IOS 8 error

I was updating my iPhone 5 to iOS 8 but when I did it took me to the iTunes logo screen. I plug my iPhone in and said its in recovery mode and the only options is to restore my device. I haven't back up my iPhone in a while and i don't want to lose my pictures and videos. I look it up and there was some programs that say i can get out of recovery mode without restoring my iPhone but so far it didnt work is there another way to bypass it or at least a way to get my photos and videos off my phone then restoring it. Please and Thank you

Anything that wasn't backed up is already gone. There is nothing left on the phone at all. You have no choice but to restore.

  • UC560 backup to CCA failing with IOS error

    Prior to doing a full upgrade of my UC560, I attempted to use CCA to do a backup of my configuration, voicemail, etc.  The process seems to get fairly far (backing up CUE), and then CCA informs me that the backup failed.
    I was getting "%SYS-2-BADSHARE: Bad refcount in retparticle" errors, so I separately upgraded IOS on my UC560 (thinking this was perhaps an IOS error that had been corrected), but I'm still getting the errors.  Here's a sample of the errors I'm getting with uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M4b :

    I'm reluctant to go ahead with the rest of the upgrade without having a reliable backup.
    -Jim

    As you said -- upgrading would be a bad idea.
    The first thing the update process in CCA does is create a backup -- if this fails, either the upgrade will hard fail then, or if it continues, your config/data will not be imported sucessfully after the upgrade.
    There are some references to that error on google -- though for a different platform.
    The fix mentioned is a reboot of the router... that would probably be a good place for you to start.

  • StageVideo Adobe Air 3.0 iOS Error 1069 |onUpstreamBase not found

    I am using a StageVideo object with Adobe Air 3.0 compiled down and running on an iOS device iPhone 3GS.  The StageVideo appears and attaches to the NetStream just fine.  But after I issue NetStream.play(), I get the following runtime error:
    ReferenceError: Error #1069: Property |onUpstreamBase not found on views.DisplayView and there is no default value.
    You'll notice that the "|onUpstreamBase" contains a "pipe"-character at the beginning.  I tried to add:
    public function onUpstreamBase (dataObject:Object):void {
                                            trace(dataObject.toString());
    to the view function, but that didn't work.  And I can't create a function handler for |onUpsteamBase because of the pipe character.
    I am attaching the Netstream and NetConnection to an recorded H.264 rtmp stream. The rest of my code works just fine, but is failing on this runtime error.
    Anyone else run into this?
    Thanks in advance.

    I got this error too, but not trying to do anything fancy like Stage Video. The issue is w/the "client" property on the NetStream object. You're supposed to use this to add some event handlers/call back functions that the NetStream will invoke.
    I got this error when I set the client property to "this" and defined the callback functions in my class.  However, that generates this error. If you use a generic object to store the call back function, the error does not occur (b/c the generic object is dynamic)...
    private function onNetStatusConnect():void
    foo = { onMetaData: onMetaData };
    stream=new NetStream(connection);
    stream.client=foo;
    // don't do this
    stream.client=this;
    vid=new Video();
    addChild(vid);
    vid.attachNetStream(stream);
    stream.play(feedAddress);
    public function onMetaData(data:Object):void
    trace(data);

  • Unable to update IOS error -3259

    This error has been giving me grief for a while. The last update I successfully installed was 4.3.1
    I have turned off my kaspersky firewall and the windows firewall
    I have tried following http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1601 with no success
    I am pulling my hair out over this, i really want to update to IOS5!
    Is there any way I can get it to update? It used to update just fine!

    If you've tried turning off all firewall and antivirus software and it still doesn't download, then you could try downloading the iPad iOS update via a browser instead :

  • AIR SDK 17 release iOS error

    Hi,
    I just added the new stable release of AIR SDK 17 and it is not working with Flash CS6.
    I tried to publish and install an iOS app to my connected device via USB but I always get an error "Check if iTunes is installed".
    The latest stable AIR SDK 16 is working fine, and yes, iTunes is installed on my PC.
    DETAILS:
    - Flash CS6
    - AIR SDK 17 (stable, not beta)
    - System: Windows 8,1
    - iPodTouch with iOS 8.1
    REPRODUCE:
    Open new AIR iOS template and publish/install it to a USB connected iOS 8.1 device.
    How to make it work?

    I have the exact same problem, except that if I remove the AIR 17 SDK the problem continues... I had to uninstall completely all Apple components on my computer and re-install iTunes. Any idea on what's the issue ? I want to use AIR 17
    (Edit : that's on Windows 7 with an Ipad Air, the latest version of Flash CC and the stable AIR 17 SDK).

  • Updating iOS: Errors 3014 and -1

    I'm trying to update the iOS on my iPhone 4 and got error 3014. I took off the security firewall, made sure the iTunes software was up to date, made sure the windows firewall was off, ran the iTunes network diagnostics (showing green lights for everything) and still I get the error (changed to -1). Why does Apple make everything so torturous? Even finding help on iTunes is made difficult by hiding the menu bar (revealed by that easy to guess key combination Ctrl-b). At the very least, an operating system update should restore the old OS in the event of failure, but Apple in their wisdom leaves you stranded with a dead iPhone and no obvious options to fix the problem. Help please!

  • AIR Publish for iOS Error: Install application on the connected iOS device

    OK, I've been having this issue sporadically for a pretty long time now, I'm talking months if not over a year. Currently I am using Adobe Flash Pro CS 6 on a PC with Windows 8, AIR 4.0.0.1390 SDK installed. Sometimes, when publishing the App and having "Install the application on the connected iOS device" checked I receive the following error message although the iPad is connected with 2.5 GB available:
    "Error creating files.
    Uninstallation Error: Failed to send request to device.
    Device Error: please check if there is enough space on the device."
    I have found absolutely no rhyme or reason for this to occur. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't, but I just tried publishing with install about four times, having unplugged the iPad, removed the previous App manually, closed the previously installed App, closed and reopened Flash, and it still won't install. Usually I can get it to install after a couple tries, thus dampening my urge to post a thread but I've now been driven to write due to the number of errors.
    Oddly a Google search for "Uninstallation Error: Failed to send request to device." yields no results, am I the only receiving this message?
    I keep hoping that new releases of AIR will resolve this issue but alas, no such luck. Anyone have a fix for this or able to confirm similar frustrations? I am currently using a first generation iPad, but have also experienced similar issues with third generation iPad.

    I'm also getting the error in the post above when trying to publish and install with AIR 15.0.0.302 on an iPAD 2 iOS 8.0.2:
         Error creating files.
         Uninstallation Error: APIInternalError.
         Device Error: please check if there is enough space on the device.
    - and I have 6.3GB of space, so I know that isn't the issue. I'm even attempting to compile a completely brand new (empty) fla, but the error persists. I've also tried to compile an ipa with AIR 14 and receive the same error. Possibly this has something to do with the latest iOS?

  • Flash CS5.5 to iOS error 103: application.version is an unexpected element/attribute

    Hello,
    I am trying to publish from a flash file, an .ipa file  to use in ipad and iphone, but keep receiving the "error 103:  application.version is an unexpected element/attribute" error message.
    I  already publish the app in flash CS5 and it was ok but today i install  CS5.5 and the error does not alow me to publish the same file...
    Is it an Air ADL problem?
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

    I don't know if it's an official bug.... Adn I don't know if they will really solve it...
    I called 3 times to Adobe Phone Support. I've never been told that it was an official bug. Nobody seemed to know about that bug....
    1st call: They told me to go to www.adobe.com/devnet/, saying that I will find the solution there... I found nothing.
    2nd call: They told me to call Apple... They said I need a Flash CS5.5 certificate... Of course, Apple does not deliver "Flash CS5.5 certificates". I guess they just wanted to get rid of me...
    3rd call: They gave me a phone number to call the Flash Developers Support Center. That phone number was not working....
    Each time, I asked them if they can send me a Flash CS5 version, which was working well. They always said it was impossible.
    I really need to be able to publish iPhone apps as fast as possible, otherwise I will lose a big contract...
    I think my next call will be to my bank... to cancel the payment I made on my credit card to purchase that Flash CS5.5 software.

    Just having a Cancel button isn't helpful, because it just shows the same page over and over when you click it.

    I found the error -
    I had the reply URL in the format:

    Works beautifully now.

  • VC707 IOs error

    Hello,
    one of my VC707 evaluation board IOs don't seem to work anymore.
    My design used a XM105 FMC board with a status on GPIO_LED and all was working fine but after a reboot no more signal was accessible neither on XM105 nor on GPIO_LED. I reload my bitstream inside the Virtex7 but the behavior remains the same.
    I restore the Xilinx BIST for the Virtex7 with Impact and through the BPI Flash memory: in both case programmation seems succesfull. But when I boot, no communication through the RS232 USB port is possible (I check my setup using another board and everything is set correctly).
    What can I do to find the problem ?

  • Jabber Guest Sample code for iOS - ERRORS

    I've attached a screenshot of the error message

    From the screenshot it looks like you are using a simulator to run the sample apps. For the sample apps to work you have to build using a device. Running on a simulator is not supported.
    It's on our roadmap to add support to build via simulator.
