IOS7 unavailable

I logged onto my Developer account which expires about 1.5yrs ago and tried to get onto the iOS7 SDK. I got the error.
You must have an active iOS Developer Standard or Enterprise Program membership to access the development resources for iOS 7 SDK beta.

This is true. So I went through the purchase paid and it shown my iOS membership has expired and I need to pay £60/yr and I went through the purchase and it was successful. On my order status pages it says "electronically delivered" so I went back to the developer centre and it still doesn't work. I can't access the iOS7 SDK. I have reset all my history, cookies and cache and used different computers? I completed the purchase around 09:10pm BST. When will I get access? (I got an order confirmation right about purchase)

I believe they will contact you with a separate email with information about how activate the developer account. Check the FAQ page below.

So, I had my problem solved!! (afhter installing the iOS7 iTunes didin't recognized my device and the "Connect to iTunes" image appeared, there was nothing that I tought would helped me...until)
What I did was to change the USB port from where my iPhone was first connected, after this iTunes recognized my device saying it was in "Recovery Mode" which is ok, so what I did was to press the "recover" button and then my iPhone started to recover from iOS7! Just follow the steps there.
Then I restore my previous version with iTunes (iTunes will say "Wellcome to your new iPhone"), so I can have all my data back on since my last backup, the restore took certain time but after that I was good to go with my iPhone 5 with the new iOS7.

Hi Romantilizer,
Hook your phone up to iTunes on the computer you sync with and do your update from there. This is a robust iOS release, and doing it OTA is not always successful. I tried on my iPhone a couple of times, and it aborted the update twice. Did it via the Mac, and it was fine.
It takes a bit of time, so hook it up, make sure it is updating your phone, and then find something else to do for a couple of hours.

Too many people trying across ITunes now. Backup device, then disconnect it back update directly from the device. I have complete two iPhones and two iPads. Plan on about 15-30 minutes depending on your download speed.

TS1441 After updating my iPod 5 to ios7, it's sound got muted. I tried to update/fix the problem by connecting it to itunes but could'nt. My iPod is giving the messag "your iPod touch could not be activated because activation is temporarily unavailable"

After updating my iPod touch, it got mutated. While updating it thru itunes it is asking to update the iPod. However when i try to update the message comes your iPod touch could not be activated because activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPod touch to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes. If this problem persists, contact Apple support at apple.com/support". I am trying to resolve this for many weeks now dont have any idea where to seek help from. Really appreciate a quick response from anyone.

Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

OpenDNS IP Addresses
- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem
However, Apple does not report any problems

I updated my 4s to ios7, and had to restore it (stupidly forgot my passcode and disabled it), and now it wont activate, for 2 days... I can't activate it through iTunes because the sim card is locked. What do I do?

I updated the software to ios7, couldn't remember my passcode (never used it before, and ios7 turned it on) and ended up disabling my phone. Erased it remotely via Find my iPhone, and now that I'm trying to restore it, it wont activate. It's been this way for 2 days now. I get the "activation server is unavailable" error. I realize Apple is struggling with their servers during this software update and launch of the new iPhone 5, but really, 2 days now??
I am currently living abroad, and am using a sim card that must be unlocked. So when I plug it into iTunes, it will not activate because the sim card is locked.
Help!! Is there anything I can do?

Try disconnecting your iPhone temporarily and then reconnecting it after a while.

Itunes Home Sharing with Ios7 Ipad

Upgraded Ipad to Ios7 (what was I thinking) and now have upgraded Itunes on my laptop to 11.1
Music and Video apps on my Ipad show my Itunes Library Name correctly, but wont load them, after 30secs or so,comes up with "Unable to turn on home sharing".
Remote App does the same.
Home sharing is turned on in Itunes and on the Ipad (it found the library name after all).
Anyone else encountered this or know of a solutuion/work around?

I have a similar issue.... But on my iPhone, I have yet to try my iPads etc. HS worked fine last night, but I had to clean install iOS7 due to some anomalies. Since doing so, HS will not verify.
And yet it shows my library in Videos and Music and even connects in Music... But it does not connect in Videos...? And when adding it to Remote, it states that it is unavailable at present and to try in a few minutes.
Odd behaviour...?
Does anyone have any ideas or solutions to hand.

Is Calendar List View Available in ios7?

I liked the old "list view" in calendar, but it seems to be unavailable in ios7 (using an iphone 5S). That is the view where events were shown as a list which you could scroll through. No mention of this change in the new iphone user guide, it only discusses the calendar view. Is the list view still an option, or is it gone? I also find the new, dimmer background and font colors in ios7 unhelpful, is it possible to adjust them? These are the ones in mail and calendar primarily.

I put the letter l in the search bar and all of a sudden my list appeared. Don't know whats going on. If I tap cancel on that screen, it reverts back to the month calendar with only the days calendar entries

I heard about all the problems with the new iOs 7 update but also heard Apple would force me to do it. I tried to update but didn't have enough space. Had to delete ALOT of my apps and still not enough space. Phone was working perfectly fine and message pops up that "I will not have any service until I restore to iTunes. I plug into laptop to restore and it forces me to update to iOs7. Takes 3 hours. It updates but phone doesn't restore. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips:reset to factory settings, recover etc. Got a new SIM card because it said I don't have one but I do. Apple support wouldn't help me because I was out of warranty, and said I would have to pay. Went to the Apple store and they couldn't fix it and said "it's a hardware issue" that will cost me $170.00+. I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT THE NEW iO7 FRIED MY PHONE'S HARDWARE. The phone is on the HELLO stage and keeps searching but will not activate to server- it's temporarily unavailable. Have tried multiple times.I have a 3 year contract with Rogers and the phone is less than 2 years old. Apple needs to take responsibility for crashing my phone. I NEED A FREE NEW PHONE!!!

Restore it to factory settings, then set it up from your back up. Did this last year when I got my new iPod, and it worked. I have no idea why syncing OTA can sometimes glitch, but hopefully this will help.

Okay IOS7 is here but after downloading it will not install. I get a pop up that says installation unavailable at this time try again later. I thought it was here. Why start something if you can't finish it? When will it be available? IPhone 5 owner is upset!

I forgot to add----this is all on my account, any purchases go through my account only, my daughter does not have a seperate account. This way I control the purchases.

When I did the ios7 update my phone went through the process of the update and when it says hello in different languages on the top left it says that i have "no service". I called my phone company and they directed me to Apple. I spoke to someone in Apple who said i needed to plug my phone into the computer and connect to itunes. The problem is is that it will not let me connect my phone to itunes. It keeps saying error. and when i try to "activate" my phone for the ois7 update it says it could not be activated because the activation server is temporaroly unavailable. I would call itunes for help but theyre closed.

I have already downloaded ios7 onto my iphone 5 however, in the middle of playing Plants vs. Zombies 2 it randomly had the apple logo show up and ask me to activate the phone. I typed in my apple id and now it says "your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. I have tried plugging my phone into itunes but it doesn't say do anything to unlock. What DO I DO?!?!
I cannot imagine the servers are still busy this late in the launch release?

Apple must have done something. This happened to me just now too. I had to reset the phone. But now that I am trying to restore from iCloud, it seems to login, but it then starts asking me my birthday like it's setting up a new apple ID and then tells me "Could Not Sign In, Failed to create new user ... due to server error"
(and I did have the Beta before the Reset, but I guess not any more)
What do I do? Any thoughts?
