Ios 6 will not load/update on my iPad 3

In my settings (iPad 3), I have an update to load/install iOS 6.0.1. When I try to "Downlaod & Install", it will not accept it, nor will my items from iCloud sync to my iPad. PLEASE HELP....this is driving me crazy!!! Is this a cellular carrier issue (I am on Verizon) or maybe I am just doing something wrong.

Update or Restore again with iTunes on computer. If it works great. If not, write down the Error message so you can look up the cause and solution.

Shuffle Will Not Load, Update or Restore on my PC. I get error messages or it freezes when ever I try. I have tried re-installing i-Tunes, I have tried re-installing an earlier version of i-Tunes, I even tried updating my USB driver. The error messages I get are 1451, and -50. We have two shuffles and both of them are getting the same errors. Please Help!!

Here is your fix, this is a post from Albertech842 in another forum. It worked for me in Windows. I'm going to post it as a new topic, because SO many people have this problem and I spent HOURS trying to fix this:
Alright, this is what I did, my only fix. Disconnect the iPod from the computer. Then go to "start> right click my computer>
manage> services and applications> services> click iPod service> click stop service." Then connect the ipod and it should show up in my computer. Format it so all content is gone. Next, go back to "start> right click my computer>
manage> services and applications> services> click iPod service> click Start service." This should have the service running again. Open iTunes and connect the shuffle. When it says to automatically fill it (the window that pops up) dont unclick it, proceed so the shuffle autofills. Before it stops, quickly go to the settings tab. Then, scroll down to where it says "enable disk use". select that and hit apply. Now, you manually eject the iPod and you can manage your music! I had the same problem as you and this eliminated the problem! Hope this helped.

Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: The Maps application on iOS5 is, as I understand it, a custom front end for Google Maps that was created by Apple. It should continue to function indefinitely, so long as something does not change on the Google side that would prevent it from accessing their servers. Although I qualified the answer, it doesn't seem likely that Google would do such a thing.

IPhone 4 with IOS 5 will not load Contacts or Calendars from iCloud.

I updated my iPhone 4 to IOS 5 and migrated from MobileMe to iCloud. My Contacts and Calendars sync fine between my MacBook Pro and iCloud, but will not sync to my iPhone. Under Settings, Mail, Contacts, Calendars... there is a greyed out box at the bottom of the screen saying "Loading Contacts, Calendars...", but no activity. I am unable to access Contacts from the Contacts icon and often I cannot even access the telephone function without doing multiple resets of the device. I have the same problems. Sync iCloud/iPhone most of the time doesn't work, but works some time. I have the same message under Settings, Mail, Contacts, Calendars... the greyed out box at the bottom of the screen saying "Loading Contacts, Calendars...". However sometime I can access theses options, why and when I do not know.
I tried a lot of tests in all directions, no success.
I tried to delete my iCloud account on the iPhone, and reinstal it, no success.
Should I send an invoice to Apple for the time I spend to test their iPhone...
Same issue when I simply want to call, I cannot because the list of contacts is blank, no contact at all is displayed, so it is impossible to select one to call. The call application hangs, which is difficult to accept on a mobile phone
It is the first time I bought an Apple thing... 800 euros for an unlocked iPhone, and I can not always use it to call somebody. In one way, I miss my Nokia so much, much simpler and always on duty! Ok ok the iPhone is nice.... but simply doesn't work.
Not even mention the battery life, the GPS localisation... It seems that the wi-fi use a lot of energy as well, when trying to connect 24/7 even if your are away from any wi-fi modem. There is a lot of other issues on this phone... The list is so long, I do not have the time and energy to list them.
It seems that the wonderful Apple Company does the same that other companies, put products on the market who are still in the development process.What a disappointment, especially regarding the price and the reputation of the said company.
As you, I reboot the iPhone, several time a day, and rebooting the thing is longer that reboot a pc.

Acrobat 9 Pro for Windows Vista Ultimate will not load/update

Costing me hours of my billable time, ADOBE strikes again. i have uninstalled, updated(9.4.2 - which says Acrobat is not on my computer, though it is), i cannot get Acrobat to work. it gives me the error that i need to open Photoshop because it is part of a suite. photoshop, illustrator all have been opened but A9 will still not load.
any thoughts.

The subscription I bought allows me to go online and use Acrobat XI Pro without having it installed on my machine. It works okay, but I'd rather have the software installed on my desktop.
I guess I didn't read the product information closely enough. I can use the online service no problem with my Vista machine, but I can't download the software onto it so that I can use the program on my desktop.
I did successfully download the software to a Windows 7 notebook on the same network. It downloaded without a hitch and it works fine.
The subscription allows me two downloads - one to a desktop and one to a portable machine. I suppose I'll have to upgrade my desktop to Windows 7 or 8.

App World will not load updates it prompts me to upgrade

App World version is 3.1.4.25. It is prompting me to load updates for Battery Booster and Quicklaunch. When I go through the upgrade process, I go back to apps, and they are still at the prior version, and App World is still telling me to upgrade. . .

Clear out all hints of the apps:
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications > highlight the app > > Delete
AppWorld > MyWorld > Login > highlight the app (if it shows at all, in any state) > > Delete
Use either your PC (via Mass Storage Mode) or your BB (via Media > > Explore) and find any references (folders, files) to the app. Delete whatever you find. Search both your Device Memory as well as your Media Card.
Now try to re-install the apps:

You may want to add some more Clear Cache routines...please be sure that the Clear Cache processes exactly as described in my prior post (I could not tell, from your most recent post, if the Clear Cache worked correctly or not for you).

HT201320 AOL will not load mail on my iPad. Has been working for months and suddenly gives message "wrong username or password"?

Aol suddenly stopped loading mail on my iPad after months of use. Message comes up "username or password incorrect". I did NOT change this and mt email works on my desktop and other apple device. Tried resetting device, syncing device, everything's updated...tried deleting the account and now it will not restore at all. Don't know what else to do. Anyone have a solution?

When i sync my ipad, iphoto cannot be found and pictures will not load on to the ipad.

So - just to be clear. The photos are in iPhoto; iTunes lets you select the albums/events to sync, but the sync just doesn't happen?
If so, one possible solution is to clear any pics you've created or saved on the iPad. It's been seen before that on odd occasions saving pics from a website or whatever on the iPad/iPhone screws up the iTunes sync.
f you need to keep the pics, email them to yourself as attachments then delete them from the iPad.

I have tried resetting the iPad setting (all of them) and installing and uninstalling. Nothing seems to work. Facebook opens but there is no information or newsfeed when I sign in. However it will pull my online friends and show whose online if I turn it sideways. Is fb not compatible with the iPad mini??

Yes, I have the latest app, but it just loses connection. I have just reinstalled it again, that fixes it and it will work for a few days. Everything else works fine on the ipad mini.

Yup, did that also signed out & back in multiple tones on both devices.
Have reset network settings, have hard reset devices,
Have restored device both from icloud and once from Mac as NEW as well
As restore.
I can't see how this can be a device issue as both iPad & iPhone became unable to load
Purchases as soon as iOS 6 came into the picture.
Feels like its an iOS 6 issue or an apple I'd issue,
But since others are having it as we'll it must be iOS 6.
