IOS 8.0.2 update stuck on terms & conditions
I Have a 4th gen iPad, and downloaded 8.0.2 today. It shows as downloaded in the software update setting. When you choose Install Now, Terms & conditions pops up, I choose Agree, it asks if I'm sure, I say yes, and then the Terms & Conditions box just sits there. Choosing Agree does nothing and the update doesn't progress. I have rebooted several times to no avail. Anybody have any ideas?

Be patient. Apple just released IOS 6.1 and their servers are inundated with downloads. The network link between you and Apple may also have some undisclosed throughput or latency issues.
I just updated to IOS 6.1 and it took much longer than I expected. -

I have updated my ipad and now it is stuck at terms and condiotions and cannot be restored because is says i must turn off find my i pad before i can restore it. but since it is frozen at the terms and conditons screen i can not turn of find my ipad and so it just sits

You can force it into recovery-mode; then you can restore it to get past the part that you are stuck at.

Tried to upgrade my mini iPad from its original iOS 6 version to iOS 7. All nearly completed but I can't get past the "iCloud Terms & Conditions" & "Privacy Policy" page as prompting to "Agree" or even "Disagree" at the bottom of the page does not let the iPad progress (or even backtrack) to any other display!
I can actually see the GHOST PAGE titled "Find My iPad in iOS 7" concealed partially below the "Terms & Conditions" page.
Since touch-prompting "Agree" on "Tems & Conditions" page failed to get any response,I also tried prompting "Disagree" in the hope that the upgrading would cancel or withdraw so as to go back to a perfectly working order version iOS 6 as before but unfortunately NOTHING AT ALL is happening & the iPad has become totally unresponsive. Can anyone please guide me as to how to Restore my iPad to its working state as before?Try reset iPad and continue with update.

Ios 7.0.6 update stuck on itunes screen
Hi all!
I was updating my iPhone 4S to the ios 7.0.6 software for the last 4 hours, the screen is currently stuck on Connected to iTunes.
Also I tried pressing the home button off and on, still the same result, tried restoring still stuck on the same screen.

Updated to ios7 - made me change my id password, then once I get to the terms and conditions pages agree or disagree I cant get past that page. if connected to itunes it sees everything fine on the ipod touch. Turn it on & off still stuck. Any ideas?
Have you tried resetting it?
Reset: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -

I downloaded iOS 7.0.2 for iPhone 4.
In set-up, the screens will not advance beyond location to agree to terms and conditions. In other words, I click on Agree, but it does not advance to next set-up screen.

If you are having issues selecting Agree on the Terms and Conditions after updating, you may want to try turning off and restarting the device. You may find the following article helpful:

IOS 7.0.3 Update - Stuck at Choose Wi-Fi
Just updated my iPad to iOS 7.0.3, and it seemed to install the update without issue. But after the restart, I'm unable to get past the Choose a Wi-Fi Netwrk in the set-up steps.
My network is a Unproected, AirPort Extrem Base Station, which is showing up in the list, along with several of my closer neighbors. But, when I select my Network, so it has a check mark next to it, I can't advance any farther.
I've powered down my iPad, and still seeing the same thing after the restart.
So, at this point, my iPad is un-uasable. Any thoughts on anything else to try??Try reset iPad and continue with activation. (You may need to use another network/router to complete the activation).

Hi,
I am upgrading the OS of my iPhone5 to iOS7 directly from the device.
It downloaded and started upgrade. During the upgrade process I got stuck in 'Terms & Condition' for iCloud.
I clicked on 'Agree' buttom multiple times. Still itnstallation is not moving forward. It always remains in the same page.
Now I cannot come out the installation process. Even the 'Disagree' option is not taking me out from the 'Terms & Condition' page.
What may be the possible reason? Am I going wrong anywhare?

My iPhone 5s on ios 8.1.2 is stuck at Apple logo or recovery mode.. To fix this issue, i need to update it to ios 8.2 through itunes.. I want to ask that my data i.e. Photos and other personal data would be removed after updating it or not..?
if yes then how can i save my data or get out of recovery mode.. Is there any safe mode or something like that on which i could access my data..
P.S. I have not taken any backup of my iPhone on itunes..
Please help me sort out this issue..Recovery mode doesn't mean that all your data is already lost. You only lose your data if you restore it.
When you plug the phone is into iTunes hold down the home button. iTunes may then give you the option JUST to update the software first. This should not get rid of any data.
However, if iTunes is only giving you the option to RESTORE and update, then you will lose your data I'm afraid.

After attempting to update to ios 7, my iphone is stuck in recovery mode and will not connect to the itunes software server. I have already tried the resetting with power swich and home button and plugging into computer but it says the "iPhone software update server cannot be contacted." I am locked out of my phone. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue and get the phone working again. I will add that I am now trying to restore it on a different computer with a lower version of itunes, but the computer that it initially happened on had the updated itunes and gave me the same result ... nothing. Thanks for your help in advance.
Try going to recovery mode as described here. You may have to try this more than once to succeed.
Use the original iTunes that the iPhone synced with.

IPad Mini stuck after iOS 8.0.2 update: How do I recover my data?
I purchased an iPad Mini with Retina display just before leaving on vacation 2 weeks ago and used it to take 100's of pictures.
While waiting for my return flight home I decided to apply the iOS 8.0.2 update. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Now, my iPad is stuck in Recovery Mode and won't boot up. I tried different utilities (Mac FoneLab, RescuePhone, iPad Data Recovery, iFoneBox, ReiBoot), but none of them worked.
What can I do to recover my pictures? I have no backups.
Note: I set a simple passcode on my iPad. So, I think my data is encrypted (but I'm not sure).

1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTunes and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
