Ios itunes app problem

So I updated my Iphone 4s to IOS 7 and now when i open itunes app there is just white screen and nothing else shows up. can somebody tell my whats the problem ? Thanks

ITunes app problem

Okay, so I went to go on my iPod Touch's (first generation) iTunes app today to buy a couple new songs and when I tapped on the album the store wouldn't bring up the songs. Instead of seeing the song list of the album like usual I only see the album cover in the usual corner and the ratings section. No songs or anything below. I tried on several different albums and none of them bring up the songs. If it's not fixable I guess it's not a big deal cause I can still search song by song and view them but I can't view the inside of albums. Any thoughts? My iPod is older but there isn't any sort of severe damage to it and it typically works perfectly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have an iPod touch 1G and tried to recreate your problem and found that the individual songs appear to have dissapeared. However on mine I found that the layout seems to have changed and if you scroll down the individual tracks are still there but there is an area of blank screen before they start. Hopefully this will work for you as well.

HT2731 New iOS causing apps problem

When I'm upload updates for apps I keep getting a message about another country I was in 2 years ago use that countries I have changes my address to the new country I'm in and since the new iOS was downloaded there was no problem . How do I correct this situation? At the moment I cannot download any apps!!!

True. I've noticed magazines now appear in the App Store along with all the other Apps. I think it would have been better if Apple made Newsstand more like Zinio i.e. an App where you can search for, read & download magazines. Seems a bit if a cop-out to just lump it in with all the other Apps, especially when trying to search for titles. For example I was looking for a photography magazine. If you do a search for 'photography' you get a load of photography Apps come up. Scroll through half a dozen pages & you might stumble across a photography magazine ..... but not the one you are after. In Zino you can browse magazines by category > photography and find what you are looking for in no time. If I could delete Newsstand (as well as about 6 of the other useless iOS Apps that can't be removed ) I would.

Is anyone else having problems with apps after the ios6 install? Many of mine just close when i try to use them.

No problems here.
I would try a hard reset (hold home+power for about ten seconds until the phone reboots, ignore the slide to turn off slider if you get one).
If that fails, try connecting to iTunes and performing a software restore.

IOS itunes sync problem

I have downloaded ios8 via iTunes, and now iTunes will not sync to my ipad
when I sync my iphone 5 to same iTunes account, no problems, but did not load ios8 on iphone

I am having same problems with my iPad2 and iPad mini. I can see devices on iTunes but cannot sync. If I change a setting when I press "apply changes" it acts like it will sync but nothing happens.

TS1702 iOS 6 app problem

IOS calender app crashes while looking at specific month.

Hi together, since yesterday my iOS calender app is crashing when i try to open the month of march 2013. I mean it does not crash like i am waiting endless times to load and nothing happens. It crashes really really hard, like it wants to say "**** you Year 2013 - and March in particular!" Now my question: Is there any way to destroy my ipad in a most efficient way? I don't want the little parts spilled all over the house. Thank you very much for your efforts.

thank you very much for your answer, i really appreciate it. But you tried to solve the iOS calender app problem, but i really don't want to solve this problem. I could now rant about how someone ***** up a calender app (every year) or that i don't want to do some ridiculous tasks to maintain a calender application, but that was not my intention. I really just wanna know if there is an efficient way to destroy the ipad. So please don't take this as an offense and i hope your answer helps anyone who wants to solve the problem. I am sure it does.

I also had this problem. Go to settings> itunes & app store, tap on your apple ID and sign out. Then open itunes store. It should now open.
Then sign back in again and the problem should be resolved

How can I correct the iTunes/App Store error I'm getting on my 4s, since upgrading to IOS 7?

Since upgrading to IOS 7 on my iPhone 4s I cannot download from iTunes/App Store - I get the message "... could not be downloaded at this time. Please try again later". I can download via iTunes on my laptop and then transfer via iCloud no problem, but can't make purchases directly.
How can I resolve this issue?

I have the iphone 4S. Ever since I installed the iOS 7.0.2 update, I have been unable to open my Itunes app. It immediately quits on launch. Anyone else experiencing this problem and/or know how to fix it?

After iOS 7 iPhone 5 iTunes app doesn't work

After the iOS 7 upgrade today, iTunes on my iPhone 5 won't run. It appears to "crash" as the app screen "disappears", however if I check the running apps the iTunes screen is there and displays the message "Service Unavailable - Fail to connect".
I can get to the app store and surf the web without issue.
The following devices post iOS 7 upgrade can get to iTunes without issue: iPad Mini, iPad 4th Gen, husband's iPhone 4S. Not sure if it's a problem with my phone or the iOS upgrade or what. I did notice that when I can get to it via the app on the other devices it is REALLY slow...
Anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix?

One thing I did do was access iTunes store via the Music app on the bottom of the screen. I went into Playlists, taped Genius and since I have no music in that play list, it had a button to tap to go to the iTunes store. After that, the iTunes app started working. I don't know if it made a difference or not. Could have been one huge coincedence, it's hard to say.

I have the same problem. I upgrade to iOS on my iPhone and iPad yesterday. I'm American living in Germany. Both devices came up with the Germany iTunes/App Store after the upgrade. Now I must ask, why would the device destroy my country connection just because it upgraded the iOS. Never happened from iOS 4 to iOS 5. Strange. But I verified Settings...iTunes & App Stores, clicked on my Apple ID: [email protected], clicked View Apple ID, entered password, and sure enough, still says United States. Therefore, powered off the device, rebooted, and the store was correct (United States), where it should have been without all these steps.

Music Start/Stop Times with iTunes Match causes iOS Music App to glitch

I set Start Time and Stop Time values for my music in iTunes to crop off non-music parts of tracks, but the Start/Stop Times cause the iOS Music app to glitch out when the track streams via iTunes Match. If a track has a Start Time set, the track will get stuck, and repeat the first fraction of a second of the track over and over, seemingly for the amount of the Start Time. And if the Stop Time is set, the NEXT track will glitch out. For example, if a track has a Start Time of 0:10, the track will glitch out for at least 10 seconds before the track actually starts playing. Sometimes the track never stops advances beyond 0:00.
I think the problem caused by the fact that iTunes Match is streaming the entire track so the Music app just freaks out for the duration of the Start/Stop Times.
Has anybody else experienced this? Is there a workaround?
For now, I've just been searching my 22,000 song library for tracks with Start/Stop Times and exporting new hard-cropped files, but this is tedious, takes up hard drive space, and degrades the audio with lossy-to-lossy double-compression.

I'm having the exact same problem and from my research I believe that the old process of being able to turn ITM off, sync your music to your iPad, and then turn ITM back on no longer work. You are correct that going through this process wipes out your music. It's only on IOS 6.0 on my Gen 3 ipad because on my gen 1 iPad, I can't upgrade to IOS 6.0 and the old process still works fine under IOS 5.0.
In order to get around this I created a massive playlist (a superset of all my other playists) that I downloaded by using the download button in order to get local copies of my music on my ipad 3.0.
It seems to be working for now but I can't force my ipad to keep all that music local anymore. If I download other music or movies in the future (and become low on space) Apple makes the decision about what to remove from my local copy in order to fit the new content on the device.

Why do lists flicker and jump in iOS Music app with iTunes match?

I recently signed up for iTunes match. I have a large library on iTunes on my Mac and I'm using iTunes Match to sync it to my iPhone 4S running iOS 7.
However now every list in the iOS Music app now constantly flickers and flashes. The album artwork flashes blank for a moment and then returns. It's as if the list is constanly updating. This happens about every 2 seconds.
Even worse... in playlists the entire list jiggles up and down. Again about every 2 seconds.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there a solution?

I don't know what the issue is, have had it since I have had match, and am thinking of ditching it because of it. Now, after deleting and replacing a whole slew of my music with the wrong songs, have the stuff won't play or download from match, even stuff I buy in iTunes. It's ridiculous. Apple should be paying me to be losing my media by using match. It's driving me CRAZY!
