[IOS6]How do i delete the history of the purchased app from appstore?
After you swipe from left to right a red box will come up that says hide where it previously said installed or has the cloud downloaded sign.
Touch hide. The apps that you have chosed to hide will temorarily dim until you close our of the i store program.
anyway it dont seem that the history can be hide if you upgrade to IOS 6...
It is very annoying to have a long list of purchased history in the appstore from my iphone.
is there any app or ways to remove those list?
It seems you can't do this anymore from the iphone/ipad appstore which is a real problem.
It seems though that you can do this via the iTunes app.
Go to the app store > purchased history
From there all your apps bought will appear.
Mouse over on the app icon you want to hide, an x icon will appear on the top left. Click the icon and the app will disappear.
Close your app store on your iphone/ipad, launch it again and the app should have disappeared.
Although, I don't know if it "hides" or "erases" the app from your history, there's no explanation...
This should be a solution while they FIX THIS in the next update!!

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

You can't delete the app iMessage.
You can turn it Off or "hide" it with Restrictions.

How do I delete the message app from my mac?
I have a late 2009 iMac 21.5" monitor.
I noticed when I upgraded the operating system, Messages was added.
I don't like having messages appear on the iMac.
I've tried to disable messages, by removing all associated accounts. eg. phone, email. etc,
However, the messages from my iPhone keep appearing on the device.
Is there a way to disable to delete the Messages app?
I have the yosemite operating system (which ever is the latest).

To delete an app tapp and hold the app untill it wiggles and has an "x" by it. To change the language to to general in the settings app. then go to international tab and change the language from there.

The reason you are getting the emails is because you have set up Mail to fetch your Gmail emails. If you want to open the Mail app and go to Preferences > Accounts, you should see your Gmail account listed - if it is, simply highlight it and click the "enable" to un-enable it. If you want to get rid of it forever, click the minus sign at the bottom. As long as Mail is not configured to fetch the emails, it will not do so. -

Yes you are miss understanding the problem. To clarify. The problem is not how to delete the book from a device, it is how to delete the puchase (i.e. the history). You can hide it in your account settings, but you cannot delete it. So if you buy something on a shared account (i.e. a family account like mine), your children can see and download any of your puchases - forever.
Some will say it's for your protection. A bit like the shop looking after your receipt, so that you cannot lose it.
However, I thought that as part of the data protection act, you could ask for this information kept about you to be deleted, but this doesn't apply to Apple purchases. Believe me I've tried. -
Recently, U2 music appeared on my ipod without my requesting it or wanting it. I was able to delete all of the songs except for one. How do I delete the last one from my ipod? You can't delete an account, you can only stop using it. If you're getting that error message you won't be able to create a new account on your device. Your only options are to re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one.

The built in Apps can't be deleted, but they can be moved to an unused screen. You could create a folder of all unused Apps and move it.
