I do know that on the 29th of September, there were some issues with people tying to access their iCloud data. When you are having issues with accessing anything that Apple provides as a service or a store, check the first link to see if to see if any issues that could be preventing access. If you are still having issues currently, check with the second article to get it sorted out.

Update! I took some general advice on the forum and rebooted my iPhone a few times. I also asked the phone to "forget this device" and attempted to reconnect several times. It would load my contacts and then proceed to disconnect from the phone and I would also see a message on the Bluetooth page that the BlueAnt ST3 was not supported.
I gave up.
I left the two devices plugged into my computer for power overnight, laying side by side on the table.
They found each other. The next day they connected and have been communicating ever since.
Perhaps until the next IOS upgrade? But a happy ending in the interim

What do you mean when you say "can't sign into iTunes"? Does it say your username/password is incorrect, does it ask for your security questions?

Did anyone ever provide a resolution, because I am having the same problem.
My iCloud backup said yesterday that over 500 MB was being used by the Mail portion of the backup. So I went into iCloud.com, deleted all of the mail in my Sent Mail folder, then emptied the trash entirely. When I did that, it got worse; it said that 1.2 GB of the iCloud backup was taken up by the Mail backup. That doesn't make any sense. That is actually the opposite of what was supposed to happen.
Today, it is back to saying that Mail takes up 609.4 MB of space in the backup, but there is next-to-nothing in any of my iCloud email folders. What is going on?
Any suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply - I think I've sorted it though and there isn't actually an issue.
The whole group wasn't receiving the NDR, only the group manager which I setup a few weeks prior. This is a new feature so it complies with certain RFC's, basically the group manager will recieive the NDR to let them know there is a problem.
Something to do with mass mailing and unsolicited mail.

IOS 5.1 I can't sign into facetime

I updated to IOS 5.1 yesterday. I can't sign into facetime now! I've reset my network settings. While signing into facetime it asks for my sign in and then fails to recognize it. Aaaarrrgh!

My wife just pdated hers with now problems, I'm waiting to update mi children's until the get this fixed. I also cannot connect to YouTube as well. This is bs, looks like others are having problems as well. I might try a restore with mt pc and see is I can get 5.0. back on there. This makes me soooooo mad.

Can't sign into apple support communities with icloud apple id

i realise this isn't the right community for this question, but apple don't have a support category called "apple support".
i have that problem where I have an appleid called "frumbert", which I got about 10 years ago. it is and always has been tied to my gmail email address. i used this for about 5 years worth of itunes purchases, then forgot it for a couple of years.
when I got an ipad I also got an icloud account, and stupidly signed up using my gmail email address as my icloud username. it's tied to the same gmail email address as my existing "frumbert" account. i've since made all my itunes and app purchases using my icloud appleid, and it's the one associated with my mac warranties and such.
so two appleid's share the same email address.
i can't sign into apple support commuities with it because I need a new username. i can't create a new username because the email address is tied to an account already (this one, the old one, "frumbert"). An account utilizing this email address already exists. Only one account per email address is allowed on Apple Support Communities. Apple's way of saying you're c-ockblocked!
but I can't also change the "frumbert" account because there's another account with the same email address, my icloud one.
fark! how does one get out of this mess?

I'm having the exact same problem and so are a lot of other people. Apple's solution - shut up and create a new account just for the support community.

Hardwired iPad still can't be found or finish a sync

Why is it that my iTunes, which is connected via USB cable to my iPad2, is unable to "find" my iPad or that once it finally does, I begin the sync and half way through its says that its lost my iPad ort "can't find it." T ensure this isn't a wifi link that's coming or going I've put the iPad in airplane mode. Same results.

I've done the factory reset thing before and I can't say that it made a difference.

I downloaded the iCloud into my PC (I also have an iPhone and an iPad), I can't sign in even though I am using the exact apple ID and PW as in purchasing from appstore etc. I live in Israel

I am working fine with iCloud on my iPhone and iPad. I tried to sign in to iCloud app on my PC and it asks for my Apple ID. I use the same Apple ID I'm using for my iTunes and Appstore purchase. It keeps telling me that there's a server error. Might have something to do with the fact that I live in Israel? What is it?

You must setup a new account on a Mac or an iDevice, then you can sign in from a PC. You cannot create a new iCloud account using Windows.

You guess completely wrong.
What you chose to purchase originally and have been using that obviously met your needs is now a boat anchor? One word - BALONEY.
This has nothing whatsoever to do with Apple support.
You can certainly cell your original iPad and use the proceeds to purchase the iPad 2, or continue using what you have been using.

IOS 6 iPad upgrade

I upgraded mi iPad3 to iOS6 and now I can't run my RSS feeds in Safari. They worked fine with iOS5 and also run fine on my iPOD3 which is using iOS5.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My network connection works fine, I can use the internet or twitter or all the other apps which require a working network, but not FaceTime.......What's up with that ??

there has been a big problem with facetime and imessage. The best solution for this case is to restore your device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
Make sure you back it up. and I would set up facetime before you reinstall your backup and make sure its working.
