Ios7. color change of app/icon

I am hoping someone can tell me how or if we can change the icon/app colors in the new ios7 on our devices. I am not liking the bright white, nor the beige background for my grouped apps. I can only find a invert color switch, but that makes my picture look like an xray. Please advise. Thx!

When I changed my wallpaper, those colors changed as well. Play around with it a little.

IOS7 4 digit badge app icon glitch?

If you have a 4 digit badge app icon notification example 2917 appears as "2...7".
Not sure if this was on purpose or not.

It was the message app. I ended up just resetting my iPod, and that fixed the issue. I lost everything, but it's okay because I had all of my music and stuff backed up to my computer. So I was able to get everything back. It was aggravating and inconvenient, though.

How do I change the app icons on the bottom bar of my iMac

If it's an app, navigate to the Apps folder in Finder and select the app you want in the Dock and drag it to the Dock.

Unable to change the app icon

I'm working in VS 2010, my project name is bg_img, so I had two icons in Resources tab: bg_img.ico and small.ico.
I replaced both .ico files with my custom .ico files and recompiled the program - still I see the default icon in the window.
If I double click on .ico files in VS I can see my custom images of different sizes there and if I double click on .rc file, I can also see them under Icon menu as IDI_BG_IMG and IDI_SMALL.
Can anyone please tell me why my icon doesn't show up? Thank you!

The .ico file can contain several images with different sizes and number of colors. If you’re saying the icon showing in the caption bar of your window is old, that could be because you are loading the icon with LoadIcon, which I think ignores any 16x16
icon in the .ico file, instead if takes the 32x32 icon and shrinks it. So if you did not make a new icon for the 32x32 one, that is why.
You can use LoadImage instead of LoadIcon and specify 16 as desired width and height, then it will use the 16x16 image in your .ico file.

Changing App Icons

I know how to change an App icon in OS X, show package content then resources, then copy the new icon and name it same as old one,
after giving the old icon a different name, but although I do that icons doesn't change, or they change randomly maybe after few days a week
or never, before it was ok but since I used some beta for Yosemite a year ago this problem started to happen, is there any solution ?
strange thing is still my new icon is there with correct name and old icon is there with renamed name but still icon doesn't change in applications

I found it much easier to have my apps on the last page and let the pre-loaded apps stay where they are on the first couple of pages. While I'd prefer to have my apps first, at least they are all together. I found it far too much work to try to move them around another way, plus it shifts some things around in a way that I did not intend.
BTW, I definitely prefer the Fascinate's arrangement of the icons over the Droid X2, which is always in alphabetical order in a vertical non-stop continuum.

Next time you accidentally use 3 fingers it will zoom again. Unless you need the feature you're better to turn it off

That is very much dependent on your Email account.
Go to Settings->Mail,Contacts,Calendars->Accounts->Your Account->Account->Advanced->Move Discarded Messages Into.
Choose Archive Mailbox.
It may not be there if its not supported by your email provider.

Is there a way to change the default colors for iPad apps?

I noticed one of my friends iPad 2 had a different color scheme for apps and I would like to change my iPad 2's default ( which is currently grey). To elaborate, the default color for the borders and tabs in Safari are grey on my iPad, my friends are blue. Would like to change from the drab grey color to blue also but I cannot find a setting for this. All applications and Setup apps have this default color scheme on my ipad. Do I have to reset the iPad and start over with setup to achieve this? Hope not, perhaps someone can shed some light on an easy way to do this. Thank You!

You can apply system-wise "negative" color effect under Settings > General > Accessibility, by toggling the White and Black switch - and, in iCab Mobile (and some other, better browsers / PDF readers), its own "night mode" negative color scheme.
Otherwise, no, you can't do anything else except for asking third party app authors to add selectable back/froeground (=text) colors to their apps.

How can I change a folder icon. Or at least change the background color. Folders are great for organization but the are SO ugly!!!!

The date randomly changed and all app icons are white?!?

I updated my apps to their latest version and when the sync was done everything was fine, but somehow out of nowhere my date changed completely and all my app icons are white. Only apps that I did not update had their original icon. My ipod touch 2nd gen is not jailbroken. This happened once before, I updated my apps, and it went back to normal only for a few hours until it happpened again.
What is going on and how can I fix this?

Same thing happened to me! I took it into the apple store and they said its a glitch in the system and that it needed to be restored to original settings. You can do this from itunes, just don't restore from backup, set up as new.
He made a list of the apps I had to make sure he could download them again for me. It shouldnt be a problem with icloud but if you dont have it, i would recommend asking someone at the apple store to do it for you so you dont lose your apps.
Also, mine was great for a while after that but I have noticed that its back to changing the date. It only happens when I let my itouch's battery die completely so I try not to but it is still annoying when it does happen.

Hi. I want to know if you can change the picture/icon of an app. Everyone at my school needs to have an iPad but we are not allowed to have games on there. I want to play games at home but it would be a ginourmous pain if i had to download the apps apps I want to play and then delete them. The teacher at school are going throug our iPads and i was wondering I could change the icon picture to books or something and also if possible change the name.

No, it's not possible to change an app's icon or its name, only the developer of the app can do that.
