IOS 8 3G to 2G toggle missing :(( please fix it

Hi,
I just upgraded my iPhone 5s 16GB to iOS 8. Everything seems ok but for one problem.
There used to be a "Enable 3G" toggle in the cellular data menu. It is no longer present and has been replaced by "Enable LTE".
Charge quickly empties please help..hey apple please fix it

even I was surprised seeing the 3G toggle is missing from setting on my iphone 5 after updating to iOS 8, I don't get it hoe can that be carrier related when the same thing exists in iOS 7.. stop fooling us apple. Having that toggle is a must every other phone on market has it. It benefits a lot if you are in WiFi zone whole day to save some battery. It was the only reason I downgraded to iOS 7 because I cant afford to plug in my device for charging 3 times a day!! where has your common sense gone apple? after steve jobs this company has only degraded.

Frankly put iso5 is dissapointing. Is this actually tested in real life scenarios?
Notifications, calenders are useless as you cannot select which calender to appear, all or nothing. Many of us have multiple shared calenders but do not need or want all in notifications.
Mail notifications, likewise half baked, perhaps I want something other than unread mail to appear, you know like unread and flagged! Or last 10 read or otherwise.Talking of flagged mail, great but I cannot search for flagged, so its needle in the haystack time to find emails. Likewise cannot search by unread, still. Marking unread or read is now two clicks. Making text bold is so convoluted it is not really usable.
iPod split to into 2 apps, always looking for more icons, yes I am being sarcastic. A time and space waster.
Zoom on camera, used to be a one handed function, now need my other hand to hold phone while I pinch. Pinch and zoom is not simple nor ergonomic.
Wireless sync, perhaps I don't want auto sync.
Cloud, sync select photos? No its all or nothing.
Well you get the picture, these are all items that within 5 minutes of the update were apparent. And there are more.
Did I mention my battery life has gone from 2 days of standby and moderate use to less than one. If I could rollback I would.And I lost the siri app on iPhone 4.
Oh and this website is a nightmare on the iPhone tying. Unusable.

IOS 8 No 2G/3G Toggle (No Internet in INDIA)

I am currently a medical student in india, I updated my iPhone 5s to iOS 8 and started experiencing this problem. With iOS 7 (Which has 2G/3G Toggle) my internet use to work moderately well, It kept loosing signal here and there but it was bearable. I user CELLONE/BSNL as my cellular service and after updating to iOS 8 my Whats app works perfectly fine but none of the other apps work (over internet ofcourse). When i use Safari and lets say i load apple.com, It would load apple.com(After toggling airplane mode like 10 times) and after going to apple.com, If i try going to google.com it disconnects the internet(Then i have to toggle airplane mode 10x again) this is happening over personal hotspot aswell. This is very irritating because i contacted my carrier they said they did everything they could from their side and now i have no option but to contact apple to bring back 2G/3G toggle. Please push out a update to add 2G/3G toggle back into the settings menu or Please contact BSNL/CellOne customer service from your end to push our a carrier update for iPhone.
My Complaint number for BSNL is Docket Number - 1I22302289.

You should first uninstall iTunes completely.
This is not an easy task!

In iOS 7.0.2 All and Missed tabs are not showing call history correctly, I have iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.2 version it looks like there is a bug. Missed call history and All calls (incoming, outgoing and missed) history is not showing properly in a list. Ideally when I click on missed it should show me recent missed call list and when I click on All it should show me (incoming, outgoing and missed) calls list sorted by current date and time.
I would like to request Apple developer team to look into this and fix this bug asap. Thanks in advance.

You are not speaking to Apple here. So none of us can "fix it."
TRy try quitting the Photos app followed by a reset of the ipad. To quit an app double click the Home button to reveal the row of recently used apps. Flick up on the page preview and it will fly away and disappear. That quits the app. Then Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.

Contact law enforcement if you believe the device has been stolen.
If it is merely lost, start looking for it.
If the "Find My iPhone" feature had been enabled prior to to losing the device, it would be trackable via www.icloud.com

If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

What version of iPhoto are you using?
This is the the first time I have ever launched it.
Does that mean there are no photos in the library? If so move it to the Trash bin in the Dock and launch iPhoto again.
If there are photos in the library do the following:
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button,
and select the library you want to add from those in the selection window.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note 1: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost.
Note 2: Your current library will be left untouched for further attempts at a fix if so desired.
