so basically my problem is that ios 6.1.3 wont update any of my apps it says app has failed to download click here to retry is this just a temporary issuse or something more severe please answer this for me thanks bye!

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>iTuns and App stores and sign out and sign back in
- Update the apps in your iTunes library and then sync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

After updating to iOS8, the Numbers app crashes every time I try to use my attendance sheet.

I have updated to iOS8.0.2 and I've updated the Numbers app. I generally use my iPad (4th gen, with retina display) to take attendance with the template in the Numbers app. However, every time I scroll through a page with check buttons, the app crashes. This did not happen before updating. Is there a way to get this on Apple's radar, as it seems to be an instability in iOS8? Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

I suggest you try another app.
All of the "Office" document editing applications on the iPad have limitations. Best try them out to see if they meet your needs.

Update contacts with Twitter accounts crashes every time

Every time I select Settings > Twitter > Update Contacts to add my contacts' Twitter account names to Contacts, it crashes and takes me back to the home page. Any idea how I can get this feature to work? Thanks!

Since updating to ver 25 FF crashes every time I try to print from it

when I click on FF...print....print or ff...print...print preview all I get is the hourglass and then FF freezes(not responding) every time. Never had this problem before update. Even when in Gmail if I click on Gmails print icon, same thing happens. I use win 7 home premium on my Dell desktop. IE prints ok.

The updated FCPX 10.0.6 crashes every time I try to do any retiming!

I don't understand why the new update to FCPX has so many issues....
That said, here is my latest issue that I am hoping someone has a fix to.
Any time I attempt to retime a clip, FCPX crashes now. This does not happen on the last version, just the updated version. If I try do reverse a clip, it crashes. If I try to do a hold, it crashes. I always report the crash, but it is truly beginning to cause issues with my editing.

My iPad 2 is really slow and app crash every time after IO8 update.

Sorry, downgrading is not supported. I'm running it on an iPad 2 as well and it certainly is not as snappy as it once was.
Look into background app update, background app refresh. Notifications, not just in the notification center but in the apps themselves as well
also look to closing unnecessary programs. Double tap the home button. Flick the previews for any unneeded apps up and off the screen then single tap the home button to exit the mode.

Installed latest iMovie Update 9.0.6 and crashes every time on opening. Do I need to reinstall?

I installed this update for iMovie 9.0.6 released on 6-12-12 using Software Update and the window opens but before the projects are loaded it crashes. MacBookPro Intel Core i5, OSX v. 10.7.4. I tried restarting computer and ran Disk Utility but problem persists. How do I troubleshoot the problem? Should I reinstall the app? It was one of the largest updates I have ever installed (1 GB) so don't know if that caused a problem.

This is just a guess, but mine loaded OK. I have both iPhoto and Aperture. I updated both the iPhoto and Aperture Libraries before opening iMovie for the first time. When I opened iMovie it optimized all iMovie Events as well as all the iPhoto and Aperture videos.
So my recommendation would be to update iPhoto or Aperture if you use them and then try opening it again.
If that does not work, I would suggest contacting Apple at the "Contact Us" link at the bottom right of this page.

TS1702 I cannot open iMovie and do not want to reinstall the ap as I have five finished movies within it and would therefore lose about ten hours of work putting them together. The app crashes every time I try to open it. Any ideas?

Try double-clicking the Home button to bring up the recent Apps tray. Touch and hold on the iMovie icon til it shakes and a "-" appears the the upper left corner. Touch the "-" to remove iMovie.
See if it opens.
If not try restarting and/or resetting your iPad:
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

PP 2014.2 8.2 (65 Build) wont open videos. The application crashes every time. Even in new projects.

Version- Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 8.2 (65 Build)
Running on Windows 7
One of the files formats was WMX which was listed in the compatible list for Premiere I read. (Don't have a link to that list right now).
Computer hardware- Dell Latitude E5440. Processor- Intel core i5 4600-u @ 1.5ghz with 8GB RAM and a 120GB Hard drive. Graphics card- Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
And this computer is running Creative cloud just an FYI.
Troubleshooting steps-
-Cleaned cache within program under preferences.
-Tried creating a new project and inserting a local video clip and it still crashed.
-Tried multiple existing project files that have been worked on with this program on other laptops.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere (via Creative cloud)
-Removed and re-added the users account.
-Attempted to run in safe mode. Couldn't get the application to startup.

Now I would have come to the same conclusion as you cvid01, but the program has run on a laptop with even lower specs than the one I described. (It was a 6430 with lower specs. Also running the CC. Only one hard drive.) And other CC programs seem to run without issue. (InDesign, Photoshop).

You should remove his AppleID and restore it as new.

My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine. We always manually manage our music (no auto sync). iTunes is up to date on the PCs. My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines. He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4. I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

I can't update any of my apps. I have an old email address that I forgot the password to. I set up a new apple idea (I do know the password to this one), but every time I try to update my apps, it brings me back to my old email.

I've tried many times to get rid of my old iTunes account. I have made a new Apple ID and I do remember the password. My 2 main problems are, i can't update ANY of my apps (and I have 53 to update now), and I can't get rid of my old old email that I forgot the password to. Every time I try to reset the account and start a new iTunes account, it will ask me for my new email. I've tried multiple times to change it, bbut every time i do, it asks me to put a password when for my old email that I forgot the password to reset the account.

Once you purchase or download an app it will always be associated with the Apple ID used to download it. When that app requires and update you must use the Apple ID and password used to download it in the first place. The only way around this is to delete the apps the require the old Apple ID and download or purchase them again with the new Apple ID.

Apps are always tied to the ID that was used to purchase them originally. Did you try entering your old password and see if that works?
If you need to sign out of your old account go to Settings>Store>Tap on your ID and sign out. Sign in with the new one.
you can also access your ID in the featured tab of the App Store. Swipe to the bottom of the screen and you will find it there as well.

If I no longer have access to my original e-mail associated with my account and my passwords and e-mail accounts associated with my Apple device, how can I fix this solution? I have 2 ipads and 1 iphone and I cannot update any of my apps.

I tried to change the e-mail associated with my apple account because my school was closing and I knew I would no longer have accss to that e-mail account, however now all 3 of my devices ( 2 ipads & 1 iphone are screwed up as far as the e-mail accounts associated with each device and the passwords. It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?
