IOS 8 won't install on my 4S

I have tried twice to install iOS 8 on my iPhone 4S. The installation goes all the way, the phone restarts and iOS 7.1.2 is still there. I go on software update and iOS 8 is available so I download it again completes install and it is not there! 7.1.2 is still there unchanged.
Any ideas. There is about 5G go space so there is space.

Just the same, what I did was to delete some large apps, such as magazines and books and some music, until I had 6G of free space; and after the install was complete I reinstalled them from the App Store and iTunes.

Latest Revel IOS update crashes and won't install

I have been using Revel v 2.3.1-548 on iPhone 5 and iPad 3 without any issues. An update was released today (29 June) and this won't install and crashes the app on both devices so I have had to go back to the old version. Anyone else having this problem?

IOS 6 on iPhone 4 won't install

My iPhone 4 will download ios6 but it will not install it. It's gets to the "preparing download" and then it says there was a problem downloading the update and it won't install. Please help!

Keeps saying the connection timed out and to check my connections but everything is working just fine. I was able to donwload the itunes update just fine so I know its nothing to do with my connections. I get an error msg when I try to do it OTA. Says it encountered and error and to check my settings. Cant restore the phone since it needs to download the update because it always gives that error message

Try a device reset then:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

When a new iOS version is installed on your iPad the old iOS version is running the device. Then the download file for the new version has to reside on your iPad and be extracted in the new version. So there is a period of time when three large files must reside on your iPad. Add to the the free space that the iPad must have to allow the iPad to run efficiently. Once the update is complete two of the three files are deleted and only the current version of the iOS remains.
When you update while connected to your computer running iTunes the downloaded file can reside on your computer. That method of updating then requires less free space.

Skype won't install on iPhone 3GS

Hello, Skype for iPhone won't install on my 3GS -- I am using iOS 6.1.6. I downloaded it a week ago from the App Store and it gave me an option to install an earlier version for my device. I had to restore it today and now it says that Skype isn't compatiable with my device and to upgrade to iOS 7! I'm not forking out €500 for a new iPhone that I don't want. This appears to be a restriction on the Apple AppStore:If you are attempting to download the app for the first time, the App Store will not offer the download of an older version. You must already own the app for the older version to be offered. Workaround:If you do not already own the app, one workaround is to purchase/download the app from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC using the same Apple ID you are using on your iOS device. Design Premium 5.5 won't install, need for class!

This is pretty urgent as I need this to install for a course I am currently taking for college.
It installed fine before, but I uninstalled a few things from my PC and was having some problems with Adobe and uninstalled it as well.
So when I try to re-install it, it won't install... says something about UI parent? all the details below...

Reason why I uninstalled it because when I would have Foxit Reader open or my MS Word Docs open, any Adobe products menus and saves would not work. If any of the programs were open, Ctrl+Shift+S would not work to save as, simple save will not work. I need all of these programs to be open for my courses and so I tried uninstalling/reinstall, but I'm having issues reinstalling.
Any help or suggestions would be immensely appreciated!!

It didn't work for me however
But I did find something that solved my situation. For some reason the suite didn't uninstall Adobe Reader Pro even if it came with the suite and had to manually uninstall that. After that, everthing installed fine .
That is probably a noob's common mistake is not uninstalling everything :/

What is the latest iOS for iPad 2? Is it iOS 7 or can you update to 8?
all I remember is that my iPad mini performed poorly under iOS 7. Try to update it to the very latest version. Also you will have to use iOS 8.1.3, because 8.1.2 is no longer signed in case you were trying to install that. Another thing is keeping your device memory free, if you have a 16 gig device, it's harder to keep space free. my iPad mini is 16 gig, but all I can ever keep free is 1 GB so I keep it at that. Turn off "iCloud photo sharing beta" and that will help a little bit. also when you do a restore from iTunes, don't restore your backup right away, see how it performs fresh, and then add your apps back in one at a time you might have to sacrifice photos and other personal things for performance.

Apps won't install/update. Low memory.

For ipod touch 4g...using iOS 5.1--can someone tell me why my apps won't install all of a sudden? I thought it might be a memory problem since the diagnostic says my mem is low, but closing all apps in the dock didn't help. Neither did restarting or resetting the ipod.

It shows that I have 14.3GB free. What happens is that whenever I try to install an app it stays at the 'waiting' stage for a really long time. Then when I erase the app and try to reinstall it tells me that the app has already been downloaded and that I should check for available downloads. Installing the app from the computer works fine, but I don't understand why I can't do it from the ipod anymore.

Updates won't install,keeps saying problem with billing info,then there was a problem with a previous payment,but I can't find out what is was.

Numbers app for iPhone 4 won't install

I recently had to restore my iPhone 4 because it wasn't responding. I'm running iOS 7.1.2. It It seems to be working fine now, except the Numbers App won't install from my computer to my iPhone. I'm assuming it's because my iPhone is old and the app is new. How can I get an older version of the app for my phone?

Keeps saying the connection timed out and to check my connections but everything is working just fine. I was able to donwload the itunes update just fine so I know its nothing to do with my connections. I get an error msg when I try to do it OTA. Says it encountered and error and to check my settings. Cant restore the phone since it needs to download the update because it always gives that error message
