IOS 6 compatibility problems with 2013 Bentley GT

There seems to be a compatibility issue between the new products with iOS six in the 2013 Bentley GT. With the other operating system and older products everything works in the 2012 model but not in the 2013 model.

Sorry about that. It doesn't seem to sync with the Bentley interface in order to play music from any of the devices that have the iOS six or the 8 pin connection.

the latest flash is probably the problem... it's seems that the latest flash has been causing a boat load of issues. i did a system restore to undo the flash and mozilla upgrades and it's still crashing but not as bad as it was with the upgrades.

Everytime when I use the middle key (of UltraNav, with blue dots) in the Step Sequencer (or other places, mostly) in Cakewalk SONAR X1c (x64) to try to scroll horizontally, both SONARSTD.exe and SynTPEnh.exe crashes down.

Since Yahoo is web based email, the compatbility issue is on the Yahoo side, not Apple.
You can access your Yahoo account without having to use Safari.
Open the Mac Mail app. From the menu bar click Mail > Preferences then select the Accounts tab then the Account Information tab.
Click + to add your Yahoo account.

Is the lensora report based on actual testing... or merely theoretical?
I'm wondering ... because there's a well-established history of 3rd party lenses that should be compatible based on the mount, but have problems anyway when a new camera model is introduced that did not exist when the lens was designed.
At the same time, if you contact the lens vendor for support, they may be able to provide better data and sometimes they can re-chip or re-flash firmware into the lens to upgrade it to a compatible state.

IOS 7.1 Problem with People Hearing Me

I purchsed my IPhone 5S in December 2013 and never had a problem with people hearing me talk when I called them until I downloaded IOS 7.1. My voice was very faint or you could not hear me at all. I found out through another discussion group that the update may have turned my noise cancellation to off. I checked it out and swtiched it back on and the problem went away and people coud hear me talk again.

I have found a fix for others that may experience the same issue. The root of my problem appeared to be caused by Bookmarks that were created from Dropped Pins. I use Dropped Pins to Bookmark mostly everything here in Korea because the addresses here are a bit confusing. It appears Apple has updated some Map Data (I could be wrong), and my Bookmarks from Dropped Pins had incorrect addresses. This of course is just my best guess. Bellow is what I did to fix my problem:
I went through each of my Bookmarks one at a time and clicked on them. Instead of clicking on the Car Symbol for directions, I dropped a new Pin right next to the old Bookmark. I then created a new Bookmark from the Dropped Pin and labeled it the same, but with the number 2 so I could determine old from new. After clearing Maps and selecting the new Bookmark, I could then click on the Car Symbol and it would route the directions just fine. After verifying the new Bookmark worked properly, I deleted the old Bookmark. Rinse and repeat for all of my Bookmarks, re-ordered them and now its as if I never had a problem in the first place. Tedious work, but managed to solve my problem. I hope this helps for anyone else that may have the same problem.

Player compatibility problem with dual layer media

I've created a dual layer DVD and there is a problem with compatibility from player to player.
It plays fine in one of my DVD players but will not load in the other.
The duplicators tested my master on 2 players and it loaded on both, but would lock up if a chapter was selected from the submenu.
It has 4 tracks of content. 3 menus, and a bunch of chapter markers. The original build had stories (replaced with standard chapter markers) but I removed them hoping it would solve the problem.
The imported video tracks were created with Compressor. MPEG-2 2 pass VBR max bit rate 7.5. AC3 audio tracks. 7.7 GB on disc.
I'm already way over my deadline and ahve no idea what to do next other than maybe recompress so the disc is not so close to being maxed out.

Thats just how compatible that media is... +R DL (double layer) & -R DL are not that compatible. Recordable media is less compatible that replicated discs but double and dual layer media can be 50% compatible at best (depending on your target market...)
Good quality media, Verbatim +R DL for example burnt at slow speeds helps improve things,

Compatibility problem with USMT 6.3.9600 and Windows Vista

Hi,
We have a problem with USMT 6.3.9600 ()ADK 8.1) while running on Vista. At start we are receiving an error saying it is not a win32 application. USMT 6.2.9200 would work on Vista but not on Windows 8.1.
Any workaround?

Plug-in 5.8.0 Compatibility Problem with Pr 8.2

I'm running Win7, SP1 with a NVidia Quadro FX 3800 card. Is it me or is CC2014 a bug laden step backwards?
Apart from the serious CUDA issue users are facing, since a couple of updates ago I get a compatibility problem. Whenever I try to launch Audition or AE (or even SmartSounds) from an open Pr project, I get an error message saying "Premiere Pro version 8.2 is not compatible with Premiere Pro Plug-in version 5.8.0." The issue first appeared in 8.1.
Has anyone else faced this issue and how can I resolve it (before I throw in the towel and go back to CS5!?)

Thanks, Ann. I hadn't realised there was a 5.8.1 update, which seems to have solved the problem (I thought it was something deeper as the error appeared when I tried to open AE through the DL.

IOS 5.0 - Problems with the feature "Mail"

Gentleman,
I installed the new iOS 5.0 and suddenly two problems appeared in my "mail" featured. I have a google mail count in my iPhone:
- Appeared 2 Inboxs for the same mail, and both inbosx received the same messages. I could not delete this second mail box.
- The messages in my Inbox does not show "from", just "to" and I can not put the message to "unread" or change anything. The most strange that the messages that I received become messages that I can send to others.
I tried to restart the mail in the configuration, I tried to restart all the iPhone to return to factory configuration and the software return to iOS 5.0 and with the same problem.
Anyone have the same problem? Any toughts?

Im having the same issue. It didnt happen right after the update. I updated at 1pm and it happened at 9pm. My memory is still there for them when i plug it into iTunes but the memory is now under "other" instead of apps.

USB audio problems with 2013 iMac

I'm having a strange audio problem with USB microphones and headsets. The issue with my Logitech H650e is shown in this screencast I recorded. In the first part of the screencast, I am not speaking into the mic—yet you can see the levels fluctuating as if there is static playing (not in a natural pattern that you'd see when someone is speaking). In the next part of the video I demonstrate that selecting the built-in iMac mic for input, and then re-selecting the Logitech headset temporarily solves the problem. You can see the input start to fluctuate normally as it should when I am speaking. But at 0:31 in the screencast, you can see the input levels freeze and stop registering anything. I continued to speak until the end of the screencast, but no input was detected. For this screencast, I was on a Go To Webinar call, but the problem occurs regardless of whether I'm using Skype, Go To Webinar, GarageBand or any other software.
The problem with my Blue Yeti USB microphone is also different. In that case, the input does not freeze as it does with the Logitech headset. The levels appear as you would expect, and it seems to work. However, the person on the other end can hear static in the background, even though I don't hear it in my own headphones. I learned this because I just tried to do a Skype interview with the Blue Yeti, and the interviewer told me they could hear static. We closed Skype and called each other back twice, but the problem persisted. Then, suspecting the problem was related to what I described above with the Logitech, I unplugged the Yeti and then plugged it into my Macbook Air 2013 (also running Mavericks). Lo and behold the static completely disappeared.
My Griffin iMic and Audio Technica lavalier mic (attached to the iMic) behaves similarly to the Yeti, except in this case I can hear the static when I speak with my monitoring headphones. The input works but I get a lot of cracking and static in the background. This was confirmed by calling the Skype Test Call number and recording a message, which is then played back.
Here are the facts:
All 3 of my USB audio microphones/headsets do not work with my 2013 iMac running Mavericks
All 3 of these microphones/headsets worked fine with my 2008 Mac Pro running Mountain Lion
All 3 of these microphones/headsets work fine with my 2013 Macbook Air running Mavericks
In this other thread, several people are reporting similar issues with the iMac 2013 and Mavericks. At least two people did not have the issue when the iMac 2013 was running Mountain Lion. This of course suggests the issue is the combination of the iMac 2013 and Mavericks.

Compatibility problem with Portege 7020 / 7200 CT display & docking station

Hi guys,
i am experiencing some problems with the 2 mentioned laptops.
The 1st one is:
I bought a used 7020 to replace the broken screen of 7200. After disassembled the screen, I noticed that the connectors have the same number of wires, but one of the terminal of the 7200's screen has a larger socket. "no problem" I thought, and with patience I picked up the cable of the 7020 adapter an put it into the 7200.
But when i turned it on i saw only colored lines and squares :S :S
If you want i can provide the PN, if it could help...Even if i check the compatibility before order.
2nd problem:
Portege 7200 recognize correctly the docking station, while the 7020 emit some beeps before boot, and obviously it doesn't work with him. I checked on toshiba's site and the dock would be totally compatible!
And for last... Where can i find bios updates?

You will be really lucky if anyone here can help you with these old notebook models. I am pretty sure they are about 10 years old.
Without maintenance manuals and enough knowledge is not easy to help you with this display replacement.
This issue with docking station can be related to defective hardware. Both notebooks are so similar and both of them can be used with this docking station. How you can be sure hardware is top on 7020?
BIOS updates are available on http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_bios.jsp but as I can see for Portege 7000 there is no BIOS update, just for 7020.
If you want you can contact nearest Toshiba service provider. they have maintenance manuals for this old notebooks and they can help you offering exact info about parts you need.

MSI GTX 660 OC compatibility problem with MB

I recently got the MSI GeForce GTX 660 OC TwinFrozr III 2GB DDR5 192-bit and Gigabyte GA-B75-D3V.
Problem is: when I start the computer, the monitor doesn't show anything, it's like it's on stand-by. I then connected the GTX 660 to another computer with a pci-e 2.0 motherboard and worked fine (didn't install drivers, just started the computer and saw that it shows stuff on the monitor). I then connected another GPU (Gigabyte GT 420) to my new pc and worked fine aswell (showed stuff on the monitor).
My question is: is there a compatibility problem between the gpu and the motherboard? Do I need to make a bios upgrade?
