IOS6 facetime is terible. and when reverting back to ios5.1.1 i cant have my imovie or iphoto!!!
i talk to my mum on ipad through wifi on iOS 5.1.1 and its fine i upgraded to ios6 and its choppy she only got one for facetime now i had to revert to iOS5.11 again! but now icant use imovie or iphoto anymore it says i need ios6
im not happy beause its choppy sound and image qualityis not so goodeven thoughwe are using wifi. i reverted back to ios 5.1.1 and its fine again but now appsi paid for wont download because im not using ios6!!!!! i want my apps back imovie and iphoto and i want to be able to use ios6 but cant untill you restore facetime back to how it was! now its useless on ios6! also the micis not as good because when i was in kitchen tonight on ios5.1.1 she could hear me from anotherroom but on ios6 she couldnthear me from just across the same room.
please fix this!
Yes thats very true however with a full HD that wasimpossible to backup apps I can just redownload!
as for reverting if managed to get mymum to ditch her galaxy tab that she loved and get ipad 3rd gen so she can see the kids via reliable video which we cant get as good from anywhere else! when we both haveiOS 5.1.1 its fine!
however when i updated to iOS 6 it was useless it was poor video quality! poor audio! and i tryed this for 2 days and was the same. i called her 1 last time justto be sure and it was still bad so i reverted back to iOS 5.1.1 and it was flawless again!!!!

Maps are not even complete in my area therfore find myphone was rubbish.

all those siri can only find7 miles away.
Also siri only showed things under 7 miles as km not miles!anything after is miles.
too many bugs hence why i reverted.
so anyways apple are forcing users to update which is wrong.
imovie and iphoto all worked on iOS 5.1.1 why force people who want it to have to have iOS 6!!!!
It worked just fine on iOS 5.1.1!!!!!

Reloaded Itunes on an XP machine. Reloaded because Itunes would not open. Now when I play a movie that is in my library, the movie plays for aprx. 60 seconds and then reverts back to my Itunes library. Does it with all movies in the library, Most where downloaded from Itunes. Any ideas on a cure?
This "original file cannot be found" thing happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

Got to end of trial period for Adobe reader XI and cannot revert back to old version or install another version b/c it says I have a newer more functional version, so now I've got no reader at all and cannot fix. Any ideas how to overcome this?.
YOu need to be clear about the products you are using, so we can help you. In particular there is no trial of Adobe Reader, it is free and keeps running. Sounds like you are using some versions of Acrobat - which?
YOu must properly uninstall the trial, don't just delete files or you may get a mess impossible to recover. -

Not the the 2G can only see/connec to the b and g wifi bands. It does not see any n band networks. -

What is the exact error message you are receiving? Have you checked to make sure the connections on each end of the USB cable are nice and snug?

Every time I move emails from the inbox to another mailbox, then click on any mailbox (the emails are there fine), and then go back to the inbox, the moved messages have returned to the inbox. I have moved them out of the inbox to other mailboxes again and again, but then they keep showing up in the inbox again as soon as I click on any mailbox other than the inbox. Very frustrating.
This has only happened since I installed Mavericks on both my Macbook Pro and my iMac. It happens on both of them.
Any ideas how to fix it?
peterThis may be one of the known issues with Gmail and it's IMAP settings working with Maverick's Mail.
It all comes down to if you have the ALL MAIL folder visible or not via IMAP.
If you do not, then you get the behavior you are describing.
If you do have ALL MAIL visible, then there isn't a problem.
