IOS6 problem

Even you can download iOS 6 to iPhone 3GS but you can not download to an iPad 1 ! is it fair ? i dont think so. Is there any answer for this situation ?

Apple stated when iOS 6 was announced that it would not work on the iPad 1.
It's probably due to the RAM and processor limitations.
iPad: RAM - 256MB, Processor - 1 GHz Apple A4
iPad 2: RAM - 512MB, Processor - 1GHz dual-core Apple A5
iPad 3: RAM 1024MB, Processor - 1GHz dual-core Apple A5X

IPhone 4s iOS6 problem

After update to iOS6.0.1 from 5.1.1, my iPhone 4s sometimes does not lock the screen after the set time limit. Anyone knows why?

After looking around for a poissible solution in the settings, I noticed that the option for the Personal Hotspot was not under the General settings anymore. I went to it by selecting "General", then "Cellular" and the "Personal Hotspot" field there was hanging with the wheel turning around.
Checked it for more than 1/2 hour and still no change (wheel still turning around). Deceided then to make a reset of the iPhone and when turned it on again after some seconds the option "Personal Hotspot" was back under the General settings menu. Under the selection "Cellular" the wheel was not turning anymore and it was on "off".
I made this morning (West European time) and after that the bettery consumption went back to normal (if not even less than before). It has been about 10 hours ago and I have made couple of calls, sent couple of SMSs, kept Wifi always on and made regular checking of emails while on the road. The battery has reduced only 12% since then.
I hope this has solved the problem.

IPod 4g & iOS6 problem

I tried to install iOS6 on my iPod 4g via iTunes but iTunes keeps loosing connection when the software reboots the iPod. I am running iTunes under XP.
I did install the new iTunes version (10.7.0.21) according the Apple recommended method ie: remove iTunes, QuickTime, Apple device, bonjour , ...... But I still have the same problem. The problem is the following: iTunes does recognize my iPod when I start my computer but if I disconnect the IPod and I try to reconnect it the iPod is no longer recognize even though I restart iTunes and my iPod. I have to reboot my computer to re-establish the connection again.
So here is my catch 22 situation, when I reboot my computer, start my iTunes and connect my iPod, I have got a message that i have to restore my iPod, i say yes iTunes starts dowloading the program then (probably) reset the iPod for installing the iOS6 program in the iPod and I lose connection between iPod and iTunes at that moment. I have this image on my iPod.
any help would be appreciated

Seit Update auf ios6 probleme beim Telefonieren

Seit ich das Update auf ios6 gemacht habe, reißt andauernd die Verbindung beim Telefonieren ab.
Wenn ich jemanden anrufe kann er mich plötzlich nicht mehr hören. Werde ich angerufen, bin ich vom Beginn des Gespräches an nicht zu hören.
Dieses Problem tritt nicht immer auf, an manchen Tagen habe ich gar keine Probleme an anderen durchgehend.
Weiterhin ist mir aufgefallen, dass egal wo ich bin, ob in einem Gebiet mit EDGE oder 3G, beim Telefonieren der Kreis angezeigt wird, also GPRS.
Sobald das Gespräch beendet ist habe ich wieder EDGE oder 3G.
Hat jemand auch diese Probleme?

Bei mir hat sich der Fehler folgendermaßen dargestellt: Hauptsächlich konnte ich keine Absatzformate und Zeichenformate mehr anklicken bzw. sah es so aus als ob er mir diese bei einem kurzen Klick gleich verschieben will. Egal ob mit der Maus oder mit dem Tablet (siehe Video).
Nun bin ich durch Zufall darauf gekommen den externen Bildschirm nicht oben, sondern mittig auszurichten. Damit habe ich das Problem temporär lösen können – zumindest bis Apple die Lücke in 10.10.3 hoffentlich schließt.
I aligned all displays in OS X Preferences at the top. Now I aligned them all to the middle. Looks like it would be solved. … for now ;-)

Ios6 problem microphone stoped working

after i installed ios6 my microphone stopped working is there anything i could do? thanks i replaced it and after few time it went nuts again... any 1 had a simmilar problem and can help me pls do so thanks a lot

- Make sure the mic hole is clear and unobstructed. It is the little hole on the back by the camera lens(if has back camera). For the 16 GB one without the back camera the mic hole is on the top edge near the center.
- Open the Voice Memos app and see if you see movement on the VU meter needle or changes in the moving waveform graph with changes in noise level trying to be recorded.
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Or you could try a soft reset by dialing *#7370# followed by12345, but this will reset the phone to an out of the box state and wipe the C drive (phone memory) so you will lose all your contacts etc. If you can back up Contacts, calendar and notes ONLY first, then reset. DON@T backup or restore any settings and set up the phone manually. If you restore settings you may restore the cause of your problem !!

IMessage (iOS6) problema para envío de fotos bajo wifi

Desde la actualización a iOS 6 mi iPhone no puede enviar fotos a través de iMessage. He comprobado que otras personas tampoco. Hoy restauré el software de nuevo pero el problema persiste.

IOS6 problem d'impression en format A6??

depuis que j'ai mis à jour en iOS6, mon iphone4S et iPad, pareil pour iPhone5, lorsque j'imprime en format A6 en utilisant Air print
le document format A6 est imprimé à moitié, seul le haut du document s'imprime sur le bas de la feuille A6
mais quand je mets une feuille A4 dans l'imprimante, le document de format A6 s'imprime au milieux de la feuille A4
avez vous testé d'imprimer un document en format A6??

Si votre imprimante prend en charge les différents formats, vous devriez pouvoir sélectionner Format du papier : Personnalisé dans la catégorie Format.
Sinon, une autre suggestion, vous pouvez imprimer toutes les pages d'un même format séparément de cette façon :
Fichier > Imprimer
Puis dans la catégorie Général, cochez Planche
Cochez Étendue puis entrez le numéro d'une page de format A4
Cliquez sur la petite vignette représentant des pages entre les flèches juste au-dessus de ce champ. Toutes les pages A4 vont être sélectionnées.
Recommencez pour les pages en format A3, mais entrez le n° d'une page de format A3
C'est une fois que vous avez vos 2 paquets de copies que tout se complique si vous avez 50 rapports à imprimer !

IPad on ios6 problem

My problem is after updated Ipad on iOS 6, updating or dowloading apps, the message “waiting” as it freezes for several days and cannot be delete.
Please help.

If yoy can't delete the waiting icons by tapping and holding down on the icon until the X to delete appears, try this.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.

IOS6 problem with emails

I just downloaded iOS6 on my 4GS iphone and all works fine except I cannot receive emails on any of my accounts. No email settings have been changed and I can send emails.

My email is cycling for extremely long periods of time (around 5+ minutes) trying to connect with all my servers. I will get a notice that I have a new email but when I try to view it the message hasn't completely downloaded. As it cycles over and over trying to talk to the server my battery is getting killed. I dropped 20% in an hour which usually takes 4 or so depending on my usage. Additionally, once an email from my private account has downloaded it isn't stored on my phone. So if I go to view it again, I must again download the remaining message. None of this happened prior to my upgrade. I backed the phone up before I upgraded so I may just roll it back until the work out the bugs in iOS6.

New update ios6 problems

Updated to the newest version of ios6 and I swear it gives me nothing but trouble with apps,wifi, playback of downloads. For example both my netflix and hulu apps stopped working. Anyone else having the same issues or have any ideas of how to fix?

Did you try the basics from the manual?
Restart, reset, restore
Did you remove them and resync/redownload them?

IPad2 upgraded to iOS6 - Problems

Hi,
I have just upgraded my iPhone 4s to iOS 6 without incident. However when I then carried out this upgrade on my iPad 2 I experenced the following:
1. forced to carryout a factory reset
2. unable to connect to wifi
So I now have an iPad2 that is useless, lost all data. (I do have a backup on iCloud but since I can't get a network connection I can't restore the backup)

Is the iPad up and running again? If it is - reset the network settings and start troubleshooting the WiFi connection issue.

Ios6 problem on iphone 4s...editing apps on screen doesn't work properly. screen goes dark, changes aren't realised.

i hold down the app...passbook, to enable the jiggly apps for editing placement. i drag it to screen 4 and 'drop' it there. i grab the weather channel app and drop it into a folder with like apps. i press the home button to save my changes.the screen goes black like putting to sleep. then it becomes very dim. changes aren't saved...passbook is back on the first screen and the weather channel app is not in the folder i placed it in. clicking the power button to make the phone sleep then another press to wake it up re lights the screen.

If Apple serviced the phone and it still does not work as it should, bring it back to get it serviced again. Repairs done by Apple are also covered by a short warranty period.
And, the latest update for your phone is 8.1.3, not 8.0.2.
