IOS 8.0.2 failing at terms and conditions step

Currently on iOS 8.0.1, on my iPad, I'm trying to update to 8.0.2 but when im on the Terms And Condition page I press Agree and Agree again when the pop-up window appears . The pop-up window closes but the main T&Cs window remains open. I can still navigate away from it and use other apps and the web, etc. but if I return to Settings the T&Cs are still there and I can't access other settings.
i'Ve also powered down and when started again I can start the update process again but get the same result.
Can anyone help please...

Did you try force closing the settings app? or can you swipe down in that T&C window to get to another Agree button that isn't readily visible?
To force close an app, double tap the home button, swipe to find the app you want to close, then flick up or swipe up on the app preview thumbnail window to close it. I would reset the iPad as well by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Did you download the new iTunes update that was also released this afternoon? That might be the problem. The new iTunes update came out today as well as the new iOS 7 update and if you haven't downloaded the new iTunes update it may be a compatibility problem so if you didn't, first update to the new iTunes and try again.

The thing is that i´ve agreeded when i was first asked, and then i´ve asked to be emailed those terms and now i can´t accedd the Icloud.
The problem is that it has my previous callendars and photos and i need to get them back.

Can you check the Object Security for the Analysis Menu and Export button and see if it is restricted?
Also, is this a Oracle DB? IF so, has the following 32 bit Oracle Client components been isntalled:

Ios 8.1.2 install does not get past terms and conditions

I have a new iPhone 6 Plus and have been able to get it successfully get to updating to iOS 8.1 but after that, I can never get it to get past the 8.1.1 or the 8.1.2 update terms and conditions. I agree with the first screen and then it has the pop-up second smaller question, I agree to that and then the first screen just stays locked in view. If I touch on the first agree highlighted text again it fades on and off but never changes.
Would trying to do the update via iTunes solve this problem or is there something else I can reset on the iPhone 6 Plus itself to not have to do so?
Please advise. There are some corrections made by Apple in 8.1.2 that I really need and my 128GB model depends upon!

HT4623 Terms and Conditions screen hangs when updating to iOS 8.0.2 on iPhone 5c

I have iOS 8.0 (12A365) on my iPhone 5c. The phone has 32 GB, 16 GB available.
Tried to update to iOS 8.0.2 over the network, but after touching "Agree" on the pop-up from the Terms and Conditions screen, the Settings app froze. The screen did not close, and everything on it became un-responsive. The home button still worked, and other apps still worked, but I had to reboot the phone to get back to a usable Settings app. I'll try updating via iTunes next. Meanwhile, has anyone else had this problem?

FWIW, updating via iTunes (11.4 on Windows 7) worked

Try download the Find My Friends app and signing in to accept the terms and conditions there.

In order to troubleshoot this issue, you may need to restart or reset your iPad according to the instructions found here:

Get past terms and conditions page when updating to iOS 7

i can't get past terms and conditions screen after updating to iOS 7. I have agreed to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy an software license agreement, but there is no next option

I am using a PC. Do I have to download Safari for it to properly operate now?

IOS 6 now can't get past Terms and Conditions

I downloaded ios 6 for my iphone 4, it had an error and deleted everything on my iphone. I reloaded all my music, apps, etc. but my contacts were also deleted. I tried Verizon ZV Contact Transfer which apparently needed an update to work. I tried to update but I get stuck on the, "Terms and Conditions" acceptance page in iTunes. I can click the, "I have read and agree..." box and I can click, "Agree" but then it just reloads the, "Terms and Conditions" page again and again. I tried deleting the app and tried to redownload it but I get stuck on the same page, same problem. This is terribly frustrating and I am desperate to get my contacts back! Any help would be enourmously appreciated!

Other people have been posting the same problem, but it appears to be working ok for me here in the UK (I've downloaded an app update and a new app), so it may now be fixed

Can anyone help me with this problem? Update for iOS 8.0.2 freezes at the "Terms and Conditions" page. I also noticed that a bitton in an apple support email would not work.

At 11pm ext on 9/29 i was finally able to get past the Agree window on my iPad trying to update to iOS 8.0.2 after I made a change and activated or agreed to terms for iCloud.
Unfortunately, I am now not able to get past the Update Requested (grayed out) rectangular window below Learn More.
Additionally, not able to update any application nor is my CNBC application openable nor updatable. Really frustrating.

I updated the new iOS 7 on my iPhone 4s, i had changed my icloud and apple id a couple months ago, but to change anything on the iCloud settings you have to accept the terms and conditions (new) but everytime i try to it says "cannot connect to server" or something along those lines. is it just my phone? what should i do? someone help!

I updated to iOS7 this afternoon, before doing so I backed everything up and cleared off a bunch of photo's so I had space. Everything had been working fine.
A few months ago I'd updated my apple ID to my new email address and it had worked fine. Now, my old email is my Apple ID and it won't let me rest it (my DOB is apparently wrong and there is no email address it's now connected to). My iTunes is connected to the correct account but the iCloud ID is still the wrong one.
I've tried the 'find my friends' app and it gave me new T&C's but still, the old apple ID
I've tried the restrictions, but that didn't work either
I can't restore the phone until 'find my iPhone' is off, but I can't log in to do that
IT'S LIKE A TERRIBLE CYCLE OF STUPIDNESS
Can anyone suggest anything before I thrrow this stupid phone at the wall??
