Ios 7 - still haven't heard from the apple developers?

after a week of waiting and many many people having trouble with ibooks in ios 7 we still haven't heard from the apple developers?

hiya - well i've written in the apps reviews a couple of times to join the swelling unhappiness
i'm sorta gobsmacked apple think ibooks crashing isn't so bad for business!? - they can't be seling many books i had a few but used the app mostly for storing pdf's which are now locked the wrong side of the app
mine happened the moment i updated to ios 7 and i'm thinking the pdf's trapped [can't get to delete them before the app auto closes back to an icon...grrrr] my fingers hurt ..ouch
so if i remove the app from the phone and remove it from itunes i thought i'd start with a blank canvas but those pdf's are just auto down loading from icloud...tried to find them in icloud but no luck yet
if i re install the app and get a new free book for instance and do no more the app will stay reliable but the moment i've brought the pdf view up i'm sunk for getting back to the books side of the thing
i updated the security patch 7.0.2 lst night praying the at apple had also include a fix for ibooks crash problem but no it's still the same - it's all very well saying just wait but that's not how i run my life
off topic did anyone else notice how big that security patch was...sheesh [just for the control centre glitch]?

Submitted a podcast five days ago, but haven't heard from iTunes

I submitted a podcast to the iTunes store on Friday (five days ago), but never received an email confirming that it had been received. I pinged it today and found out the feed ID, but still haven't heard from iTunes. Obviously, no luck finding it in the iTunes store.

Usually rather more than five days. The ID number you've found is presumably issued on submission - using it in the standard URL for the Store doesn't work -

It will once the podcast has been accepted, so you can use it to check. The time it takes for acceptance varies - it requires human intervention and obviously depends on the length of the queue you're in: it might take a couple of weeks so I'm afraid it's just a question of waiting.

Please help me out as this is very irritating. This has been happening for the last 20-30 minutes. It had roughly half battery left.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Because you need to buy iLife 08 or newer on DVD first. If you're using iDVD 05, you probably have a PowerPC Mac and can't use iLife 11.

Apple has had similar offerings every year, to which they always establish a time interval for elligibility. I've not seen where they give credit to prior sales on the education perks.

Since this is a user-to-user support forum, there isn't much we can do other than refer you to the following instructions and as noted in the instructions, then to Apple Support if you can't reset as shown in the instructions: If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

You will be ok if you do this. When you get home with the iPad - do not sync until you transfer purchases if you download apps and music on the iPad before you get home and sync to your computer.
Launch iTunes on your computer and go the menu at the top - iTunes>Preferences>Devices> and check the box at the bottom of the window that says Prevent iPods, iPhones, iPads from syncing automatically. Then quit iTunes.
Connect your iPad to your computer and launch iTunes if it does not open on its own. Right click on the iPad name or music that you downloaded into your iTunes library. While you are still in iTunes you can then select the music, photos or whatever other content that you want to put on the iPad in all of the different tabs in the iTunes window at the top. Make sure you check the appropriate headings in the various tabs - such as "Sync Music" - then select the playlists or albums that you want to sync and then you can sync.

Regarding Deploying Applications from the Apple Store to iOS devices

Hi All,
I am deploying applications from the apple store to iphones versions 7 and 8. I can successfully deploy them as available but no luck when deploying as required, is this not supported if not can someone please point me to a link stating this? I was
only able to find the following:

You cannot require deep-linked applications from the app store. To make them required, you must have the source files and deploy from your cloud DP. Otherwise, available is your only option.
