IOS 8.3 - Cannot sync .Tiff, .Png, or .bmp pictures via Photos album sync

Here is another discovery!
8.3 does not allow pictures on an iPad that were saved as .tiff, .png, or .bmp
If these file formats are in your Photo Library, and you decide to sync an album to your iPad, these formats will not move over.

Cannot open pictures in Photo Album

Hello, I have got a ipod 4th Generation and I'm having trouble because I cannot open pictures at the top of the screen because the Album heading is in front of it and I can't slide the picture down the screen.
Can anyone help please?

Try closing your Photo Album app. To do this, double click the home button to bring up the multitasking bar. Tap your finger over the Photo Album app (or any app listed in the multitasking bar) and hold it until a small minus sign appears in the upper right hand corner. Tap this to close the App. Then try reopening it. Any luck there?
Otherwise a hard reset may be necessary. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

HT1386 iPhone 5 (iOS 7.1) cannot sync with itunes 11.1.5.

Both my iPhone and iTunes are updated, iOS 7.1 and iTunes 11.1.5. However, not only can they not wifi sync, when I plug in my iPhone, my iTunes doesn't respond. The iPhone tab did not pop up. When I go under "File" -> "Devices", nothing is there when my iPhone is plugged in. I want to sync my iPhone with iTunes, but I cannot do anything right now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, but that didn't change a thing. I restarted my laptop and my iPhone, but that didn't change a thing either. What can I do?

I cannot get my iphone to save pictures to photo stream

It always saves pictures to camera roll so it won't sync. Photo Stream is activated on the camera and my computer.

I have photo stream and wifi turned on but the last bit of advise:
Ensure that Camera app is closed on the device where you took the photo. Photo Stream will not upload photos from an iOS device until the Camera app is closed.
I do not understand.

Since I updated to iOS 4.2. I can't see the pictures of the albums

I've got an iPod touch. When I select the option "albums", and I can see the list with all my albums, no problem, I can see the covers. But, if I select one of them, before, I used to be able to see the cover of the album on the top left corner, with the tracklist below, and the information of the album above. Since I updated to 4.2. covers won't appear on that screen.
Anybody's got the same problem? Any solutions?

You're not alone! I have the same problem with mine too, ever since updating to 4.2. The artwork appears for a few albums, but for majority of my albums it doesn't.
I just went through my iTunes and had it sort my songs by date added. Anything that I had added since 6/22/10 the artwork appears fine; everything before that is missing. I looked up the release dates of all the OS's for iPod touch, and sure enough iOS 4.0 was released 6/21/10. So basically all artwork pre-4.0 is missing.
Pretty weird, hopefully Apple resolves this and some of the other issues with 4.2.

I have a couple of steps for you to try in order to get those songs transferred to your iPod touch. First, make sure all of your software is updated with the latest versions. If the songs were downloaded from iTunes, you will also want to delete the songs from your library and then download them again from the list of past purchases on your iTunes account. If you try a sync after those two steps and are still seeing the issue, then I would like you to try syncing the iPod by setting it to manually manage. An article outlining more information on manually managing your iPod sync can be found here:

I just updated my iphone 5s to IOS 8.1.3 and I cannot sync (error -54) and my "other" takes up 6.69gb of my space

I just updated my phone to IOS 8.1.3 and I'm having troubles.
None of my music is syncing as well as anything else I try to sync. As for the bar at the bottom of the iphone summary screen there is no Music photos, app or anything its just a big yellow "other" bar even though I have photos and apps on my phone..
How do I fix this??

I have the 5s and am still using iOS 8.1.3 and cannot sync anything! It's driving me crazy. My iPad won't sync either which made me think it was my wifi but that is not the issue.
Is anyone able to troubleshoot this problem? I've tried to look on here for days now. Thought possibly could be due to my desktop having old iOS but don't see why that would have to do with my cell or iPad syncing/updating. Maybe for iTunes, but not for apps...

Well, I was able to get it to sync by opening iTunes first, and THEN connecting the iPhone. And it does sync but still will not sync with iPhoto. I also unchecked and rechecked the option to "Open iTunes automatically when this iPhone is connected" and now iTunes opens and syncs automatically. But tried the same thing with iPhoto to no avail.
Any ideas for iPhoto syncing?

After update to IOS 7 on my Iphone, and Itunes update to 11.1.1... I am unable to sync my Iphone 4.
Itunes detects my iphone and does a clean backup. It also starts sync and shows upto 5 steps. Reaches the last step and keeps on working on that step in itunes. The sync indication on the iphone is lost during this last process.
Result i cannot sync new songs on my iphone. I also have an ipod and it sync well with the itunes. NO PROBLEM WITH IPOD..
Any suggestions.. Pls help me...

I cannot sync my Drafts folder from the Exchange to the iOS 7.
In iOS 6 I could sync my Exchange Drafts folder perfectly and I could at least view the emails (but without neeing able to edit them).
In iOS 7 - I cannot even sync the emails in my Exchange Drafts.
We are using Exhcange 2007 so this problem is common to many other users.

This is all about the experience and accessibility. I don't even mind if the new desing is beautiful or not, but if I find myself, like you, avoiding looking for my music, my experience becomes frustrating. I have about 35 albums of a single artist and I used to love going over them and choose the right thing for me, especially being on the road a lot, and now I have to think twice about even entering his name.
I really hope Apple will take those kind of things into consideration when they issue updates for ios 7, and maybe also give us back the goole search which was embeded into the spotlight search (which is really not that big of a request).
And for your 4s - get the new iphone, it's MUCH better
