IOS 7 X Itunes & Apple Store

Yesterday I downloaded IOS7 and now I can not use Itunes not even Apple Store at my Iphone 5. When I try to buy an APP at Apple Store I receive the message that I need to agree with the terms and conditions but I have already agreed. Itunes does not show any music or movie when the app is opened. The search returns nothing.
I tried to turn off the phone several times and nothing.
Is there someone with the same problem? Do you know how to solve it?

iOS Reset -
Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the iPad, it is similar to rebooting your computer.

I signed into my icloud and apple id, in both my home sharing and itunes/apple stores setting. Then i tried going to my itunes>downloads>purchased and it showed all my purchased music from my ipad. It had the icloud download button next to the music, so i clicked download all, but when downloads are finished no music has transferred over to my music center. @roaminggnome...Can you explain how to do that? I have homesharing turned on, but not all of my music on my Mac appears on my Book. I made a playlist on the Mac called "mom's music" but that playlist doesn't show up on the Book...AND all of the music is on MY iphone, but most of it is missing on my husband's iphone.

Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

HT5621 So, Settings iTunes & Apple Store has the right Apple ID, but iCloud does not, and I cannot sign out of it or change it. Yes, every 5 seconds Apple wants me to sign into my iCloud account... Any tips?

You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done. Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies. That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.

That's the question - I understand that I can use credit that i have on the App store to make purchases in the iTunes Apple Store but I dont know how to do it. If I select and album there is no option presented to allow me to access the App Store credit to make the payment. How is it done?

ITunes, App Store and Bing results in Spotlight Search?

Hi there
iOS 8 was supposed to bring new levels of richness to Spotlight search results on iOS, including iTunes, App Store and Bing results (amongst others?). But none of my iOS 8 devices are showing me these results in Spotlight searches. I'm looking at an iPad Mini with Retina Display, iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and an iPad Air here, none of which are showing results any different to iOS 7.
What gives here? Are these features limited to certain geographic locations? I'm in Denmark, for what it's worth.

Downloading from the apple store. invalid address?

I am trying to download some games from the Apple store but everytime I click on Apple Store it says "To continue I need to upgrad to the lastest versions of IOS and the Apple Store app. So I click upgrade. Then it says Cannot open page : "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid." What can I do to correct this?

If you are downoading/purchasing the the apps on the iPod you have to update the iPod if you iPod can be updated

Then swipe through the apps just below that. If you see the whatsup app, make sure sounds and alerts are turned on also.

Does everyone need to use the same Apple ID/password for iTunes & App Store in iOS 8 Family share?

I just set up Family share on my 5S and my wife's 5, both running iOS 8. I am the organizer.
In order for my wife's purchases to be charged to my CC (per Family Share setup), does she need to be signed in under my Apple ID and password under Settings -> iTunes & App Store? Or, can she use her Apple ID (that she used with her previous App Store purchases)? Additionally, if she makes purchases in iTunes or the App Store under my Apple ID, does she need to enter my password?
If she's logged into "iTunes & App Store" on her phone, using her Apple ID, will it work?

I have an iPad mini, 16GB, running on the 7.1.2 iOS system, my App Store icon is no longer on my home screen and neither is my iTunes Store icon. They are listed in my settings but I can't access any unless through other games, or songs on iPad.

I Have an iPad mini operating on 7.1.2 iOS. My App Store icon as well as my iTunes Store icon are missing from my home scree. They are still listed under my settings, but I can't access them unless it's through an app that already exists. Where can I go to reinstall these? I use the same Apple ID on my iPhone 5c as well and they are on the iPhone, but I don't know how or why they just disappeared from my iPad and want to know how to get them back without having to reset my iPad and lose what I have on it.
