IOS 7 changed my passcode and I can't get into my iPhone. How do I fix this

I just upgraded and now I keep getting "iPhone is disabled." The passcode I used an hour ago on 6.1.3 worked fine.

Please update Acrobat to v11.0.09 and check.
You might want to repair Acrobat from the 'Help' menu and check if it installs the pdf printer back or not.

If you change your email, you do not need to "change" your AppleID. Just edit your email(s) on your Apple ID by logging in to your AppleID account. You should always use the same AppleID for Apple Services (iCloud, iTunes etc) and multiple ID will cause problems and confusion in the future.

If you can't remember the Passcode, you need to restore the device from the computer it was last synced with.
Instructions for putting the device in recovery mode > iOS: Unable to update or restore
"If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

I removed cookies and now I can't get into Tagged. How do I undo this???

A blue check mark will appear in the lower right corner of the photo indicating that it has been selected. The Delete button should then turn bright red after you make your selections. Photos that you synced to your iPad must be removed by "unsyncing" them using iTunes on your computer. Deselect the albums in the photos tab of iTunes and follow that with a sync to remove them.

When I get on to on to Itunes it says "You don't have enough access privileges for this operation" and I can't buy music either. How do I fix this?

I haven't used my phone in a while due to junk.. But I need it now for multiple reasons and since I have gotten the password wrong countless times it says its now disabled. And to hook up to iTunes. When I hookup to iTunes it says it can't register my phone because it has a pass code. Ad it tells me to unlock it but I can't even get onto the unlock screen. What can I do?!?!

Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap his ID and sign out. Sign in with your ID. If you are in iOS 6 it is Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID.

So I reset my Apple ID password. Which then stopped my MobileMe account from working. Hang on - these were 2 different accounts a while ago, with different passwords!!!
So I have logged back in to MobileMe with my AppleID, and that's working again. After a short wait I can now create Home Sharing again.
Folks, I think we have just had our Apple IDs merged with our MobileMe accounts!! With no consultation or warning.
My guess is that this is the most seamless way for Apple to do it, as the vast majority of people use only one email address and one password for everything. Only those of us who had the same email adress but different a different passwords for MobileMe and Apple ID will have noticed. Annoying for us few, but a clever strategy on Apple's part, becasue we have been driven to fix the issue ourselves by chaning the password, and in doing so we have realised that our mobileme account is now the same thing as our Apple ID.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.
