IOS 7 restarts playlist when restarting vehicle

My iPod Touch 5 was upgraded to IOS 7.0.2. Since I upgraded to IOS 7 I've had problems with the music continuing from where the song stops playing when I turn off my vehicle and restart it. It's connected with the USB port in my 2012 Ram 2500 and I also connect it in my 2012 GMC Yukon. When I restart my vehicles, the music restarts from the very first song every single time and sometimes the vehicle stereo system won't even shuffle the songs (even though it is selected on the iPod to shuffle) it just plays them in alphabetical order. I have to open the music app and select shuffle all songs to get it to shuffle. I have tried hard resets but I cannot restore it since my laptop crashed and I havn't been able to extract my itunes file to my new laptop.
Anyone else with this same problem? Any suggestions or ideas? Is there a bug that has gone undetected or anyone know if Apple is aware of this problem and trying to come up with a fix?
I will try calling Apple Support and see what they say.

Also contact the manufacturer of your stereo system/car manufacturer.
Maybe the can help you. Also check for a firmware update available.

IOS 7 Playlists Restart at The Top Each Time

Before upgrading to iOS 7 playlists "remembered" where they were in the playlist (position) each time they restarted in RunKeeper. Now they restart at the top of the list every time. It is furstating to have to check and remember what song was playing after a run and skip to it the next day. RunKeeper replied that this is an Apple Issue not theirs.

There have been loads of complaints along these lines with the Music app in iOS 7 - playlists starting over, losing place in audiobooks, no chapter menus, etc.

Thanks for the suggestion. I already tried rebuilding that file as well and it didn't help. Also, all the changes I make are retained from session to session in terms of placement and what's shown/hidden, it's just the contents of the bookmark toolbar that disappear. The toolbar is still there and I can drag things to it, but again, they disappear after restarting the browser.
edit (clarification):
When I say the items disappear, I mean they are no longer visible or clickable. They are still there in the sense that they appear in the Bookmark menu and if I move the Bookmark Toolbar from its own toolbar into the space next to the Menu Toolbar, they are then shown.

I´ve already tried with a bunch of different video files and sometimes Qlab plays them and sometimes not. Your Mac runs maintenance in the background for you.
Command + R gives you access to restore, repair, or reformat the drive using OS X Recovery
No idea why that was suggested.
You may have a third party video player installed that's causing an incompatibility issue.

I'm an applications developer and also run a part-time videography business. As such, I require more than 3.12GB of RAM. That is the physical limitation of a 32bit system. Pointless to stay on 32bit if you plan on having more than that much RAM.
I'm also not about to pay someone to fix my PC when I can do it myself. I was originally hoping for someone who had experienced the problem before to point me in the right direction so I didn't have to spend so much time trying to figure out what the issue was for myself.
Basically, in the end the problem was caused because right at the point in time when I chose to uninstall, and reinstall; Apple released a new version of iTunes. This version in turn had a requirement of iOS 4.2 to sync with the iPhone. This is a pretty embarrassing for Apple that they would release software reliant on other software before said software was released.
Had I realised I was downloading a newer version at the initial point of installation, this wouldn't have been an issue. I could've easily have rolled back iTunes to the previous version and gotten on with my life.
Another issue is that iTunes is not actually a 64 bit application. It masquerades as one to allow installation on the 64 bit platform.

My father purchased it from Kuwait and i am using it in Pakistan where there is no authorised service available from APPLE.
Is there any solution of it?

Not sure how well this would work, but it might be worth trying to put the phone into recovery mode. You will loose everything though, but should be able to restore stuff once it's working again if you have a recent backup.
So,

try use a PC/Mac which has never been synced to your phone before, and has latest iTunes installed. Other option would be to create a new user account on your operating system temporarily for this which should hopefully give the same impression. Intention here is to force iTunes to download a fresh version of iOS 5, and to prevent it from trying to resotre your phone using an existing backup.
This talks of pressing the home button only and plugging the USB cable in to force entry to dfu mode, but the method I use is as follows:
firstly plug USB cable into computer with iTunes open
power off by pushing and holding the power button and home button, holding both until the red slider appears, then KEEP holding for another 5 seconds (or so) until the sceen goes black, then release power button, but CONTINUE to hold home button.
iTunes should (after about 10 secs) report that is has detected a phone in recovery mode, and asks you if you wish to restore
say yes, and iTunse should then download a new copy of iOS 5 from apple if it cannot find an existing backup.
this is about 700 meg or so in size, so may take a while depending on your connection.
follow instructions to restore.

it might be a malfunction in your device. you might ave to send it to repairation

You haven't mentioned the exact version of Photoshop you are running. As the always helpful and knowledgeable JJMack told you, new versions of Photoshop do have auto save and recovery when enabled in your Photoshop Preferences.
However, no auto recovery and/or autosave is a match for a defective machine. As suggested by Mr. Cox, you should do a thorough inspection of all your hardware ASAP.

Macbook freezing when restarting to update

I'm trying to update my 2010 Macbook Pro to the newest OS + itunes versions, but it freezes when restarting (it's showing the space screen indefinitely). Anyone has a solution, I can try? Many thanks

Forgot to mention that when it is connected to the internet it will work for a few minutes and then crash. I checked this with safari, chrome and firefox and all 3 crashed after a few minutes.
