hardly using any apps and closing the ones I wasn't using (which was just safari and Facebook open). But the problem I have been having is that I cannot chat with my friends on the Facebook app now because it will show its loading the chat box and then freeze up. With pages and numbers, they seem to take longer than usual to load up which is around 10 seconds or so before I can do anything. The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). IOS 6: problem with sprites rotation in gpu mode

Hi,
I have a game published on iTunes and today I found a serious problem with the latest iOS 6 GM.
Sprite rotation around X and Y axes doesn't work with gpu render mode.
Here is my code:

It works fine if this sprite is not rotated.
But when I change its rotationX or rotationY properties, the sprite disappears from the screen!
My game works fine on older versions of iOS (5.0, 5.1.1 and 6 beta 3).
This problem only happens on iOS 6 GM and since iOS 6 will be officially released in a few days, I am really worried...
I tried Air 3.3 and Air 3.4 - both have this problem.
In "cpu" and "direct" render modes sprite rotation works, but graphics performance is terrible. So "gpu" is my only option...
I'll really appreciate any help.

I performed some other tests and so it seems like everything is 2D in gpu mode. When I try to do 3D transformations, objects disappear from the view.
For example out of these 3 images only image1 is displayed:

Sync problem with calender - outlook 2010

Hello
I've a problem with the settings of the synchronisation of my calender. I am able to sync 2-ways on contacts - in these settings I am able to choose outlook express & than 2 ways synchronisation. I cannot choose this kind of settings for my calender.
I'm using: windows 7 with outlook 2010.
I've downloaded the latest version of the Black Berry Desktop manager.

Nope...the device OS 6.0 has only been released so far (I think) for the Torch. And device OS 6.0 and Outlook 2010 are not linked as far as this issue is concerned.

Problems with Calender Entries from Exchange Server

I think this just started on Friday or Saturday--
I opened my calender on my iPhone and it seemed a little empty. I noticed that a couple of appointments that I know should be there are not. I restarted the iPhone thinking there was some kind of transient glitch and some (not all) of my missing items appeared. Then disappeared. Then appeared. Then disappeared. Then they stayed gone. Every time I open my calender now, that happens.
It seems that the items that stay put are the ones that I put directly into my iPhone. Many others come and go, and some never show up at all.
Thankfully, my Outlook calender seems to be in good shape, although the new items I have put into my phone since Saturday have not synced.
And my contacts sync with no problem, too. It's just the calender. Any help would be appreciated.

We have a similar problem with one VP's iPhone in our environment. Did some testing today and discovered the following:
* When an appointment is sent to the VP and he accepts the appointment from his iPhone, all seems well, meaning that the appointment is visible both on his computer's Outlook and on his iPhone calendar.
* When an appointment is sent to the VP and he accepts it from his computer's Outlook, it still appears as a "new invitation" on his iPhone and, if he does not respond right away from his iPhone, that appointment disappears from his iPhone. It remains on his Outlook calendar. These missing appointments on his iPhone cause scheduling problems for us, as you can imagine!
So, my question is: how must one handle Outlook appointment schedule acceptance? Further complicating our situation is that this VP has a delegate who accepts appointments on his behalf. We're never quite confident whether his iPhone accurately reflects his actual appointment schedule.

6300 & Lotus Notes V7 (Synch problems with Calenda...

Trying to synch my calendar on a 6300 with Lotus Notes v7 HF277 L-GHUS-5RWNHM with PC Sync v 6.86.9.0.
When trying to Synch the process fails with following error message :
Calendar Incomplete. Unable to process all items.
The calendar sycn was working fine for several days and all of a sudden the synch started to fail. No updates to phone or Lotus Notes occurred during this period.
Can you advise how I can force replication from Lotus Notes to my 6300 phone or overcome the problem above ?

Hello, I am meeting a similar problem with my N95 and Notes V7 Calendar.
The feature used to work with my N95 until very recently.
Synchronization of the list of contacts does work but the calendar stopped working.
Here are the problem symptoms
Nokia PC Suite opens Lotus Notes V7 and seems to be scrolling entries while displaying a counter being incremented against a total number - in my case the total number is 779.
When the first counter reaches 760, the dialog stops resulting into the 2 following synchronization msgs:
PC Sync has encountered a problem and has terminated the synchronisat
and
The synchronisation has been aborted.
I observed that
Deleting one calendar entry reduces the total number from 779 to 778 - unfortunately the the scrolling still aborts before reaching the 778 number.
Reducing the calendar synchronisation window to the bare minimum (1 day before / 1 day after) does not change the scrolling process (ie. the whole 778/779 entries seem to be scrolled) and the process keeps aborting.
I have the following software configuration:
Nokia PC Suite is 7.1.18.0
Lotus Notes is 7.0
and I updated the phone software with latest firmware available on the Nokia site
I have been a very happy user of the N95 Calendar function until now.
Would anybody help here ?

Reinstallation for IOS skype. problems with groups and contacts

I was having a problem with Skype on my Iphone; new messages wouldn't load, and if they did it was around 10 minutes after they sent them. So I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. As soon as I logged into my account I realized most of my contacts didn't have a profile picture, nor did it have our conversations. It also got rid of all my skype groups; I still got notifications for those groups, but if I clicked on them it would bring me to a page saying that it's an empty group. Also if I get on skype on my laptop everything is fine, I still have my groups, my contacts all have pictures and our conversations are still there. I tried to reinstall it on my phone again, but this time all my groups were still gone, but different contacts wern't complete. Because I still had the contacts I tried to send a message on of my contacts that didn't have a profile picture and although it said it sent, I never got a reply. So I got on my laptop and asked if he got it, and he said he didn't. Is anyone else haing this problem? If so do you know how to fix it? Thank you

Ok I just talked to support via chat and apparently this is a known iPhone mobile App issue. This is exactly what he said to me: "I was informed that this issue already have a ticket to our engineers and they are already working on this one. This has something to do with the latest version of Skype for tablets and mobiles. We may release another version of Skype app so once an update is avaialble, update the app on your phone ASAP." Hope this ease some frustration.

IPhone 4S and iOS 6 - Problem with downloading podcasts from iTunes

Along with all the other issues (Wi-Fi, Maps, etc) I have now found a new problem for my iPhone. I am unable to transfer any files (Podcasts, Music, Movies, etc) or sync with iTunes. I am using the most current version of iTunes (10.7), and have restarted my phone to see if that would help. This problem only started today, about 10 days after downloading and installing iOS 6. Any help is appriciated.

IOS 8 problem with mobile connection.

After the upgrade to iOS 8 my Ipad 2 have problems connecting to my cellular provider. This never happened before. Does anyone else have the same problem??

Problem with calender timezone

hi first i got the instance of the calendar and printed the date? The date showed in IST which is my timezone. After this i changed the Timzone of the calendar to "UTC" and printed the date. still the date comes in IST and the date is same before and after changing the timezone. how to understand this? why is the time not changing according to the timezone set? why the time is always showing in IST which is my OS timezone?

Iphone4s ios 7 problem with the password

What happend is that my computer said that there was an actualization, so I put to download it, then I restart my iphone and put to syncronize with my itunes(I have a backup) so I put my icloud id but then when I have to put the iphone password, but the password that I put there said that isn t corrrect, what can I do now? please help me, I have a lot of information there.

If you have previously synced your device with iTunes, you may be able to reset the passcode by restoring the device:
Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.

Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup of your device.

Since ios 7 problems with bought videos

Hi,
since the ios 7 is not possible to start the movies. Ther It comes only ... Movie is not loaded! ( german : Video ist nicht geladen)
But the icons are still there.
I have had bad 300 km on german Autobahn, because of the missing entertainment for the 2nd row ! !
I have tryed newest ios 7.1 , shut down while holding both buttons .....
Buying new Videos works, but i have payed for all the "old" kids movies.

IOS 7 problem with my iphone 4s

Hi, I downloaded ios 7 to my iphone 4s last night but after it was downloaded and my phone went to reboot it started to show this icon that means that i have to connect my phone to itunes. Ive tried numerous times to connect my phone to itunes but whenever I plug it into a computer, it automatically says that the usb device is not recognized. Ive tried this with several different computers and my iphone is only cutting on and showing this picture.

Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Third-party cases can interfere with the autofocus/exposure feature and the flash (iPhone 4 only); try removing the case if you have image-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center. Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. After recording begins, you cannot readjust focus until you stop recording. IOS 5 problems with Touch

I appreciate all the features that are supposed to be integrated, but I'm shocked and amazed when stuff that used to work no longer does suddenly after an update. My iPhone 3 was absolutely ruined and rendered unusable after updating to ios4, so you'd think I'dve gotten the message, but I didn't obviously.
My whole library of stuff is gone, I knew that was going to happen but all those TV shows I converted myself, gonna have to convert em again and rebuild, this is going to take hours.
I can get around that, it's work, but at least when it's done it's done. I converted and added like 15 TV shows today as I always do, changed their media type to TV Shows. Low and behold, I click videos in ios 5 only to find that there's nothing there, it won't recognize the TV format. So I decided, well just for today I'd turn them into "movies" and just play them from the movies window. Every single file except 1 (which said it wouldn't sync then I redid it and it worked) won't play. They're present in the list, a quick click and it fires up, shows me a black screen and quickly returns me to my list of "movies". It's just so discouraging to have already lost your whole content base then finally get some stuff back on there and have none of it work? I added like 10-15 songs, they're all fine.

Use the communities search box on the upper right and search for artwork. It is a common problem after iOS 5 update.
