1) When I click on links from Google searches it redirects to Ad websites...

If it's an ad site on Google, it would probably be blocked the "Adblock Plus" with the right subscription filters, or a filter you make.

That will probably stop your problem there are other things you can try:
"Stop Autoplay" extension (I have it disabled, think it would not show the first frame)
 media.autoplay.enabled   user set   boolean   False (have that, shows up in about:config but not in about:support)

Based on this post and your other post I suspect you need to backup and recover your computer back to factory. To backup your personal information and ensure that it is not lost I would like you to review and follow the steps set out in the HP Support document: Backing Up Your Files (Windows 8), which will ensure your personal files are up to date.
***WARNING!! If you want to keep any emails or bookmarks/favorites you will want to back those up as well as I do not believe they are backed up in the HP Backup process.
Next, I would like you to review and follow the steps set out in the HP Support document: Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 8), which will you through recovering your computer back to factory settings.
*** IMPORTANT - Your personal files such as libraries, personalization settings, user accounts, and desktop themes are permanently removed. As well the computer settings are returned to the defaults (the way it was when it came from the factory). All apps and software that were installed on the computer when it came from the factory are reinstalled, and their settings are reset to the defaults. Additionally, software, apps, programs, and everything that you have installed or saved on the computer are permanently removed.

What you could do now is break up your video into smaller parts and render them out, then assemble them again as a whole.
I know this is not the best fix, but it might work.
You can duplicate an edit in the main screen, then delete the last bits and export,
do the same for the other half.
Then import the two bits (or more if you need) in a new edit.
Out of curiosity, can you post what format the video is in?
Copy a video straight from the camera to your computer.
Open it in Quicktime player, and with out playing type Apple + i
or Control + i for PCs
It should tell you lots of info about the video, and might help us to see what is wrong.

Add background audio playing in v.26?

I think it'll be great if the new folio version could support background audio playing. Since many publications integrate audio in the book, some books are even purely audio books with texts, if the user could turn off the screen while listen to the text, that'll be really cool. So I am suggesting add this function in the update of the folio version. What do you guys think?

This is one of the most incomprensibile things that happen in DPS.
This is not a Bug because if it was bug would mean that this options doesn't work properly.
In this case this options dosen't work at all.
This options was released in version 23 and now we are at version 25...
No one at the developer team test it before delivering?
Is it really possible?
I can't belive.
I work every day with DPS, and I was one of the first in Italy, I love this solution but sometimes is very difficult to justify.
Tomorrow I have to register some video-tutorial on new features in DPS... what should I say?

How do I stop my computer from redirecting and playing audio in the background

My iMac is running safari 6.0.2. Im always being redirected to sites, and sometimes there will be audio playing in the background. The only way to stop the audio is to close safari. That would be the only app open at the time the video plays. The video just loops over and over again until I close safari. Ive reset safari, changed open DNS servers, flushed the cashe and verified the all the DNS servers active on my computer. I have webroot installed but it detects nothing. I tried to install rootkit hunter, but it didnt detect anything. Im feeling like my last resort is to ditch everything and start from scratch. Can of the experts out ther help?

How can I cut a section of video, but leave the audio playing?

Hi, I want to edit, or remove a small section of video, but leave the audio playing in the background. I want to just put up a picture in the same spot. But, I need the video's audio to keep playing. I videotaped someone speaking, but there is a section where there is a mistake, namely, the camera was moved. I need to keep the audio going, and figured I would just put a still image of text or picture in the section where the mistake is, that's why I need the audio to keep playing. It's too long of a section to just do a transition to cover the mistake. Can someone help me with this? I guess you could call what I want to do is cut to a still image while the audio keeps playing?

Prevent android app audio playing when minimised

My android app has some looping background audio. When I minimise the app by selecting the "home" button on my Nexus 7 - the app disappears but I can still hear the audio playing. I assume the app must be still active in the background. The same app on the iPad doesn't exhibit this behaviour so I guess something different in how Android deals with apps that are not in the foreground.
Would appreciate advice on best way to prevent this audio playing. Ideally I don't want to completely shut down the app when minimised.

RMTP iOS, audio causes video stutter

I am currently developing a video conference app for Desktop, iOS, and Android.
I'm experiencing a problem that happens only on iOS. My app connects 2 live feeds together with rtmp. Everything works fine on the Desktop or on Android, but on iOS, whenever it recieves any audio from any of the other broadcasting clients, the video immediately pauses... and then resumes once the audio has played. Without fail, every murmur or whisper I make, immediately the video pauses, the audio plays, and then the video resumes.
I've been working on this app for a while now, since AIR 3.2... and when initially building we did not have this problem. I believe it could be because I updated the project to a more recent version of AIR, be it 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 (sadly, we didnt notice this problem until now)
Has anyone ever expierenced anything like this?
If I mute the microphone from the end that is sending it's audio to IOS, the video plays perfectly no sutter.

Realplayer playing in background

Does anyone know if it possible for realplayer to play in background on nokia 5800. In other nokias I have had pushing the red button or on/off and then the red end call button made realplayer to continue playing in background. - this worked only once for me on my 5800 - One argument is realplayer is only for video and would not need to play in backgroung but because there is no dedicated internet radio app and it can play streaming links then this should be possible (the s60 v3 nokia internet works but does not play real audio rstp links) If you open a number of apps and then play a video, the phone allows this so its not a memory or resources issue but I can't browse the net and listen to a rstp internet station at the same time. I think nokia has used any buyer of the 5800 as guinea pigs for their first release of a smart phone and hope we eventually move on to the N900, the issues with kinetic scrolling and customizing the home screen even though it should be possible having the same os as the n97 has so many blogs running on the net its not funny. I think (and it is starting to happen) nokia are loosing market share because mainly so many once loyal customers are getting fed up. I have only ever bought nokia over the last 15 years but fear this may be my last purchase of a nokia.

Unfortunately, there is no way round this.
I agree with you that it's a massive oversight given that there's no internet radio for the 5800.
The problam has, however, been solved since I started using Spotify on mine.

Only audio plays on apple tv

Do you see the aurora/galaxy backbround on the TV? If so you have the display set in Extended Desktop mode with the MacBook as the main screen. The Menu Bar and Dock will be on the MacBook display and your background screen on the TV but you can move the cursor onto the TV screen.
In System Preferences>Display on the MacBook screen there should be an Arrangement tab when you have the MacBook hooked up to the TV and both screens working. When you click the Arrangement tab do you see two monitors side by side? One of them will have a Menu Bar at the top. Just click on the Menu Bar and drag it to the second monitor. That will make the second monitor your main screen.
The TV will now have the Dock and Menu Bar and windows will open on it. But you can move the cursor to the MacBook screen and move windows from the TV over to the MacBook screen.
You can now use your MacBook in Clamshell Mode with a wired or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3131 When you disconnect from the TV your Menu Bar will automatically change back to the MacBook.
Or if you want to use the MacBook’s keyboard and trackpad to work on the MacBook screen while showing it on a TV you can check the Mirror Display box on the lower left hand side of the Arrangement tab under the two monitors box. That will give you the same screen at the same resolution on both the MacBook and the external monitor.

I closed safari and it was still playing. So, I closed all applications and it was still playing, the audio is coming from a video on www.cricinfo.com. I haven't been able to figure out which application the audio is being played from and what is making it randomly start playing the audio, Confused!!!
Anyone know anything about this???

You are going to have to give us a lot more information than that. We need to know what MacBook Pro you have. What version of OSX (these things should be in your profile). What are you trying to do. What program. What kind of video. We are completely incapable of guessing what's going on, so if you want an answer, you need to give us information.
