Ios 8 dictation is correct until I hit "done"

I've used the dictation feature on my iPad for the past two years, with any app that requires words to be typed. Since the iOS 8 upgrade, I can see the words while I am dictating them and see that they are correct...until I hit "done." Then my words or phrases change to something entirely different. I am wondering if I can turn this feature off.
I also miss the spaces. Dictation use to put them in automatically.

yes, sorry. For example, I just dictated an imessage to my husband where I said "my pain PA said she would be in on Tuesday." I watched the words while they were being dictated and all the words were right. Then I hit done and got "Mike Payne PA said she would BN on Tuesday." So the words were correct while they were being dictated but when I hit done to stop dictation, the words changed to something else. So I guess it's not entirely different but the fact is that my dictation is accurate until I'm through and then it changes.

Home Sharing shows up in iTunes until I hit Done and then it's gone forever.

My router died a few days ago and I just received my new Aiport Express this morning and my network was up and running in minutes. Unfortunately, Home Sharing (which I really, really hate) is being a pain. I'm trying to get my Apple TV to connect to my iTunes (which worked before, by the way) but it says Home Sharing needs to be enabled.
So, for fun, I disabled it and attempted to login. When I click on Home Sharing, the little house logo shows up in the left column. As I go through logging in, things are fine till I hite DONE and then the house disappears and never returns.
At this point, done the following:
1. rebooted both the router and the modem,
2. disabled and enabled Home Sharing on iTunes and on the Apple TV
3. made a new 'Test' Apple ID which doesn't seem to work properly anywhere so that was a bust.
4. Considered telling Apple to take a flying leap (in less eloquent terms) as this is a stupid waste of time!
5. Checked on both my iPhone 5s and my iPad and there's no sharing showing up. To me, it seems iTunes based.
Why did it work fine before and not now? Why does this have to be so incredibly difficult to set up for something seemingly so easy? What can I do now?
I'm on an iMac (all latest software, etc.), Apple TV Gen. 3.

Oh... just to make it more bizarre, I have a second iMac and was able to set it up with Home Sharing but since it's not the main computer, I only get Music and Podcasts or something. Still attempting to figure out the other mess though.

Haven't used my Ipad for some time. Switched it on andup came énter PASSCODE''. I entered the correct Passcode and hit DONE but it just
keeps going back to énter Passcode'and wont let me go any further. Can anyone assist please with a reason for this and/or how to be able to get in.

Why is it when I go to a website, it shows a blank page until I hit the refresh button?

When I visit any website, at first, it shows nothing and stops loading. It is not until I hit the refresh button that the site will load. It is like I have to visit the page twice before it works. I have checked my connections, inside and out. I have called my ISP and had them run some tests. I have downloaded Firefox again and re-installed. I have also cleared my cookies/cache completely and the problem persists.

Go to Tools --> Options.
In the Advanced tab go to "General". Uncheck the check box "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

Back up all data before proceeding.
Launch the Font Book application and validate all fonts. You must select the fonts in order to validate them. See the built-in help and this support article for instructions. If Font Book finds any issues, resolve them.
Start up in safe mode to rebuild the font caches. Restart as usual and test.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t start in safe mode. In that case, ask for instructions.
If you still have problems, then from the Font Book menu bar, select
File ▹ Restore Standard Fonts...
You'll be prompted to confirm, and then to enter your administrator login password.
Also note that if you deactivate or remove any built-in fonts, for instance by using a third-party font manager, the system may become unstable.

Same problem, 3.6.8 and previous recent versions. I never thought to try another browser but I just pasted into IE and it worked fine. I copied from Firefox to IE and it worked as well. It's just when you paste into Firefox that you get the weird line breaks.

I grabbed some pictures of Mail windows from the web to illustrate. This is a typical 10.6.8 Mail presentation, referred to in later versions as "Classic Layout".
Note that the right portion of the mail window is divided into two sub-panes, and that the divider is a bar with a dot in the middle. It is moveable and has been placed midway down the right pane. The actual message text of the currently-selected message is displayed in the bottom portion of the pane.
Contrast to this picture:
In this picture the moveable divider has been moved all the way to the bottom, and the top part of the right pane is the only part showing. The divider with the dot is at the lowest part of the pane.
To "fix", drag the divider with the dot and move it upward to create two sub-panes.

Bluetooth summons Siri but she won't respond until I hit the Home button.

Using a Motorola Bluetooth headset, the call button summons Siri just fine. However, when I ask her to do something, nothing happens until I hit the Home button. Not very "hands free".

Not all bluetooth headsets will support Siri and phone commands. You might want to check with Motorola support to see if that particular model will support all of Siri's services. It could be that it would support voice commands, but since you have Siri active it will activate Siri but not allow giving it commands.

Facebook videos do not play correctly until loading is complete!

Does anyone else have this problem? Every time I try to play a Facebook video I have to wait until the video completely loads in order to view the video correctly. If I don't wait the sound will play but the video looks bad making it imposible to view. This is a safari problem because I am able to play videos correctly in Google Chrome.

there's a new version of QuickTime (7.1.3) with iTunes seven, and the "green screen" effect is traditionally associated with a QT not liking the version of the video drivers installed on the PC.
so it's worth checking to see if there are more current video drivers available for your PC. this document might be of some help with that:

See if any of the following help.
Try turning the account off and on : Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars , then tap the account on the right, slide Mail to 'off', exit settings and go back into the Mail app, and then go back to Settings and slide Mail back to 'on'
If that doesn't work then try closing the Mail app completely : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
Also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

System beeps continuously at logo screen until I hit enter

For the last coupleof days, when I start the system, I get a continuous beeping or chirping sound shortly after the Lenovo logo is displayed. The system doesn't proceed until I hit the enter key.

It turns out it is some sort of keyboard problem. At one point I thought it might be related to a KVM switch I was using while wrking with two machines and one keyboard/monitor setup. However, removig that and plugging in the keyboard directly to the PC merely changed the error indication. It appeared to beep once and then continue loading to the logon screen. At that point the password field was filled with several dozen undisplayed characters. I could backspace over them and then enter my password OK.
Switching to a different keyboard solved the problem.
However, that list of beep code looks very handy. I'll have to stash that away for future use and hope I can remember where I put it if I need it later.
Now I have to relearn how to use a mouse instead of a touchpad.
