Ios 7 no longer displays my credit balance after I send/call, why?

I am a pay as you go customer. Since I have updated my phone to ios7, I am no longer notified of my credit balance each and every time I send a message or end a call. why is this and is there a quick fix?

Hi. I have a further update!
I called Tesco they had me call the handset techs but they couldn't help and thought it was a billing/account/notification issue so I was transfered. I then spoke to a helpful tech support person who reset the notifications (which they do centrally) and restarted the phone. No effect. The on chatting she implied that O2 was probably still checking out the 7.02 update and the compatibilities of the update. She pointed out that the carriers are often behind the Apple curve as Apple calls the shots on updates, whereas the carriers directly influence the rate of Android and Windows Phone releases. She said they could provide no more help and that I should contact Apple in case it was a known issue at their end.
So I have two live chats today with Apple USA. Awesome support. Very nice experience but no solution. They agreed with my diagnosis that the issue was either carrier settings or Apple software. We ran a suite of diagnostics and they thought it seemed the "show balance" screen was crashing or causing error. They had be restore a vanilla 7.02, which I did. I then blasted through setup avoiding restoring backup. I only added in wifi and the icloud account for running diagnostics. I did this twice, first eschewing the Tesco carrier update, no effect. The second time I accepted the carrier update, no effect.
I have just restore for the third time and re-established my data from the backup. No effect.
Had another live chat with the States as UK support is shut. They said I have done everything possible and that they was to escalate to the software engineers. However, I need to call in for that. I have pdfs of all the records and the support IDs. But to be honest the phone works in all other ways and I don't want to RMA it. I am convinced more that ever that the issue is a carrier setting issue. The settings, sim, apps and data are identical but work on an iPhone 5 and not an iPhone 5s. I just think O2 and its partners need to tweak the carrier settings or notifications somehow for the 5s. As a result I'm tempted to hold out for future updates.
Any thoughts or solutions out there?

Have you checked the account's purchase history to see if anything could have used up the balance : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
If there aren't any purchases then try logging out and back into the account (e.g. on your iPad tap on your id in Settings > Stores and then log back in) and see if a balance then shows on it. My account's balance shows at the top right of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, by clicking on my name towards the top right of the iTunes screen, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iPad devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

Alerts for recurring events in iCal no longer display on iPhone after iOS5 upgrade

That pretty much says it. I have a daily meeting in my iCal, with two alarms set, one for 15 minutes before and one for 5 minutes before. The alerts no longer display on my phone after the upgrade. (They appear on my Mac no problem.) Has anyone else seen this problem? I have notifications turned on for iCal , set to Alerts. Tried badges, tried turning notifications off then on, to no avail. It doesn't display for recurring events that were in my calendar before the upgrade and for those created after the upgrade. I don't seem to have a problem with regular i.e. non-recurring events. Doesn't seem to matte also if it is the default calendar or a different calendar either. (I tried Reminders and that worked fine, but I don't want to have type all of my recurring events in to iCal and then in to Reminders as well....)

I'm having the same problem on my iMac (works on a different phone on my MBP). I restored the iphone and no dice. I'm also constantly getting a beach ball... Hope someone out there knows a workaround.

Service discontinued - how to request credit balance paid back?

How do you get a check issued to return a credit balance after service is discontinued?

I don't think you will get this amount back. It does not appear you had a credit balance, you simply ended your service, i.e. changed to your company plan, mid month. Verizon does not refund any amount for cancelling/switching service mid-month.
The type of refund of which I was speaking was for items that were mistakenly charged to your account. Examples would be premium messaging which you called Verizon to dispute and Verizon credited back to your account.
It is Verizon's policy if you have service at the beginning of your billing cycle and are billed for the month in advance, you are responsible to pay that amount regardless of whether or not you complete the month with Verizon or transfer/cancel your service mid-month.
It is a possibility if your company's plan is with Verizon and it simply performed an AOL(assumption of liability) for your line, I suppose Verizon would refund that amount, but I have no experience with this sort of transfer. Regardless, if you are due a refund, it should happen automatically.
Is your company's plan with Verizon? If so, you MAY get a refund. If it is not with Verizon, you will certainly NOT get a refund.

I can't add credit balance to my iPhone sim.

I have iPhone 4s. I can't add credit balance to my iPhone Sim or can't check my credit balance.
I dial the *specific number* credit card number# and then i press OK, it goes as call. it i check my credit balance, it goes as call to.
I take my iPhone Sim out and put at another phone and add credit balance then put it to my iPhone again.
if any body could help me.

You need to take this up with the customer support for your cell carrier.

I can no longer see my iTunes store credit balance

A couple weeks ago, I wanted to check my Apple ID credit balance but have been unable to successfully coerce the iTunes store to tell me what it is...
I used to be able to very easily get this information from iTunes on both Windows and my iPhone. I have looked everywhere I could think of on both and can't get the amount from anywhere I've tried. THis used to be very easy and convenient to check on both systems.
Pertinent version information:
iPhone 4S with iOS 6.0.1
Windows Vista Ultimate
iTunes for Windows v 10.7.0.21
Is there some setting that needs to be adjusted in my account information or is this information no longer displayed for some particular reason?

Since your other account will work, it's probably a problem on the iTunes Store end of things. Contact the iTunes Store customer service group through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them. They should be able to help you sort out the problem with your account login.

Ios 6: Apps no longer displaying on my iPhone 4S

After downloading ios 6, I noticed that certain apps are no longer displayed on my iPhone 4S screen. I had these apps grouped under 2 different folders and the folders plus the apps were removed from my screen. I can view the apps under purchased but the only option it gives me is "open". After I open, I can access the apps, but it does not install the app back on my screen. It is frustrating because I do not get my notifications and I have to go to the app store to access my previously purchased apps. Does anyone know how I can get these apps back on my screens? The option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign" was not activated.

I've encountered with a huge problem after load opening balance.
I forgot to tick the option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign"
It makes my client's Chart of Account uncommon such as credit balance in Cash Account, AR .....
However, I've search the sap note to solve it as follow:
Description of the bug::
When creating the company in the system the option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign' was not activated.
Once transactions were created in the system the functionality can not be changed.
Limits of the query:
After running the update query, please restart SBO first and then run the restore 'GL account and bp balances';
otherwise, the cashed value of SBO will not be updated and restore function may not take effect.
1. Meaning of restart SBO => restart SBO Service Manager right?
2. Please help me please to find "The restore G/L account and bp balances" form. Where is it?;

I would think that you are following the PEQ instructions for note 970813, correct?
If this is the case and you are using 2007 then you will find the restorev in the top menu; Help -> Support Desk -> Restore. You will find the functions here. Please note that this should only be used on direct instruction from support or a note like in this case. A backup should also be taken before running restore.

Reset the iPad and try again. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
Reset your router and try again. Unplug your router from power for about 30 seconds then plug it in again.
Try another WiFi Network. Go to a friend's house, a library, anywhere else that you can use a trusted WiFi network.
Try updating using iTunes on your computer.

If you have already redeemed your iTunes Store gift card, then the balance should be able to be viewed on your iTunes Store account. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID on your Apple TV, the purchase on the Apple TV will be deducted from your credit balance.

Can anyone please let me is there any function module to determine the credit balance orr if there is an open standing request / open standing request /paid but not yet refunded security deposit .
Requirement :
Purpose -This report shows a list of u201Cinactiveu201D contract accounts and the amounts to be refunded (credit balance, paid security deposit) to customers. This report also shows any open standing requests in customersu2019 contract accounts.
Note: SAP does not have a concept of u201Cinactiveu201D contract accounts. All contract accounts are active in SAP.
We do have customers who pay several months in advance (when they are out of town and donu2019t want to have their services disconnected).
Logic to retrieve the u201Cinactiveu201D accounts:
The inactive accounts can be identified by the Move-In/Out dunning procedure. If the mov-in/out dunning procedure is not empty, that means this account has moved out and the account is inactive.
Business Logic and Flow
For each contract account
Go through each installation and check if it is disconnected
     If (one is active)
move to the next contract account
else (all is disconnected)
     check to see if there is a credit balance or if there is an open standing request
     If (credit balance)
{Display contract account, customer number and information, and credit balance for refund}
If (open standing request)
{Display contract account, customer number and information, standing request number to be closed}
If (paid but not yet refunded security deposit)
{Display contract account, customer number and information, current balance and security deposit amount}

Hi Rahul,
To find out the credit balance relating to security deposits you can use BAPI_ACCOUNT_GETBALANCES. On execution of this BAPI with BP and Contract Account Number, it will return the net balance with different segments like open, due, credit and likewise security deposit amount.
To find out if there is any open standing request standing against the customer you can use BAPI_CTRACCONTRACTACCOUNT_GOI. You have to execute this BAPI by providing BP or Contract Account number in Main Selections table and Main and Sub Transaction of Security Deposit Request transaction in Value Selection table. This BAPI will fetch all open items with the main and sub transactions specified and display.
