IOS 6.1.3 is giving problems Any way we can down grade to previos iOS

After updating iOS 6.1.3 my 3gs wifi strength is low and disappearing. Any way can we down grade to previos iOS 6.1.
Please help on this. Backup it is not helping ( i lost 11 days data) dont post such answers.

I tried still the same. I think downgrade is not possible. When I updated automatically is keeping the backup. But that backup only for our datas not for the previous IOS. Apple should do somthing for this.

If your phone is in recovery mode (You see the iTunes graphic on the phone), you MUST connect the device to a computer and restore the operating system. There is no supported way to get around it. The device had a problem installing the update and it crashed. Sorry.

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...

It sounds like you have a hacked/unofficially unlocked iphone. When you update, it will indeed lock it back, as it should.
The ONLY place that can legitimately unlock an iphone is the carrier to which they are locked and no U.S. carrier does this.

You should be able to download Lightroom 5.4 again, without problems, for free

No, if it doesn't have a sim slot. However, the model number you posted is for a Verizon iPhone 4S. That model does have a sim slot, & if Verizon unlocks the sim slot, it can be used on GSM networks outside of the US.

So, I just went into my iPhone notes (iPhone 4 iOS 7.0.4), and found that all my notes had been deleted. I did recdently change the mail account I was using, could that be the issue? I'm very worried as I had some bank details and other personal information stored in these notes. Is there any way I can select a specific stored backup to restore from?

Well, in iTunes, if you had not changed to sync notes to Outlook, that would answer that question. I sync my notes to my Outlook and have never had an issue. The only thing you need to watch is your archive setting. If you have notes set to archive after a certain amount of time, you will find that after non-use on the iPhone, they can seem to disappear. They will just not sync back, but are kept in the archive of Outlook. They are never deleted unless you actually delete them.
