IOS6 won't let me install apps

I recently purchased, My iPad 3 and had no problems installing, purchasing apps. Since updating to iOS6, I am no longer able to purchase or install apps directly from the iPad.
I spoke with frontline tech support who said it should be resolved by Saturday.
Saturday has come n gone :(

I'm having the same problem. I've restarted 2 times, logged out of iTunes and App Store with no luck. What is the deal. I really don't want to have to reinstall iOS 6.

I'm attempting to install apps from the Application Manager. Every time I try I get...

I am an administrator, so this makes no sense. Clicking retry does nothing. I've gone so far as to delete EVERYTHING Adobe from my computer (Mac running OS X 10.8.3), reinstalling the application manager and starting over. Nothing works. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm getting very frustrated...

This sounds like a permissions problem in your Mac OS.
Try creating a new Admin User Account.

My ipad2 won't let me install apps , when I trie to install an app it says waiting but there is no loading circle on the top of my screen , please help ! ?

I tried to install the new update for minecraft pocket edition then all of a sudden it won't load ! It said "waiting" for almost an hour ! Nothing will load :( , then I tried to delete the app and re- install it , still the same problem :( . I turned my iPad off and on then restarted it still no hope ! . I thought it was just the app so I tried installing another 1 but it had the same problem . I was going to reboot it but that would mean loosing my stuff so I tried to back it up using iCloud but when I tapped "back up now " it won't load either !! Rebooting will not make you lose any content. Rebooting is when you hold the home button and the sleep button down at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
You can these suggestions. One might work for you.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.

Yes. You can set the payment method to "None" once you log into iTunes on your PC/Mac. I have it set up this way.

This is useful if you need to install just one file out of a package instead of the entire package

I just got it and it won't let me download apps. I even made another ID. It keeps saying "Password or Apple ID is incorrect" or it will say "cannot connect to ITunes" and if it doesn't say either one of these it says "An Unknown Error occured" I restored it twice. Changed my password like 5 times (I know I'm entering it right). My iTunes is up to date. and it's iPod Touch 4g. Any help??

You don't say which version of iPod you have but apparently it's fully updated to it's capability yet not to the level that newer iPods can go. Some apps do require the latest IOS level.

If you want to use your current ID you will either have to provide a credit card or redeem an iTunes gift card. Otherwise you can create a new ID without a credit card to purchase free apps by following this exactly as written: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534.

You said you updated yur 1G iPod to 4.2.1. A 1G can only go to 3.1.3 and thus you must have jailbroken it to get to 4.2.1 and that can cause problems.

Apps are always associated with the AppleID that purchased them, you cannot use another AppleID with them,
So in order to update them you must use the credentials that were used to purchase them.
You can chnge the details (Name and Primary email) for an AppleID instead of creating a new one.

My brand new ipod touch won't let me download apps. I put in my password and then get a screen that says "Download Now". I can't press the okay button to start the download. What should I do? All of the other buttons on the screen work, so I don't think it is broken.

Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.
